    Dr. Flush
Diagnosed leaking problem to a broken pipe in the pump system. Had to dig down about 3 feet to reach the leak. Replaced broken pipe, replaced the dirt and stone. When they were finished it looked like they were never here. Great service!

    Upstate Septic Tank
They called on the way. Three men arrived and quickly got to work. They were very professional, showed me the completed work, had me check the water flow, and have me suggestions how to take care of the septic system.

I did not have an emergency however they called me back and said they would come out that day. Within just a few hours I received a call and they said they would have a truck their shortly. Once they arrived they dug a two by two foot hole and found the septic tank lid. They pumped it out washed the area , had me flush a few time to make sure everything was clear and sealed the area up like they were never there. I called around and dr. Flush was the most reasonable and professional service who called me back and told me the exact price. I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. rooter wanted over four hundred and were only going to unclog my drain, Dr. Flush charged me 360 and cleared the drain and empty my tank, I should be good for a least five more years!

Drains were not emptying in two adjacent bathrooms. I called a plumber to come look at the problem. He didn't find anything wrong with the drains, and suggested I call a septic tank service. They came out within 4 hours of my call. Two men worked diligently to determine the location and orientation of the underground tank. Having done this, it was explained to me that there were two septic tank openings, or caps, on the top of the septic tank. One was on the top front and the other on the top rear of the tank. It was also explained that the front opening could be used to completely flush the tank, but this might not correct my problem. Only by inspection of the rear opening could it be determined if the drainage into the tank was obstructed. I had them open the rear cap and an obstruction was found. They emptied the tank and cleared the obstruction. Then they had me go inside and flush all toilets, one after the other, to see if everything was working properly. There was still some obstruction, but it appeared to be in one of my inside drain lines and there was nothing more they could do. Later, I had someone come out who quickly located and cleared an obstruction in one of my toilet drain lines. As it turned out, I had two separate problems. Although It took some doing, everything seems to be working OK now. I would also like to mention that the septic tank servicemen were prompt, courteous, and efficient!

Having recently bought a 40 year old house, we had no idea what to expect from the septic tank. Initial tests showed that it was working properly, but i decided to have it pumped as a precaution. I called Dr. Flush a 09:00AM on Monday to see if I could get an appointment for that afternoon. They said that they could have someone there at 1:30PM. At 1:00PM, Benjie from Dr. Flush called to confirm the address and to say that he was on his way. They arrived at 1:25PM and started to work. The had the tank completely emptied in 30 min. Benjie also checked the general condition of the tank.
Benjie was prompt and very professional. I will use Dr. Flush in the future when the septic tank needs pumping.

    AMERICAN DRAINFIELD
Matt and the guys at American Drainfield had done a septic system extension for me several years ago at another home. Again, they were fast, and professional in every way. I will only call American Drainfield when I need work on my septic system. I highly recommend them.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service
The service worker came upon our request, identified the problem, fixed the problem in a short amount of time. He was courteous and covered his feet upon each entry into our establishment. The price charged was a fair price and he gave us a 30-day guarantee of his work. Very pleased with his services and will use again if need arises.

    FRANK CONE LLC
Overall it went great. Worked was 90% completed the day after my first call. Returned the next day to complete the concrete patch work. All work was completed within 2 days. All trash and old equipment was removed from the site. Trench was covered and leveled off. Price was slightly higher than estimate because of difficulty in finding and purchasing new concrete cover. Feel like we got a great job at a fair price.
