    Our car had been having problems with the a/c and heating for some time. We had it to Meinke, who twice fixed it but it never worked properly with their fixes. I took it back and they wanted $800 more to do a third fix saying it needed a new compressor. A neighbor recommended Robertson's. We are so glad we listened to her. The problem turned out to be all the car needed was anew blower unit and it only cost us $126 which included labor! It works beautifully now! The lovely lady at the front desk gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready. Great service... nice people... honest and do quality work. Will definitely be going bac

    The service was inexpensive and the tires work good. They were big husky tires for a 4 wheel drive. I thought the price was reasonable. The experience was excellent. The staff was excellent. The tires were put on in 1/2 a day. I would recommend him.

    The service was okay but I was not happy with the price. I only talked to the service manager. He told me there was a leak in my radiator and it cost $1200.00 to fix it. Someone else looked at it and couldn't find the problem. I've not lost any coolant since then. They did a pressure test on it evidently. I don't intend to use them again. I'm not critical of their work but I'm suspicious of the leak that I can't find evidence of.

    I brought my car in after if was shaking pretty badly. They looked at my car right away, saw 2 tired needed to be replaced badly and ordered them to be delivered later that day. They were not afraid of answering questions. They did several other checks on my car including resetting the oil light that had not been reset by a previous. company when I got my oil changed last. They did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need (like 2 back tired. I asked if they needed to be replaced too). Overall, they were quick, polite, honest, and priced very well. What more could you ask for? Will definitely do business with them again!

    Sumter Chrysler Jeep Dodge
    They the biggest crooks in town. They're a bunch of criminals. I got a flyer in mail from them for a car services for 20 bucks and so I called them. They said, "Oh yeah. It will be six weeks before we can get you in." So, it was gonna be a $20 service. Then about three weeks later I happen to get in because my air-conditioner on my car had quit and I live in South Carolina so it's hot. That was gonna be a several hundred dollar services call and they said they could get me in next week. So, right away I thought there was something fishy. So, I go in and I let them do the diagnostic for me and they diagnose it as I need different parts and they said it's gonna cost me this much. I had recently purchase a vehicle from Stokes-Craven Chrysler Jeep down in Manning, South Carolina which is about 45 minutes. I called them and they said they could do the work for about $150 cheaper than what Sumter Chrysler Jeep Dodge gave me. So, I gave them the part numbers that I needed and let them order there and I would go there next week. So, they ordered the parts and it came in and as we got to installing them, Sumter Chrysler Jeep Dodge had diagnosed me with the wrong part number so they bought the wrong part number so now I'm gonna have to come back which was no fault of Stokes-Craven  it was Sumter's fault for not diagnosing correctly and then reading their own manual. So, the only thing I could think is that they're bunch of knuckleheads who only care of about trying to rip off service members and all they see is only money and they don't care about customer service.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
    We've been pretty loyal Firestone customers for 7 or 8 years now because they're on all the military installations. They have been absolutely super, super friendly and knowledgeable people. They've been very polite and I'm a car illiterate and the folks there have absolutely gunned it down to explaining to me everything. I will continue to use them for my general automotive stuffs.

    Stokes-Craven Chrysler Jeep
    They're the biggest bunch of heroes around. Their service department was able to re-diagnosed and reconfirm what Sumter told me was correct. However, they figured out that what Sumter did was incorrect in their parts ordering process. So, having someone else double check the work was supremo. It ended up being basically a round pack square hole issue. It's probably like a one or two part number difference but it still. If you're a jeep dealership and I have you bringing my jeep to you because I can't do it myself then I kind of think that you should know what the problem is. They did take care of me because I'm active in the military and I think they knock off 10% from the parts. I pay full price for labor and that's fine with me I totally fine with that and I have no issues with that. They're taking care of because I wear uniform everyday and that means a lot of me. It shows me that some folks still care about the job I did and that's their way of saying thank you to me and my way of saying thank you to them is I'm going to continue using their service. I already bought one car from them and I'll probably buy another one from them until they piss me. All you have to do is not piss me off.

    I took the car in do to sudden engine knocking and stalling when stopped at a traffic light.  turned out to be an issue with the gas.  They flushed the gas and reset the computer and all is well. They gave me a ride and picked me up when the car was ready.  I will keep them on my go to list!

    At a neighbor's recommendation I called Care Care and Repair to see if there was any chance they could repair my Porsche. Being in a small southern town is not the best situation when you find your German sports car flooding a parking lot with coolant, but they assured me they could get me back on the road quickly. After a quick tow we went through the usual questions. I was amazed at their level of knowledge about such a car, from the performance characteristics, parts, usual problems, and how to get the most out of the vehicle. They got it in but called to apologize that they couldn't get it done that evening, would the next day be fine? Quick service to say the least.
    In all I came out with exactly what I wanted -- a car that ran better than before the water pump went out, excellent customer service, numerous phone contacts, statement of anticipated charges, and hunting for better deals if they were out there. In the end it cost me less than what I expected and they followed up after the service with a nice card. I'll be going back for my scheduled maintenance needs.

    Cotton's Garage

    We call Cotton's and tell them the problem.  They tell us when they can get to it which at

     the most is two days.  If they cannot finish it the same day, it is locked in the garage.  If a part needs to be ordered or it is some problem that will take more than one day, they let us know.  My cars have never come back with grease on the seats.
