    My refrigerator was not working properly. The freezer was fine but the frig section was too warm. Strange problem! I had one appliance repair person out and eventually the GE technician out to work on this. It worked for awhile and started up again. This time I called 911 Service Today. They came out and finally got to the root of the problem. The fan was not working properly, and they fixed it, and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

    I paid $109 for a guy who took an hour and was one the phone with his boss and the appliance manufacturer for most of it. He ordered a part. Four days later he came back and the part wasn't the right one. He still took an hour and was on the phone to determine that! Then, incredibly, when he left, the problem was fixed. Real amateur hour. I called and cancelled the part, and they didn't refund my $109. Footnote: I also had a need of a new motor for a microwave. I knew it was the motor, and now that the fridge is back to normal, I am paying $109 for the service call charge for the microwave. Again, I knew what the issue was! It was all in all a big waste of time and money.

    The service man was very nice and responsive. Everything goes downhill from there. $35 worth of parts cost over $250 including the visit. The parts were promised in 3 days. After 7 days, the parts had not even been ordered. It took three weeks to receive the parts. The consumer service dealing with this ordering error were dreadful. I have used Sears Appliance Repair several times before but after this experience I will never use them again.

    This company was hired through American Home Shield to repair our dryer and ice maker. They came out to repair the dryer. I mistakenly did not test the dryer before they left. We tried to dry a load of laundry but the dryer stopped, showing a code of F22. I immediately called them back in hopes that they would come back and rectify the issue. We had never seen this code before. I told her what was going on with the dryer and she promptly told me that she was not coming back that day because she had a customer that was an hour away. My husband, son and son in law began to look at the dryer and found the manual. Did some research online and remedied the mess they left behind. I honestly question their expertise after seeing the workmanship. They originally diagnosed the problem with the dryer determining that it needed a new heater. I do hope the heater was installed correctly. They failed to put the dryer back together properly which is the reason for the F22 code. The top of my Maytag dryer was loose which caused the door to fail to close properly. They (my husband and sons) discovered that two wires were left dangling inside the dryer where they should have been plugged in inside the dryer. There was a bar bent inside the dryer that had to be bent back into proper position. The placement of the top of the dryer had to be inserted in tabs to fit snuggly. The technicians had failed to do this. This job was truly shameful. It literally looked like something that I would have done had I tried to go and repair the dryer because I do not know what I am doing! Fortunately my husband and sons were able to put the dryer back together and we are able to use it. So far the heater seems to be doing fine. The customer service this technician showed was at the bottom of the barrel. I called American Home Shield and cancelled this work order. I will not have them back out to fix the ice maker because I do not trust them. They may break the refrigerator and then not want to come back in a timely manner to repair it. I would use great caution in using this company. Hire another company! The cost of service was the American Home Shield service fee of $75.

    2nd time we've used them. Fridge repair the 1st time. Upright freezer got zapped during electrical storm this time. Problem was resolved quickly. Parts came in sooner than expected and the estimated cost was spot on.

    My customer experience with Aviv was "off the charts good", from start to finish. Super easy to make an appointment, communication before the appointment was thorough and the professional they sent out (Bryan) was phenomenal He diagnosed the problem quickly and our "dead" frig was back cooling in less than an hour....I do not normally write reviews unless the service is above and beyond, Aviv is definitely above and beyond the competition!

    Initially it went good, the first technician replaced the needed parts. About 2-3 weeks, the same issue returned. the same technician returned, found an additional issue and ordered the needed parts. The final outcome was GREAT. I was not charged for a repeat service call or additional labor. AND , the technician replaced a worn out part without charging me. That is reputable service.

    Outstanding service!. I especially appreciated the upfront and honest assessment. After an evaluation of my washing machine the serviceman suggested due to the cost of the repair, the age of the appliance and the issues he typically see an similar models he suggested replacing it rather than repair. He could have easily taken my money to fix it but felt like it was time to buy a new one rather than sinking more money into it than it was worth. I have referred them to three other friends and we all will be using them in the future.

    On third visit another technician, Jesse, came out to install the new part. When I told him that I was charged twice before he was very responsive. He removed the cost of the labor and charged me only for the part. Because of Jesse, I will hire Pro Tech again if I need service.
