    Outstanding. Matt found a few windows we had with some issues so he tinted the unaffected ones and said he'd come back and finish the others once we had them replaced. Didn't even want any money, though we insisted on paying him half as we knew it would be several weeks before the windows were replaced. Once we had them replaced, he came back almost immediately and finished up the job. Very noticeable difference in the heat blockage. Highly recommend the service.

    I am from SC, my car wouldn't start. Allen said I needed a new starter and battery and charged me twice as much for parts. I even asked if I could pick up parts from AutoZone and pay him for labor but he wouldn't allow it. So I ended up paying 417 dollars on parts and that was an after market starter when I could have paid 230 and gotten a brand new starter. The starter I bought for 300 dollars from Allen was used plus I had to miss a day of work and stay an extra day so he could "order" the parts. I can't comment on the quality of the work yet because I am on my way home so I don't know how it will hold up. Since my car wasn't ready until 3:00 today I won't be getting home until midnight. I was not impressed with a 778 dollar bill to change my starter and battery out. When I asked him about getting the parts myself he finally offered the 10% discount that is offered online. So I paid 685 dollars for a starter and battery. I would not recommend this guy.

    Their responsiveness was excellent. Nothing to improve upon. I liked that they contacted me before they performed any repairs they found. It took one day to complete the work. The waiting room is outstanding. He just diagnosed what was wrong and took care of it.

    Ok. But unnecessary fee added to bill. I went in for an oil change and a Mazda recall. When I received my invoice Beach Automotive added a $6.22 Misc Charge to my bill. When questioned, the cashier was unable to give me an answer for the charge. It���s on every invoice she I think for. I paid the bill but called afterwards to speak to the service manager. He too was unable to give a good reason for the charge. Everyone gets charged this amount ���for supplies���. What supplies? For an oil change, paper towels? Everyone gets charged this? Whether supplies are used or not. Is it just a cover charge for entering the dealership? Totally unfair! This dealership is known for not being honest. Please read the reviews you���ll get treated much more fairly elsewhere. I purchased 2 cars from this dealership in one day. I will not return to this dealership ever again.

    I wasn't happy with this last time because they installed all that stuff in the first place. The oxygen sensors went bad because gas went thru the exhaust pipes. That was because the spark plug went bad that they supplied and installed. It should have been free. They did keep my car from catching on fire. 

    They don't stand behind it. They could improve by standing behind their work. It took an afternoon, a few hours.

    The service man told me that the catalytic converter should be covered by Infiniti and that I should take it there --92 miles away. I fought the good fight and finally won with Infiniti. Rather than pay the $1,500 bill, I drove the 92 miles. It was DeFalco's honesty that saved me over a thousand dollars. Since then, I have been getting my oil changes and tires rotated there. I walk in. It gets done in a reasonable amount of time and they give me the AAA discount.

    I brought in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe stating that there was a clunking and grinding noise.  They diagnosed it as a bad wheel bearing.  While they had the truck, I asked them to check over the entire vehicle and they found some worn belts that should also be replaced.  Changed the oil and filter also.

    They were very courteous to me and called before any work was done. Their prices were very fair. My truck is back running in great condition.  We will bring our vehicles there for service when needed.

    Looking for a good mechanic? So was she, and she stumbled on Glenn's Bay Automotive. Lucky for her, as they found the very complicated problem in her steering column - and fixed it for ONE-TENTH of what another garage quoted her. [Seems that Ford trucks with gear shifts on the column can slip leaving the driver with an indicator which does not align on the gear selected. And the common way to fix it is to pull the steering column.] For what they did her $41 dollars (including a quart of oil)  was fabulous!
    New to the area she chose them because both guys are named Joe (so is she, but she's a girl "Jo"). Nice guys, expert mechanics, and won't skin you.

    They advertise that they would meet or beat any estimate I received.  They could not.  The only way they could keep from over charging me was if I purchased my parts at another parts store and allowed them to install it at a discounted labor rate.  I believe this was done only because I told them in advance that I would be rating them on Angie's List and also doing a review on BBB site as this Driver's Auto shop had never received either and they wanted a good review on both since another Drivers Auto had received a few bad remarks. I will admit they are trying.

    We went to Addy's Harbor Dodge in search of a used truck. We told the sales associate the price range that we wanted to be in and he showed us two vehicles that he said would be in our price range. The one truck had a sales tag of $12,000, which was slightly higher than we wanted to pay, and the other had no priced listed. The associate told us the truck was in our price range but was unaware of the actual price of the vehicle because it was new to the lot, he said. After test driving the vehicle we sat down to talk numbers and the vehicle ended up being quoted at $16,900 --- we'll above the price of the other vehicle that he showed us that was supposedly comparable in price. After discussing monthly payments we were able to come to an agreeable price and decided to finance the vehicle. We were approved for a loan and took the vehicle home with us that day. After 2 weeks of owning the vehicle, after adding it to the insurance and putting a down payment of $1500, the dealership called us and said there was a problem with our loan and needed us to come to the dealership with the truck immediately! After several calls back and forth the sales associate told us that they had to refinance our loan with a different bank and that we needed to come in and resign some paperwork. What the did NOT tell us over the phone was that we were unable to finalize the loan because of an issue that came up in verification and in order to finance the vehicle they had to remove the consigner from the loan and put the vehicle solely in my name--which the did without my consent. This changed the payment and interest rate that was previously agreed upon. At this point the associate told me I could choose to purchase the car in my name without the cosigner or they would have to take back the vehicle. I was so outraged at the way that they had handled the situation that I decided not to finance the vehicle in which case they took back the vehicle--- after owning and driving it for 2 weeks!! Then, the associate told us that we could not get the check for our down payment back until 9 am the next morning, so we had to go back to the dealership the next afternoon after work only to have them tell us that the check would not be ready for several more hours. I was furious at having to drive back a third time and requested to have the check overnighted to me, but they refused. Finally, after two days I received the check in the mail and had to begin the search for a vehicle all over again. Needless to say I will never do business with Addy's Harbor Dodge again!
