David had just finished a long term job and I was lucky that I called him right after he finished it. He was able to start right away and finished in two days. He's professional and personable. I would hire him again if needed.

    Carolina Shower Door LLC
They do not stand behind their products. We had a leak and when our insurance company came out they said it was due to poor sealing of the glass door. We contacted Carolina Shower and said there would be a $100 service call fee and then charge for a repair that should not have been needed, if done correctly. When Carolina Shower were installing it, Gabriel, I believe, was watching another man do the work. I asked why and he said he was teaching him, but that since he was there he would make sure he did a good job. Everything was spoken in Spanish so I did not know what was being instructed. We are now hiring someone else to do a job that Carolina Shower should have done. We are very disappointed in Carolina Shower.

We made the appointment several weeks in advance.  They called the day before to re-confirm the appointment.  They showed up on time.  The two installers were extremely pleasant and professional.  The job was done in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the results.

Rick was great to work with. Readily available when needed and very easy to talk with. His crew was always on time and completed the job in the time frame given. Our house looked like a new house when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Rick to others.

Sean, and his partner came out and did a few things around the house. Sean did a good job fixing a rotten piece of facial board, and fixing a rotten porch post. The helper attempted to repair some laminate floors in the hallway that I had recently installed. This was my first time laying laminate floors, and I had a problem getting around the door jams. The helper attempted to go back and fix around the door jobs, but he did not do a great job with it. It was really no big deal, I ended up going back and fixing the problem myself. I feel like this was a good deal, just wish I would of used the time to fix a few other things.

I shopped around for a new front entryway for my home in many places including DIY stores - Lowes & Home Depot and several made to order companies. I settled on Window World for this purchase as they seem to hit the level of quality versus price that I was looking for.

The salesman was very understanding when I told him I was looking at other companies and helped give we a clear estimate of what each choice would cost, should I decide to go with them. I ultimately chose Window World as they were willing to help me search for the exact door/sidelite I wanted; plus the additional security and wrapping of the external trim was what I was looking for. When he came back for us to fill out the paperwork and place the order I was satisfied that I was getting exactly what I had envisioned.

I had my entry replaced last week. The team came to my house with pictures (taken by the salesman), so they knew exactly what they were getting into. The removal of the old door was very fast. They were very particular about clearing debris and dust regularly, and the new door and entry was in quickly. I had even had to ask them to raise the entry slightly in preparation for a new floor that is being installed later, they were very accommodating. The worksite was left clean and tidy. The door, side windows, trim, entryway and caulking are all super quality.

I would say that although this was not the cheapest option for a front door replacement that I looked at, I am very pleased. I feel like I have purchased a quality product which was professionally installed.

    Bradley Construction LLC

I called Bradley Construction because I needed several home repairs before putting my house on the market to be sold.  They returned our phone call promptly.  Several other companies never returned our calls.  They scheduled a time to come out to discuss the repairs and give me a free estimate.  I worked with Vaughn Mitchell.  He was prompt on the day of the estimate.  He took the time to understand my situation and discuss the necessary repairs.  He told me that he would make repairs if possible and replace if necessary.  Other companies wanted to rip/replace everything without trying to make repairs.  That would end up costing me more money.  So, I appreciated Vaughn's willingness to look out for my wallet!  The job took about one week to complete.  The contractors were always prompt and courteous.  They took special care to keep my home clean while performing the work.  My front porch had several rotten spots.  Vaughn had the contractors replace the parts that weren't salvageable or weren't structurally sound.  He was able to repair several portions of the porch instead of replacing the entire porch.  This saved me money.  The contractors replaced an external kitchen door that had some rot at the bottom of the frame.  This same external door had a small amount of rot in front of it under the linoleum in the kitchen.  Instead of just ripping up all the linoleum and repairing the floor Vaughn had the contractors try and peel back the linoleum to repair the floor and they were going to try and lay the linoleum back down afterwards.  The linoleum ended up ripping.  Vaughn came up with an idea to create a small "entrance" using Parkay flooring at this door that was similar to the entrance at my front door.  They cut out the linoleum to create this "entrance" replaced the rotten floor and layed down the Parkay.  This saved me a lot of money!  It would have cost me around $2000 extra to have all the linoleum ripped up and replaced and would have added several days to the job.  Bradley Construction stands out because they are a professional company that does quality work for reasonable prices.

    Five STar WIndows and Remodeling
The project started and was completed as scheduled. The crew that performed the work was very good. They did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up daily and at the end of the job. The representative that wrote the contract was on site daily to check progress and workmanship. He was available by phone if I had questions or wanted changes made. He also did an inspection after job was completed and before final payment was made. I have had many compliments on my house since the work was performed. I am very pleased with Five Star and would use them for future jobs and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

    Kunak Enterprises LLC
The door was an odd size and he was able to replace it properly. There was good communication. He let me know when he was coming and leaving. The price was good even though it was an unusual size of door. Also in the past, he sanded, finished, and repainted all of my kitchen and breakfast nook cabinets and chairs. This was done in July  2012.
