    Carolina Air Care LLC
I didnt hire this company because they wouldnt give a free estimate. Im writing this review so that other consumers are aware of this fact. I told the woman on the phone that Angies list had a free service call coupon but she said that was only if work was performed that day. After making the appointment and asking about a free quote, she told me that there would be a $40 service call. I rated her low on professionalism because when I then said I would have to cancel the appointment she simply hung up on me. I called competitors for quotes and was given free quotes, so the Service call fee seems to be just a business decision they have made.

    Coastal Inspection LLC
Exceeded my expectations. Phillip called immediately after requesting information, gave me all the information I needed and was available next day. His prices were the most affordable I found, he took his time, was detailed and thorough. He explained remedies to certain issues found in the home and hazards. He even provided the report same day! I can't say enough how much we appreciate his professionalism and service at an unbeatable price!

All My Sons Moving & Storage Charleston
I spoke with "All My Sons" the day before the intended move, and they told me they would arrive around lunchtime, and that they would call an hour before they arrived. By 1:00 PM, I had not heard from them, so I called and was told they were running late, and would arrive around 2:30. By 3:00 PM, I had not heard anything, so I called back, and was told they were still running late... By 4:15 PM, I called back, and was told, "I'll be honest with you... We just are not going to make it today." I was shocked, and could not believe they would treat us that way, when we were depending on them. Thank the Lord, we were able to contact Ash and T's, and they moved us that same afternoon. They charged $80.00 an hour, and All My Sons was charging us $109.00 an hour. It was 8:00 PM before Ash and T's movers finished, but they stuck with us. I would not ever recommend All My Sons after how they treated us. We waited all afternoon, and then they never showed up. Really Bad Business...

    Ash & T'S Consignment
We contacted "Ash and T's" around 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. We were desperate, as we had just learned that the movers we had hired to move us around lunch time were not coming. "All My Sons" kept telling us, each time that we called, that they were running late, and finally at 4:30 PM, they told us they were not coming at all! When I reached "Ash and T's," by phone, I explained our situation, and they said they would see what they could do... Thirty minutes later, we had two wonderful young college students at our door, and they wasted no time! They did not finish until after 8:00 PM that night, but they stuck with us, and never complained the first time. They did an excellent job! They were very polite, positive, and professional! They truly were a "God-send!" My elderly mother fell in love with them! We would highly recommend Ash and T's if you ever need furniture moved! Because it was Friday afternoon, and we were in such a bind, they could have charged us almost any rate, and we were desperate enough to pay it... However, they only charged $80.00 an hour, and All My Sons was going to charge $109.00 an hour (plus 12% fuel fee)! Thank God for Ash and T's!!!

    Big Movers LLC
Movers were an hour late. They were nice and worked hard for the first few hours. They had lots of help on the Summerville end (setting up beds, carrying in, etc.) from my family and friends. They charged $150 extra for my desk. At payment time, I tipped each man (3 of them) $100 apiece (which I now regret). After checking furniture here, I discovered scratches on most of the dining room chairs. I went back to my previous house to clean it a few days later and discovered a big gouge in the wall in the living room hall. Also there was damage to the front door frame. I called Big Movers and asked them to come check the damage. The man who answered the phone at the main number said he'd have to talk with someone, and they would call back. I still have not had a call even after sending "Monty" an email. The reason I gave a D on responsiveness is because no one had the courtesy to contact me with a solution or even agree to come look at the damage.

    Number 1 Home Inspector
Michael did a complete Home Inspection on our 11 month old home. He inspected the interior, exterior, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, appliances and more. He even went in the attic to inspect the framing, HVAC ducts and the insulation. He went up on the roof to do a close-up inspection of the roofing/shingles, gutters and vent pipes. I'd give him an A+ rating.

The guys were great!! They were very punctual and immediately got to work. They worked very efficiently, and never slowed down... for 4 and a half hours! They did everything we asked, and went above and beyond. They were great to work with! I will recommend them to everyone.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Charleston
I'm extremely happy with how All My Sons handled our move from the Charleston, SC, area to the Raleigh, NC, area. My husband and I have moved many times, and this wound up being one of the most positive experiences we've ever had. The salesman came to our house to give us a binding estimate that wasn't the cheapest or the highest estimate we got ... but it was what we considered a fair price. We chose All My Sons because they followed up, didn't pressure us, and answered all of our questions in a patient and friendly manner. The owner followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure there were no unanswered questions. The movers arrived ready to work. They wrapped everything and loaded the truck very carefully to make sure nothing shifted. Another one of the many things I liked was the fact that the lead person was so proud of his work he wanted us to see what he'd done after it was all on the truck. Our daughter was at the other end of the move to show them where to put everything. She said they were friendly and did an excellent job of placing all the items. I would definitely use them again!

