Tiger Moving | Movers Greenville SC
We've trusted Tiger Moving twice in the past three years. Their prices are competitive, the movers always work fast and have treated our belongings like they were their own. I recommend Tiger Moving because of their polite staff and upfront pricing and reasonable rates.

    HD Auston Moving Systems
The team was very professional and responsive to our needs. The relocation went smoothly and without incident. Hardy Auston and the HD Auston team of movers, were a very professional and hard working crew. We will definitely use them again and we have already referred them to some friends who are looking to move in the near future.

    Palmetto Specialty Transfer Inc
Our family has moved 9 times, mostly long haul moves. We have never had such a disappointing experience. I would never do business with this company again. They arrived completely unprepared to do the move. I was told during the estimate that all upholstered furniture would be plastic wrapped, all mattresses bagged. They arrived without these materials and started loading my upholstered pieces unwrapped onto the truck. Work had to be stopped while the foreman went to get the wrap and bags. They sent 7 movers which apparently means 3 work while 4 watch most of the time. We have seen experienced, professional movers-these were not either. Do yourself a favor and hire another company.

    TWO MEN & A TRUCK
There were a lot of problems. I cant say anything negative about the two men who came to do the moving because they did their job (except for overlooking a chair that I didnt notice until after they left). They received wrong information from the lady in the office who I talked to prior to the move. I was asked if there was any packing to be done. At that time, two of us were in the process of helping to pack for a lady, in early stages of dementia, whom we thought would be able to do more packing for herself. I stated that I wasnt sure, but there may quite possibly be some more packing to be done by the movers. I assumed from that statement that they would come prepared for at least some packing. I also stated, most emphatically, that there were several heavy mirrors and quite a few pictures to be moved. When the movers arrived, they said they were told that there would be no packing and they received no mention of mirrors and pictures. They came unprepared with no boxes and not enough padding to take care of all the mirrors and pictures. The day of the move there was, unfortunately, more packing to be done than we had anticipated. This left me and a friend (two senior citizens) with two and a half more days of packing, loading the rest of the items into a car to take many trips to the new apartment and unload. This resulted in much more stress, anxiety and aggravation by one who has a heart condition, than we should have had to endure. This whole experience left us knowing that we will never again hire Two Men and a Truck and never recommend them to anyone else especially senior citizens!

    Action Movers
During the move, Action Movers broke two legs on an antique dresser and the glass shelf from another piece of furniture. Neither item has been repaired so far after several telephone calls. About a week after the move was complete I was setting up my office, and discovered that my laptop was missing from its case. I called Action movers immediately, but after several telephone calls, I have realized that Action Movers has no intention of either retrieving my laptop or reimbursing me for it, nor do they have any intention of repairing or replacing the items they broke. Do yourself a favor - don't hire Action Movers.

    Cleaning And Moving Pros
There was a descrepancy regarding the manner each was paid, but it was handled quickly and we got the work completed. The men were very careful with our items and even brought their own tools to help in the setup of certain items. our tools were all packed, so this was a plus. Although the men were both courteous and very polite, one fellow had worked with some steel and oil earlier that day and absolutely stunk of oil. I thought it was the container that our household furniture came out of, but one did admit because I kept saying where is that smell of oil coming from. Once he left the oil smell evaporated! This was the only draw back to the entire unloading.

    5-Star Moving
These guys showed up on time and got started immediately. It took them a bit longer than originally estimated on the phone, but they did a great job and worked their tails off to get the job done as quickly as possible. I'm extremely pleased with their quality of work and work ethic to get things moved really quickly.

    TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
Here's the story.  I rented a truck and drove it about 500 miles to Simpsonville, SC., so now I'm fried.  I had been called on my cell the previous evening that I was still onboard.  The day of the move, I was in the rental office when the cable company called to let me know they had arrived.    I went to the apt and dealt with that issue still waiting for a call.  It turned out they had called my previous DC residence and had no record of my cell with which they verified the previous evening.  I got the number for the local company and spoke with Kathy, who had no record of the cell number.  I'm assuming there was a communications breakdown between corporate and local. She told me to hang on and she would get back to me.  I five minutes, she called back saying she had a crew that finished early and they were on the way.  After they'd arrived and had been working a short time, the warehouse manager called to say he was en route.  Now here's the kicker.  All of these guys were proud of their company and all talked as if the owner was standing right behind them.  It was THEIR company.  Bare in mind this is a hot, sticky day in SC.  Not only did they break some world record in pulling the pieces together but they thought of the company's standing above their own.  I have never heard anything like it.  Just doggone inspiring.  I submit this company's employees exemplify all that is great in the US.  And this is a job that started of badly.  First class employees, first class company.  Moving to the Greenville area?  These are the guys you want.  If I do an inner city move, I won't give the matter a second thought.  I've moved all over the country on contract jobs and I've never been so impressed.   BTW, from first observations, the Greenville area is a delight.

    Loree Jon's Pool Tables Plus
They leveled slate (the table was assembled and in place) and put new Simonis felt on the table and rails. I also called Carolina Billiards and Loree Jon's was a little cheaper. They came out, on time, and did a very good job. The price was a little steeper than I would have expected, but I couldn't find a cheaper price.

    HD Auston Moving Systems
We had 5-6 very good men and all went pretty well. It took most of a day to move out and most of another day to move in. It was a very expensive move after the 2 tips and moving charges. Would probably use them again but would get a better estimate on total charges.
