    I have NEVER seen a more compassionate doctor or one who went to such lengths to see to his patient's care, comfort and well-being. My dad didn't remember us at times but he always remembered Dr. Meyers and would respond to his touch.  I would LOVE to have Dr. Meyers as my PCP but alas, he's not taking new patients.  This man is a gem.

    When I was seen by him, I found him to be genuine and caring.  He helped me through a difficult adjustment to chronic pain by being patient and explaining all tests and procedures thoroughly.  Sometimes a positive and kind comment can do what meds can't.

    For 7 years I went annually for my physical.  Dr Daniell was always friendly and thorough and usually extremely behind schedule.  In the earlier years it wasn't unusual for me to wait an hour or more past my appointment time.  I learned to schedule the first appointment of the day which lessened the wait time.
    During the 7 years there were 2 times that I needed urgent assistance outside of the annual appointments.  Both times my phone messages were not returned and I was completely ignored.  The office staff thinks its okay to not return calls for days at a time without even the courtesy of a "we're working on it".  I find it not only incredibly rude but also unethical from a doctors office.
    The first incident occurred in February 2013.  I was scheduled for some minor surgery and they discovered my blood pressure was too high.  They wouldn't do the surgery unless I got my BP down.  I called Dr Daniell's office and was transferred to her nurse Rose's voicemail.  I explained my situation and the urgency and waited all day with no return call.  I called again and got her voicemail again.  I called the next morning as soon as the office opened and was told Rose was with a patient and was transferred to her voicemail again.  My surgery was scheduled in a few days so after 2 days of being ignored I called the emergency number that evening.  Lo and behold, Dr Daniell called me back.  She knew nothing about my situation but took action to get a prescription called in right away and get my situation resolved.  I went in for my annual physical with her a month a later.
    The second incident occurred in July 2014.   On the 3rd I called in my prescription refill to my pharmacy.  They told me it was out of refills and they would have to contact the Dr to get it renewed.  By July 7th there had been no response from Dr Daniell's office to renew the prescription.  I took the last pill on July 6th.  On July 8th, first thing in the morning, I called the office and explained my situation.  I was transferred to Celia's voicemail where I explained the situation again.  Two days later I had gotten no call back from Celia.  On the 10th, first thing in the morning, I called the office again and was transferred again to Celia's voicemail.  I explained again that my matter was urgent and I had taken the last pill some days ago.  I heard nothing back all day.  At 6pm when I realized that I still had no response I called the emergency number and described my situation again.  I have never heard back from anybody.

    We move throughout the south eastern United States, living in remote location. In the past 10 years we have had 4 different primary care physicians. Dr. Mc Alpine is the most capable and well rounded doctor we have used. Her bedside manner is cautious, she is truly concerned about your well being although not apparent at first visit. Until she understood our medical conditions she was all business, after 3-4 visits she became familiar with us and offered pleasantries. The office environment is open, clean, and friendly. The Staff is well trained and in the past 40 months (length of our relationship) billing errors have been minimal. She is a dedicated doctor who demands that you receive the best medical care possible without a lot of small talk.

    I had blepharoplasty surgery on upper and lower eyelids in March 2013. The office bent over backwards to get me in for surgery with time for healing to suit my schedule. I was given excellent advance information and the surgery was exactly as I had been prepared for. The followup was thorough and everything healed with absolutely no scarring. I was more pleased with the result than I expected to be.

    Even if we are out of town, he is available by phone for consultation. He is extremely knowledgable and stays current on developments and drugs that he prescribes. If he doesn't have answer, he finds it.

    I was well-prepared for what to expect on the day of the surgery. Almost everyone in the surgical unit (in the same building) was very communicative and focused on my comfort. You could tell that they have really put some thought into how to make it the best experience possible. Wasn't crazy about being awake during surgery but that was my choice as the full sedation cost $1000 more. I didn't feel a thing but I was very aware of what was going on. They kept my husband well-informed in the waiting room.
    With stitches, swelling and bruising all around my eyes I looked really frightening for the first few days. But the healing was fast and almost completely pain free. The hardest thing of all was sleeping sitting up for the first week or so. Now, six weeks later, I have a small amount of scarring that hasn't yet faded but am almost back to normal.
    The undereye bags are gone and the drooping lids are tightened up. It was well worth it!

    My husband was seen by Dr. Synder who evaluated and referred him to Dr. Hanover for vascular surgery of his legs. The service, including surgery, was fantastic. Dr. Synder is an excellent vascular clinician and Dr. Hanover a fantastic vascular surgeon. Both provided excellent communication about my husband condition. Dr. Hanover kept my husband informed on everything he did during the surgery. Staff at both facilitaties were outstanding and reassuring during our time in the office and at the hospital. The hospital staff were very comforting to both my husband and I before, during and after the surgery. I highly recommend both physicians and the Greenville Hospital System for vascular surgery. My husband has been doing extremely well 3 days after his surgery and says that he feels like a new person. We have not receive the bill as yet and thus cannot comment.

    During my last appointment i had to do my gestational diabeties test, when i got to the office i was immediately given the glucose drink and the front nurse started the timer.  While waiting to finish the test i was taken back to see Dr. Schwering, everytime i go to the doctor i have to take a pee test and the doctor checks the baby's heartbeat.  After checking the heartbeat she checked to make sure the baby is positioned correctly and measuring the right amount.  She then asks if i have any questions i asked about heartburn and what happens after the gestational diabeties test results comes back, she went over every heartburn medication i can take and then went over what i needed know about the test.  After talking to Dr. Schwering i had to go to the back of the office for blood work.
