    We have been using David's Heating and Air, from Westminster, SC (previously from Seneca SC) since moving here three years ago. Had a issue with call backs but was able to speak with the owner who advised me about the death in the family and telephone issue, that was soon to be corrected. Also I was pleased to see their TOP service tech Gabe who has been doing the service on our unit since day one. We are pleased to say that we are continuing to use David's Heating and Air and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank You

    Went well. Recommended replacing blower capacitor but wasn't pushy about it. Also found an aftermarket baffle causing limited airflow to one of our rooms, and removed it for us and taped the hole at no extra cost.

    Had condensation problem with refrigeration pipe. Office reception lady was polite, the technician came on time, and I was told that it is due to bad air flow and coil freezing. The technician installed a safety switch for dripping pan (around $120) and cleaned the outside unit (around $120). I was grateful until finding on the second day lots of water under the safety switch - which was not there before, and realizing that the insulation above the switch was broken - probably during the installation of switch! I was asking them to solve my problem instead of creating one! Also the condensation problem still persists. I called the office and they said "we will see what we can do". Never got any reply, while my pipeline is still dripping water crazy - and even more near the safety switch. It is appalling to see myself paying money to get myself into more trouble.

    Our heater's AUX heat was not working. They replaced the strips. Now the only thing that works is the AUX heat. Our cooling wasn't working. They charged the system, and it all leaked out. They said we had a leak in one place, and they fixed that, charged the system, and it all leaked out. Then it was another place. Then we had to replace the whole coil. They charged the system, and now our AC doesn't work either. And then several months after we paid, they called and wanted to charge us even more - said that they had forgotten to bill us for something. Not using these guys again.

    This was a big job and a good deal of it was done long distance.  There were no surprises or sudden problems that required increasing the quoted price.  This is a dependable group of people.  They did exactly what we asked and were time efficient and thorough.  At first we hired them for only the HVAC work, but we were so impressed that when we found out they did electrical work also, we extended our contract to include those services.  
    The job went smoothly and all the people we were in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable.

    We have a maintenance service contract with David's Heating and Air. As contract customers, we get maintenance checks every fall and spring at no extra cost and we are given priority on emergency repair calls. We also receive after-hours emergency service at no additional charge. During our fall service check last year, we were informed that our unit needed to be replaced due to deteriorated coils--because of the age of the unit, a replacement was the only viable option. They quoted us a good price for a 3-ton unit, we set up the appointment for the following week, and the service was prompt and efficient. The service employees are always friendly and professional, and they really take great care of their customers. I highly recommend the maintenance contract. It costs approx. $13/month, but it has been worth every penny for us. Great service, fair prices.

    Was impressed that technician gave information to see if problem could be fixed without intervention. When it could not, the response time was very good (w/in hours). The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Both of the other systems were checked and one needed coolant, which was added. Their price was very fair for the service call and repairs. I will use them again. It is good to know that we have a local vendor that is so competent and professional.
