    Unique Concrete Design LLP
Weve had Unique Concrete twice before, but this the first full patio theyve done. Arrived by 8:30 am to clear out site, frame patio, lay cement, clean up site, blew away any loose dirt etc by patio, blew the driveway and were done by 1:00 pm. You would hardly know anyone work had been done it was so straightened up. Excellent crew who obviously knew what they were doing. They were very polite and experienced. Highly recommend this company.

    James Able & Sons
not well!! did other jobs not asked for around the yard and then asked my renter of the house to pay him a large additional amount of money. I was told he would bring top soil in and grass the area - not done as only put pine needles on the area for repair then asked me for more money than was agreed upon. Now I will have to hire someone else to do the job in a few months that I wanted him to do. paid 2,400 dollars, which was plenty for job requested. If you just want pine needles placed maybe o.k. Gave big plans and did not perform well. When asked about azealeas he said he would plant I was told he didn't think it needed them (after the job was done - why did he think it was needed when we were discussing job?) I am not a happy camper. Marcie Aiken

    DG Builders LLC
DG Builders was a great company to work with, professional and willing to do changes along the way for us. You never really know what may look the best or if you want to add things until the project gets underway, and we found plenty to add or change. David the owner and his staff were not only willing to make the changes but helped us with the design of the new additions to the project. If you are looking for a honest hard working company that you can trust, look no further.

    Artistic Floor USA Inc
The job was done very quickly and was of an extremely high quality. All of the workmen were courteous and had no issues with answering my questions. Luis (the owner) was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I will recommend Artistic Flooring USA to my friends.

    Compass Concrete
I had originally hired another concrete contractor in Greenville County (Complete Concrete) to pour a driveway and sidewalk at my property located in Simpsonville SC. The workmanship from the original contractor was poor and directed storm-water  towards my foundation. It was also poorly finished.
Jeff from Compass Concrete came to my rescue!!!!!!. After the original work was removed, Jeff properly graded the areas for the driveway and sidewalk so that all storm water was directed away from the foundation of the house and towards a wooded area on the back of the property.  His completed work is a true testament of craftsmanship and experience. Jeff and his crew are professional and skilled individuals whom strives to satisfy the customer and develop customer relationships.
I will use him again for future projects.

    Complete Concrete
Hired Complete Concrete to pour and finish driveway and
sidewalk for my property located in Simpsonville SC.
Was made clear to the owner (Kevin J Johnston) that it was
important to plan and finish the driveway and sidewalk so that they did not pitch
towards the house and allow storm water from pooling around foundation and entering
crawl space. Kevin guaranteed me driveway and sidewalks would
be finished so that storm water would be directed away from the house and down
the center of the driveway (toward the wooded area on the back of the property).
Upon inspection of the complete work, it was evident that both the driveway and
sidewalk were pitched towards the house and allowed water to pool around
foundation. The finish work was also questionable as the sidewalk and edges of
the driveway were wavy. I met with the contractor at the property to discuss
the work and my concerns. Contractor (Kevin) believed he did a great job and wanted
me to hire a landscaper to correct the storm water drainage issue he created.
I had three other concrete contractors come out to inspect
his work to see if the newly poured driveway and sidewalk could be corrected to
direct storm water away from the house.  All agreed the planning and finishing work was
poor and the only way to correct the drainage issue was to remove all of the
    concrete and start over.
Shared the feedback I received from the other contractors
with Kevin and requested that he remove the concrete and re-pour. He agreed to
remove the concrete at his own expense and to return my deposit but declined the
opportunity to redo the driveway and sidewalk. Kevin did remove the concrete
but has not yet returned my deposit (35%). He does not respond to emails, text messages
    or phone calls.
Please note that this company is not registered as a
business in Greenville County S.C. and that his state contractor?s license is
not registered under the ?Complete Concrete? company name. This company also
does not have an official business mailing address. His current License is
registered under a company he no longer works for. Also note this company is
    not insured or bonded.

    Nexgen Contractors LLc
Due to weather the job was started slightly after the original date and we had interruptions that were weather related. The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. Steve listened and offered options which included ideas we were not even aware of. Great contractor to do business with.

    Unique Concrete Design LLP
overall it went well. However, they pushed back the start date on multiple occasions, eventually was started about 3 weeks after initially planned start date. Some reasons for the delay were reasonable- weather, etc. However they were not quite as informative during the process as we'd expected. I had to call numerous times to find out if/when they were coming. They didn't reach out to update us on time table changes. In addition, they provided an initial estimate, but later increased the cost of the job after it had already begun. They stated that the owner? or manager? had come to evaluate it and realized they would need more concrete than they originally estimated, so therefore, a higher cost.

    Compass Concrete
Jeff came in and removed the sections that were to be replaced and installed forms. Concrete came late and they worked till way past dark to finish the job. They came back the next day and removed all the forms and pressure washed the whole driveway. Job came out very well and we are happy with all the work done.

    ProCare Services and Additions LLC
They have good reviews although it took a long time for them to finish our project.  The interaction was okay. They quoted us four weeks but it took them six months however the work turned out to be beautiful.
