    A & B Remodeling llc
I hated that I have hired them. It turned out that they didn't have a license to do neither electrical nor plumbing. They could only do painting and may be carpentry (which they were very sloppy at). The young guys whom came to do the job were very nice, but so inexperienced. Tile job is all screwed up. They've messed up all my marble tile work. One and only job that was very good is the tile in the laundry room. That was one of the few things done first that impressed us and kept us going with them. Everything else that they did was a half way and very sloppy. We couldn't tolerate a constant pointing at things that they have missed or didn't do correctly. We finally had to let them all go and had to finish up everything ourselves. So much re-work. Very sloppy and inexperienced. And they cost a lot more than we have agreed. Very poor agreement contract was given to us, and since we didn't know any better, we ended up paying for it. We had to constantly tell them what they need to redo and or finish that they have not. Even worth, they didn't get a building permit for a new bathroom... we had no idea... To officially add a new bathroom to the house you had to get a permit and inspect it. How would we know about it? Only after they were gone and we went to a city planner and told them that we have added a new bathroom and need update our house info. That was a devastation. That's how we found out that this company had no plumbing and electrical permits and our bathroom which cost us over $10k was built illegally. No wonder in the attic they didn't connect some piping from toilet to anything. they've just let it be opened. It could potentially built up gases from toilet in the attic and blow up the house. Not having electrical permit and running electrical wire from new bathroom could potentially overload the circuits and case house fire. You can only imagine what it took us to make it write. Do not hire them to do plumbing or electrical. Ask if they have license to do this job. They may do now. But please ask and watch what they do, dont get in same trap we did.

    Top Hat Solutions LLC
All work was performed above and beyond as requested. Mr. Lee did a great job and is very precise in all that he does. Safety is a huge consideration as well as sturdiness and long lasting results. I would definitely recommend Top Hat (Top Quality Home Automation & Technology and Home Repairs), LLC. to anyone that needs top quality work done.

They arrived early for the consultation, completed that promptly and professionally, and gave an estimate that they met exactly. They arrived early to do the work, and completed that quickly and professionally. The installers of the appliance were impressed with the unusual quality of the electrical work. I don't know what else one could ask for.

It went great. No charge for my mistake today and the work they did on the sunroom addition last year was top notch - no problems to date at all. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

This was a big job and a good deal of it was done long distance.  There were no surprises or sudden problems that required increasing the quoted price.  This is a dependable group of people.  They did exactly what we asked and were time efficient and thorough.  At first we hired them for only the HVAC work, but we were so impressed that when we found out they did electrical work also, we extended our contract to include those services.
The job went smoothly and all the people we were in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was instructed to purchased 55 feet of 4/0 size 4 USE Direct Burial Cable Electrical Wire for mobile homes before the scheduled
appointment. The wire cost $187 to purchase.  The electrical were on time for the install and assessed thetasks. The elections had to purchase additional supplies at Lows to completethe job. The elections made a trench that holds the electrical lines from the poll to under the mobile home and connected the line under the home.  The hold process took 3 to 4 hours.

Outstanding quality of work done at a very fair price.  Price came in under the contingency estimate that I requested, and ended up with a lower cost than expected.  Completed the entire project in one day and brought the right number of electricians needed to complete the job on time.

Electrician showed up right on time and went straight to work. In removing the old light fixtures he noticed no junction boxes had been used by the builder. He went ahead and roughed out the area and installed the boxes and made all the connections. I asked if this should have been noticed by the inspector when the house was built and he said it should have. We are now pleased to know we are up to code when we go to sell. He cleaned up the area upon completion and asked if there were any other electrical problems. It is great to have a company you can rely on and trust. We will be using AES for all future electrical work.

Once he started the job, it took him two weeks to complete it,  but he had a lot to do.  Rather than rush through it, he met each challenge head on.  He was very meticulous, making sure everything was straight, level, and neat.  He consulted us often about our preferences, and made helpful suggestions when needed.  We couldn't be happier with his work, and are so glad we found him!

It went great! I called them on a Tuesday to schedule an estimate, they did the estimate the very next day on Wednesday and then did the work on Friday (all in the same week). Three guys were sent out and they all were very nice and professional. Will definitely use there services again!
