    PENSKE LOGISTICS
They were excellent. I found them on Angie's List. The charge was reasonable and they were less than another company. The pick-up and drop off were very simple. It was very conveniant to where I was moving and the truck was very clean. It had all of the equipment in it that I needed to use. The dollies and blankets.

    Performance Powersports
I bought a Wave Runner FX Cruiser HO from Performance Powersports on July15, 2013.  Today is October 21, 2013.
At the time of the sale I also got an addon package of a 'gel battery' and a full tank of gas; as well as a new trailer for the unit.  We agreed that I'd pick the unit up on 7/17 during lunchtime.  On 7/17 I got called into a meeting that would have made me a little later picking up the Wave Runner, so I called and was told it was a busy day, and a little extra time would work out well for them, too.  We decided on 3 o'clock.
When I got there at 3, they said it was ready for me.  I asked to see the 'gel battery', and they asked "You bought the gel battery?  We didn't know that.".  It was right there on the invoice.  So I had to wait while they found one and put it in.  I asked if they had filled it with gas and they were unaware of that, too; so another delay while I went to the station with the salesman to gas it up (using 10% Ethanol gas, nonetheless, which the mechanic later said was harmful to marine engines).  When I got home I noticed the Wave Runner looked crooked on the trailer, and thought I should have noticed that at the dealer.
Later on I launched the Wave Runner, and when I reloaded it to the trailer made sure it was level.  By the time I got home it was crooked again.  I looked underneath, and the wooden bunks on the trailer were too close together for the unit to rest between them, so instead of it resting between the bunks it was balancing on the edge of the bunks which was causing it to fall a little sideways between them once the trailer was moving.  Since I was going to take it in to be checked out after 10 hours of use, I waited until then to have them make the adjustment; which they did, although they must have only adjusted one of the bunks since they are now not centered on the trailer any more.
The day I bought the Wave Runner and trailer I was told they would send the information to the Georgia DNR for my boat registration, and send the information to the Georgia DMV for the trailer registration.  I was given a couple of affidavits for the sale of the Wave Runner and trailer to take with me to show whoever needed them until the registrations came.  When 6 weeks had passed and no notice that either of these registrations had been sent, I wrote an email to the salesman on August 27 asking him to check on it.  He said he would, but he didn't.  When a few more weeks went by I asked him again, still no response.  Then I was stopped by the SC DNR on October 1st on the lake and given a warning that too much time had passed since the purchase, and that I had not been given the right forms to present them, that affidavits of sale were no evidence that anything had been attempted to be registered.
The next day (October 2) I called Performance and spoke to the salesman, who then did check on it (I suppose for the first time) and learned that nothing had been sent from Performance to either the DNR or the DMV (or anybody else).  They apologized and said they'd take care of sending the documents to the GA. DNR but I'd have to appear at the GA. DMV myself in order to pay whatever fees were applicable.  Which was fine, but I had never been told that before... I thought all of that was taken care of when I left the dealer on the day of purchase.
Today is October 21, more than 3 months since I bought the Wave Runner, and 3 weeks since I was promised they were handling it; and I do not have the registration yet.  I have gone by Performance and gotten what I hope (I'm not sure) are the correct documents to register the trailer, but am still holding them responsible to get my state DNR registration done so I can get my registration numbers for the Wave Runner.

    STRICKLAND MARINE
He provides good service and goes above and beyond for his customers.  I would give him top marks across the board. I would go there for the boat I was restoring before I bought this one. I would get all my parts there. They give advise and directions willingly and they don't charge you for it. They are local and very friendly.
