Came out to price out my project. According to their website, they do all kinds of remodeling. They told me they were only interested in doing the large ticket items, leaving me to fing someone else. Gave me a quote that didn't include half the job, so sent out a second quote. I asked to go over it and he sent me an email that he was no longer interested in doing my project

They did not do the project. No reason was given. But they wasted my time, as I was ready to hire, despite the inaccurate estimates. I now I have to find someone else. I was most disappointed that they advertise they do all kinds of projects, but wouldn't even consider doing the little things needed. I suppose if the cost isn't high enough (which was a high estimate), they can't be bothered. I find this extremely unprofessional. They should redo the website, if you won't do small projects, then don't advertise that you do.

New flooring, new carpet, upstairs and down, new ceilings downstairs. Dealt directly with my homeowner's insurance

We had extensive water damage from a broken toilet tank. I was referred to Jennings by Disaster Plus. | I spoke with a few contractors before I spoke with Jennings. From the time I got on the phone with Jennings I can't describe to you the RELIEF that I felt! Jennings explained to me thoroughly how the process worked and what I needed to do. I had every confidence he would help us. He dealt with my homeowners insurance to get us the amount we needed to fix the situation. Daniel, our project manager, worked with us to sort out the repairs and our choices for flooring, paint, etc.. Once we got going repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was prompt, kind, considerate and careful. The repairs are beautiful! Work took a total of about 2 weeks. They had to do some clean up from the flood. Take out old carpet and prep the floors. They put down pergo, in most of the house, vinyl tiles, sheet vinyl and new carpet. The ceilings were all repaired and the lighting fixtures were put back in place after making sure the electric was fine. They replaced the base boards and molding as well. There were places where the new flooring met the old areas that could've been ugly, but the transitions in the house are seamless!! We love the new look of our home. The quality of workmanship is excellent. When it's time to redo the deck we will call Jennings!

Reality Construction replaced kitchen flooring and replaced cabinets, which were damaged by leaky pipes.

The team did an outstanding job on my kitchen renovation. They are very knowledgeable about what they do - they made a change to the layout of our kitchen counters that really made an excellent and useful addition to the space. The cabinets that were replaced are almost exactly the same as the old ones - only better. They are reliable, always prompt, and friendly. Their workmanship is impeccable and they always left the area they worked in spotless. The kitchen looks beautiful...Thank you Reality Construction!!

Complete restoration and renovation of our 115 year old historic home in Summerville, SC. Scope work included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, metal roof. exterior and interior walls. In addition, the leveling of the house structure as well as two additions to the home. A reconfiguring of the interior walls and new construction of new walls etc.. Removal of load walls and installation of beams. All new bathrooms and kitchen. New windows, doors as well as additions of new doors and windows to the structure that did not previously exist. Restoration of heart pine floors. Restoration of exterior wood siding and painting. Effectively made the house new again.

Jennings Smith and crew are outstanding. Between Jennings and his colleague Mark Temple, they helped us every step of the way in in a difficult restoration and renovation of our old historic home. Both made themselves available at any time we called, even weekends! We were very concerned to preserve any historical aspect of the home but at the same time make sure the house as up to the latest in code. Their expertise and experience were invaluable!! Jennings crew and all subcontractors were all extremely professional and paid close attention to our needs and the detail of the work they performed. If we found anything we thought might be wrong, they didn't hesitate to make it right. We are extremely picky, so I am sure we were a challenge to them. I can't say enough good about Reality Construction. Great job guys!! I would hire Jennings and his crew in a heart beat for my next project, regardless of size!!

Installed hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, installed granite countertops in the kitchen and patched and painted the kitchen and family room.

On January 7, 2014 a frozen pipe burst in our house, flooding the entire first floor requiring replacement of flooring; kitchen countertops, dishwasher, sink, faucets and a cabinet; and plasterwork and painting in the kitchen and family room. Our damage mitigators Disaster Care recommended Jennings Smith at Reality Construction Homes. Jennings has been great. He negotiated with our insurance company, including things that were necessary but we may not have thought of ourselves, and he made appropriate recommendations and enabled us to get great, competitive prices through his suppliers. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. Work has been done in a timely fashion, considering we have had to wait on insurance approvals, and his team, both staff and contractors, have been professional, courteous and very caring. Having a house turned upside down from flooding has been very stressful and Jennings and his team have been nothing but understanding and helpful

Installed new insulation in ceiling and around water line piping, installed new ceiling and wall, painted same. Had to empty out garage into a storage unit, and then put everything back in place.

We experienced water damage due to a frozen water pipe during last cold spell. Reality Construction was recommended by friends, and we found them to be wonderful. They were very efficient and prompt in their dealings with us. No question went unanswered, and they never made us feel like our questions were dumb (however, most of them were). They never refused a request, and we had many. Most importantly, they were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They left our garage cleaner than when they arrived. We do not hesitate to refer them to anyone!!

Reality Construction Homes completely renovated a house that we bought in South Carolina. They did the kitchen, bathroom, added a bedroom and bathroom off the back. It was a complete re-do.

They do absolutely fabulous work. I think that the price was fair. I have already used them again and I would use them again.

We had extensive damages due to a leaky water pipe in a bathroom wall. Decided we might as well do the whole bathroom at the same time.

|I had already seen the work that Reality Construction does and liked it a lot. This company's employees are nothing short of fantastic...punctual, clean, offering suggestions, price was ok for all we got. They are all very well groomed and courteous and really did a great job!!!! And I plan to use them several more times in the near future!!!!!
