    Brendan did an amazing job on our furniture. The pieces that are almost 25 years old and subjected to several long-distance moves, look new again. In addition, we asked him to lighten up the dark cherry to a more medium tone to fit with built-ins in our home office. The final color is beautiful. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Finally, we were very pleased with the price. We plan to use him again soon.

    I purchased both a clothing washer and dryer and was told I had a guarantee that both would work. The very first day the washer emptied an entire load of water on the floor. After calling KWR multiple times they reluctantly sent out a guy to see what the issue was AT MY EXPENSE!! When that guy couldn't fix the washer KWR very reluctantly sent me another washer.........that also didn't work. The replacement wouldn't spin! After giving up and purchasing a new set from a reputable business, I asked if KWR would at least purchase back the washer and dryer at a minimal cost. Their answer was that they are currently not in the market for washers and dryers!!!!!!!!! So much for that "guarantee"!!! Sold me broken equipment, charged me to "fix it" then wouldn't take it back when it still didn't work!!!! Also, After reading a bad review that I wrote, they called my wife, yelled at her for my review and then hung up on her!!!!!!!

    He did a great job. The price was really good. He upholstered the cushions and stuff. We took it to him. It took a couple of weeks. It did not take too long. We did a contrasting color for the decor. Our couch is a sage green. We did the cushions in a darker green. A store was going out of sale and had a fire sale. We got this great fabric for the 10th of the price and we used that.

    You know how there is a bunch of goop on the refrigerator when you get it. All the tags on it. They said they were going to get it off, and they didn't. That stuff is really hard to get off. It was something little, but its something I didn't want to do.

    Horrible experience. I purchased a couch on feb 5th. I was told it was a 4 week wait on getting the couch delivered. I checked with them 4 weeks in and was told that the wait was 4-6 weeks and they had no update for me. I called back at 6 weeks and was told that the wait was 6-7 weeks and they had no update. Last week I found out I am getting transferred to Charlotte NC w my job so I called in to discuss canceling my order. I understood that I would probably pay a fee to cancel (even though the couch hadn't shipped from the manufacturer at 7 weeks). I was reminded that their cancelation policy is 24 hours, and referred to cal back and speak w Sheryl. Each time I have tried to call her I am told she is off work. This company has totally come across as a scam and I will update this review with the outcome of my attempt for resolution.

    He told me how much material I needed and where to get the material at a very good price.  After purchasing the material on a Saturday, I texted him and he picked the chair up on Monday.  By midday Thursday, he texted a picture of the chair all done!  He did a great job and the price was very reasonable.  So glad I found him on Angie's List!

    Loree Jon's Pool Tables Plus
    They leveled slate (the table was assembled and in place) and put new Simonis felt on the table and rails. I also called Carolina Billiards and Loree Jon's was a little cheaper. They came out, on time, and did a very good job. The price was a little steeper than I would have expected, but I couldn't find a cheaper price.

    He was very punctual and efficient. He came by to see the piece, even though I offered to come to him as initially I didn't know if I wanted to go ahead with the work. I couldn't decide, based on wavering attachment to the chair. When I called a few days later, he came back to pick up the chair, delivered back to me sooner than he quoted and it was beautiful. When my husband saw the chair and the workmanship, he said we should do the mate chair. He came back, yet again, picked up the other chair and delivered it finished in less than a week. 
    I currently have plans for more work with him after the first of the year.  Very pleased!

    This J. Booker was referred by us from our Home Warranty Company.�� The first time he showed up 2hrs late.�� A whole day was wasted waiting on this guy who did not show up when he was suppose too! Once he arrived he sat in our driveway for about an hour on his cell phone.�� He finally came inside and spent about 10 minutes and said he will order a part for us.�� He informed us to meanwhile just use a heat gun to defrost the coils and that should help.�� We thought well ok great! It took numerous text messages (because he does not like to talk on the phone), for us to find out if the part was in.�� He finally told us yes and he could come out Friday.�� We are very patient people, so we continued defrosting daily, so our refigerated items would not go bad. We waited all day Friday and he never showed up.��He then texted that he had a family emergency and he could not come.�� We are epathectic people, so we defrosted all weekend.�� Once again we had to text him to find out when he could come back out, we agreed on Monday. We rearranged our schedules and he never came during the hours he said he would. Yes, once again we texted him and asked him what time he is coming, it is now past the time frame already.�� He told us closer to 5pm now.�� Well, 6:30 came along and guess what...you got it...NO phone call, NO text message and a NO-show!! We contacted our home warranty people and they are sending us a new��tech.�� Meanwhile, we will still have to defrost daily and start the whole process over again.�� This was��crazy!! So yes this company is an��F all around!! How about some work ethics j-tech appliance��!! We sill NEVER use this company and we will be sure to tell all of our contacts WHO we do NOT recommend!!

    Lee harris upholstered a huge sectional sofa for us. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to tell by looking just how much fabric we should order. He was willing to work around our work schedules for pick up and deliveries. And Lee was always prompt - he seems to be a man of his word. We highly recommend Lee to others who need upholstery work done. We would definitely use his services again when needed.
