    Other than having to wait more than a week for the out-of-stock part to arrive, it was a good experience. It���s a challenge to be unable to use one���s washer for a couple of weeks! This is the second time in less than six months of owning this machine that the part went bad. Previous companies that tried to fix it said they could not find the source of the leak. My technician knew exactly what it was when I described the problem to him. He took pictures and showed me. I appreciated that. I hope I do not have future problems with this machine, but I will definitely call Mr. Rogers again if I do.

    The first technician came out July 11 and we were told that it was the compressor. From conversations with LG we didn't think that was the problem, but he's suppose to be the expert. He placed an order for the compressor. When the compressor came in, July 21 the technician came out to fix the "compressor" he found ice build up in the evaporator coil and that the heater for the ice-fan had shorted out and it wasn't the compressor but a different part. The second tech did defrost the defective part and for a month all was good. August 15 the ice-fan (evaporator cover) arrived and a tech came for the repair. Before verifying they had the correct part he had taken the refrigerator apart and discovered that the part they had was not the correct part. Don't know if LG sent the wrong part or the repair company ordered the wrong part. So again we are waiting for the right part. Since this tech worked on the frig when it does the defrost cycle water drips out on to the floor. We have hardwood floors and are very concerned about damage to the floors. It is now Sept 17th and have decided to just purchase a new refrigerator.

    Let's see - called first thing on a Monday morning to schedule service. Was told that someone would be out Thursday or Friday. Ok great. Called again Friday morning after hearing nothing Thursday or early Friday and was told someone would definitely be out that afternoon. No one showed, no one called, no one made any attempt to let us know they would not make it after we made arrangements to have someone here. So the following Monday comes, and again - no contact from them whatsoever. So we made other arrangements. I see several good reviews here but I have to be honest - it doesn't take long (no matter how busy or crazy things get) to make a call to re-schedule or make other arrangements on another day for the repair. If you can't do that, then I really have to question how good of a job you would do anyways. We wanted to use local but I guess we are headed back to Sears. They at least show when they say they will, or call.

    Was not impressed. First call to company they took one day to call back. All calls to company automatically go to "all our service representatives are busy helping other customers, please hold, blah, blah,blah". No matter when you call this is what you get. There are 3-4 employees in company but you think you are getting a huge company. Had to request invoice be sent to my email, did not offer to send. will not use again.

    Great! It's a Kenmore-Sears said it would take 12 days for them to come out. Todd came, knew what was wrong, had the part and fixed it. Great service, very professional and personable. Would use again. Also, came within a few hours of our call.

    FAST AND EFFICIENT, BUT DID HAVE TO COME BACK WITH THE REPLACEMENT PART TWO DAYS LATER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR ME AND MY HOME WHILE THE SENIOR TECH WAS WORKING AND ALSO TEACHING A TRAINEE. FLAT RATE WAS CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE JOB EVEN THOUGH HAD TO COME BACK AND INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT PART WHICH MEANT ANOTHER INTERIOR DISASSEMBLY TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR PANEL TO REPLACE THE PART, AS WELL AS MORE DEFROSTING WAS REQUIRED AGAIN TO REMOVE THE INTERIOR PANEL THAT WAS FILLING UP WITH FROST AND ICE AGAIN.

    They advised us that the circuit board was broken and they said that according to the information on line a new circuit board was not available. I asked them to send me an email with the information so I could call the manufacturer myself and also so I could check with third parties for a new or reconditioned board. I never got an email. I called the following week requesting that information again and they said they would send but they never did. This tends to make me believe that they were not being truthful about their evaluation of the problem.

    The man was VERY nice-came the same day which was important because it was not cooling our food properly. He had to leave to get a part after determining what the problem was but returned quickly and finished the repair that day.

    He was late for my appointment, he diagnosed the problem, he said he had to try to find the broken part, and would get back with me. After over a week of waiting for him to get back with me, I contacted him. He said he did not have the part because it had been discontinued. My dishwasher is still broken.