    Dave Friedman Real Estate
This is my review for my experience with Dave Friedman Real Estate. My wife and I worked with Josh Finigan on the sale of our home in Summerville, SC. Only had one face-to-face with him ever and that was thru our initial meeting with him selling Dave Friedman Real Estate to us and why we should sign on with them. All other contact was via phone, text, or email. Got the house on the market and we quickly got multiple offers and accepted an offer within a week of listing. Home inspector comes thru, obviously they find a few things because the house is 25 years old. So, a repair addendum was sent over. A couple things that were on the report that the buyer's wanted repaired were done by us. The rest of the stuff we negotiated and reimbursed to them after closing. The negotiations were frustrating. Our realtor would take longer than we expected to respond, didn't seem he wanted to negotiate with the buyers and was only worried about scaring them away and losing the sale. During the negotiations, the buyers wanted to come see the house again. They were moving from Florida and decided to come to SC just to see the house again. They requested to see the house while they were here thinking it was OK. We're in the middle of packing, working and we also have a one year old. So, let's just say this is a little bit of an inconvenience. Josh said just let them see it. They drove all the way up from Florida. Well, just because you came up all the way from Florida without checking to see if you can indeed drop by, doesn't mean we have to let you see the house again. Another excuse was that the husband just got back from overseas and he hadn't seen the house yet. I called BS on that. We had a feeling it was because they wanted to have a closer look at the certain things that were on the repair addendum. We waited until the last minute to give them the OK to see the house again. And wouldn't you know it, they did check out certain items that were on the repair addendum. How do I know? I positioned certain items in a way that you would have to move it to look or get to a good position to view them. The buyers are idiots, their realtor is an idiot, and our realtor is an idiot. After all the home inspection and repair addendum stuff was agreed to we were nearing the end. We had already moved out, 14 hours away out of state. We were about 2-3 weeks from our closing date. We get a request to see the house again from the buyers. I think this was about one week from closing. We asked if this would be the final walk thru. Josh was really delayed and hesitant in giving us an answer. He even asked us why it was a big deal. Why were we so worried if they came to look again. We didn't want them in our house looking around unless it was the final walk thru. Yes, we were already gone but IT WAS STILL OUR HOUSE. Our name was still on the mortgage. Well, apparently it wasn't going to be the final walk thru because they rescheduled it for day before closing. Which was fine with us. Closing comes and goes and you would everything would be done and over with. Well, guess what. It wasn't. The repair addendum that we negotiated involved the buyers receiving a check at closing to cover the work that we didn't do. We were already gone and out of the state so we had a power of attorney handle everything for us. Well, this was overlooked and were contacted by the closing attorney's office and our realtor to send a check. Also, their was a HOA transfer fee that we had to pay that wasn't taken care of at closing. This all should've been caught in the weeks between the offer, negotiations, and closing. We made our concerns known before we sent the checks over and I hope they got the message. Well, a couple days later I guess the buyers were concerned or paranoid and had their realtor contact our realtor and wanted to know if there was a tracking number for the check we sent. All they asked us to do was mail it. They didn't require any tracking or mailing certificate. Josh kept asking us if we had one. We kept telling him we didn't as it was not required. He asked again and we told him we could just cancel that initial check and mail out another one and mail it with tracking. He didn't reply to that answer. Overall, I believe all he cared about was selling our house and making that profit. The negotiations Josh did were sub-par and he didn't seem like he had our best interest in mind. Yes, he was nice but when he needed to be ruthless he wasn't. He just needed to grow a pair. It seemed like he didn't want to bother negotiating and wanted to take the easy road to the end and make his money. I would not recommend Josh as a realtor if you're looking for someone who can be ruthless and have your best interest in mind and not worrying about just making money. If we were still in that area I definitely wouldn't go with Dave Friedman Real Estate again. Especially, Josh Finigan
