FEhrlich Pest ControlOn the first visit to the attic, the technician stepped on the ceiling and popped a drywall seam. We both took pictures and agreed to file a claim. Ten weeks later, the claim was denied saying we have no proof that the damage was caused by the tech. We paid $375 to repair and repaint the ceiling. We were sitting in the room below at the time the tech caused the damage and heard the loud crack of the ceiling and watched the drywall dust float to the floor. We could have at the very least gotten a refund for the $225 paid for two visits. My husband and I called the tech 3 times to arrange the second visit that we had already paid for.- Georgia R.

AIdeal Pest Control, Inc.They are one of the few companies that know how to access my house if I am not here. They come once a month and they spray. We lived on the Marsh which is tidal water, so we have to make sure that we keep some traps and stuff on the outside to take care of the rats and that sort of thing because we have got marsh watering. They do a little bit outside, but they spray on the inside for sure. They do all of our termite stuffs. We have used them for at least 10 years. I like everything about them. They are reliable. I trust them in my house if I am not here. I don't have a problem with pest. If I have a problem, I can call them and say I have a problem and they will come out and will take care of that. They are very well priced. They always call the night before they come and give me a timeframe that they will be here. They are just a good company.- Terri J.

FHad to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!

DArborist came out and was very personable and seemed knowledgeable. But then, when I had a second tree service come out and look at the same trees, that service pointed out that there was a badly diseased tree with a limb overhanging my house that needed immediate attention. How could an arborist miss that? Then, when Bartlett's quote for the trimming service arrived, it was outrageously expensive. So, I am using someone other than Bartlett to do the trimming and remove the diseased tree.
