It was fine. We've been using them for a year. We have a doctor that understands what we want and services what we need. They provide everything that we need. My wife and I were both comfortable with using the same doctor.

    Smith, Dr. Christopher A.
His office staff is very friendly. They always have such warm smiles, and call you by name. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and is very thorough to determine the cause of illness or injury. We've never had any negative issues with him or his staff. Sometimes you have to wait a little while in the exam room, but that is just because he takes the time to actually listen to his patients! If you do have to wait, you can be assured that when it is your turn to be seen he will take just as much time and care listening to you. I can not possibly recommend him enough!

Very good, the nurses in the lab make one feel very comfortable. They are knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Faile goes over the results and makes recommendations. He is responsible for correctly diagnosing and making recommendations on numerous health issues and is responsible for my being alive and able to function normally.

As normal, my appointment went great. I have been going to Premier for 13 or so years now. I have seen many of the Dr's there. Kathy Benson is an FNP at Premier and by far, in my opinion the best on staff. Kathy is extemely personable, great bedside manner and very thorough. She care about her patients and solving, or helping their medical needs. I hope to see her for many more years to come.

It was good. I didn't have a long wait, and they don't have appointments or anything there do the wait wasn't that long which I appreciate. And they were thorough in what they did, the examinations and everything. It would say it wasn't a bad experience only that I ended up in the hospital but it was a good thing they found what they did.

The doctors are pretty good and I like them.  I like their demeanor as well.  They get me in at a reasonable time to see them.  The office environment is pretty good; they pay attention to me.  They are pretty good with punctuality and are fast.  They get me in and out.  The staff members are pretty friendly once they get to know the people.  They’re good with communication.  They are pretty good at billing what I need to get done.

They were okay.  There's nothing outstanding.  Every time I go there I see a practitioner, I don't really see the doctor.  Every time I go there I just get the feeling that they try to push medicine at me.  They always tell me I have insane allergy, maybe I do to a moderate extent.  They said I need to be on some sort of medicine all the time.  I don't agree with that.

The doctor was very nice and had a good manner. But, my medications were changed several times over a six month period without the results I wanted. The only thing the doctor checked was my blood pressure and listened to my heart.
I had some blood work done also. The new blood pressure meds do seem to be working now.

I thought the cost of the visit was high, but they did adjust for my insurance payment. So overall, the service and price was OK.

I have been going to the same doctor probably for 25 years. He really takes his time with you. If you take your child in there, he will first talk to the child and then ask the parents about what is going on. He is a great Christian. He is such a good doctor that I don't even know if he is taking new patients because he is so booked up. We are on a first name basis and stuff like that, and he is comfortable with it and I am comfortable with it. I feel like he gives excellent service. The staff and nurses are very good.

We encountered Dr. Lopez at an "emergency care" facility one afternoon when my infant son's pediatrician was unavailable.  I was so impressed that I made Dr. Lopez my son's primary care provider when his pediatrician retired soon after.  Dr. Lopez has been our family physician for nearly 15 years, because he takes the time to talk to us unlike many other doctors that I've encountered.  Unfortunately, this means that we often have to wait, but it's well worth it to feel safe and well cared for.
