    started out fine with a promise not to be more then two weeks. two weeks turned into more then a month. communication with them was terrible . I would call and leave messages for updates, and would not get any in return. the only way I would get any updates in the beginning is if I drove there physically and ask. Every due date was always pushed back one to there days. The price they quoted was fine. It was the lack of communication and care that I was having to drive in the shop to get updates, that made this a lousy experience . Also they broke my taillight and didn't mention it till I was picking up the car. They had to order a replacement for me, which again I didn't receive a call that came in. I waited a week didnt hear anything,I called the shop and was told that it had been there but nobody called again.

    On my way to work early in the morning I heard a noise under my car. Someone at the gas station suggested Mason & Sons. They sent a tow truck, picked me up, took me to work, and kept me up to date with repairs. They even provided a complimentary car wash! I will definitely use their services again.

    We took my husband's purple Scion XB here after someone knocked a big dent in the side near the front bumper. Shane did such an amazing job in just a couple of hours you cannot tell where the dent was!  the car looks brand new again!  I don't know how he does it but he's the master when it comes to dent removal!
    We brought the car in to the location at 325 Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC and left it. Went walking for two hours, came back and the car was finished!  No hole, no painting needed at all.  The car is perfect. This guy is amazing!

    The repair turned out fine. The car has performed as well as ever since the repair and there are no visible flaws. The repair took longer than originally predicted, but that was due to a part that was slow to arrive.

    Robert's team got me back on the road quickly and coordinated the insurance complexities for me. Great job! Detailed the whole Tahoe so it all looked like new and the paint color matched perfectly. They are very meticulous. Warm friendly environment in the shop.

    On my first visit for estimate, they partially fixed the fender so it would not rub against the door, FOR FREE before I agreed to bring the car. I visited 4 shops before and this was the first shop that did that,  THAT IS GREAT SERVICE
    The fender was replaced with a new fender, repainted and fixed like new. The work was done one day ahead of time
    They also did a couple of scratches for free. These were not included in the estimate.  Another plus
    The staff were friendly, very cordial and explained in detail all that was needed. 
    The Price for the new fender was the lowest if 4 estimate for new fender.
    It almost the same as the price of fixing the dented fender.

    Mark Lauer is the man in-charge. We have used him for years. We know he is very reasonably priced because we have gone other places. He does excellent work and stands behind his work. He is prompt and it is ready when he says it will be ready

    Got addresses from Angie's List and estimates from five body shops. This was the lowest for a new fender, cheaper than others. The estimate was for original manufacturer's parts, It was close to the estimates for those fixing the dents. And almost 40% cheaper than the highest estimate
    When I first brought it, the rep noticed that the door was squeaking as it rubbed against the dented fender. They promptly fixed it, even though I was there just for the estimate. I thought this was excellent move, since they were the last one I saw, and none of the other four offered to fix it.
    The estimate was good for 30 days, but I brought it about 3 months later, same price..
    The work was explained in more detail than all other shops. It was done ahead of time. They also fixed a couple of blemishes and scratches free of charge.

    After buying my car from Toyota of Greenville, I was very pleased. Unfortunately, that is where my happiness ended. I was in a car accident recently and had my car brought to the Body Shop. After weeks of phone tag (one day being told they didn't have my car), I was contacted on a Monday saying my car would be ready Friday. Thursday, I called to check that it would be ready. The woman told me it had been ready since Monday (the same day I was told it wouldnt be ready until Friday)!!!! The following Saturday (after having my car back for 2 days), my car began making horrible noises and was towed back to Toyota. They said they would pay for the towing and fix the problem. We were contacted later by Robbie in the Body Shop and told it had nothing to do with the accident, we had to pay for the towing, and it ended up costing another $1000 to replace the torn belt. Even though there were no problems with the car prior to the accident, they said nothing additional was wrong other than the belt being worn (I could pull pieces of it out), and to bring it back for a check up in 1000 miles. Two weeks, and 350 miles later, my car broke down again. The tow was back to Toyota, as it was the same belt torn up again. The service department informed us that they must have used a defective belt to replace the bad one 2 weeks ago, that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Not believing this, I was very frustrated. I received a call less than an hour later saying the actually ran my car to check on it and the belt was already tearing. These people in both the body shop and the service department are pieces of work. They only give my dad answers, not my mother or I. They are impossible to get in contact with. They are rude and incompetent. They are incapable of doing their job. Once they fix the problem they made, I will never go back there again.

    Acutech Automotive Inc
    We got 3 estimates for what it would cost to fix it. The quotes were anywhere from 500 to 800, and the highest one was from the Lexus dealer which was 2000. Acutech was fine. I think I would have gone to either one of them except that I just didn't end up having the bumper fixed. They did the quote right away. They were professional. I would use them in the future if I needed to.
