    Vickery Service Center
They botched the job over and over and left me with a $4000 bill. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership and pay another $700 to fix their mess. They lied about prices of parts and lied about what was done to the vehicle. The dealership was astonished by their shoddy work. You wouldnt believe the entire crazy story of my experience with them. It spanned months. Stay away! Youve been warned.

Fabulous, Mark was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was given a VERY fair price. I had an oil change, alignment and got 4 brand new tires. My car drives beautifully now!!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The added convenience of their shuttle was a great touch as well.

I took the vehicle to them because I thought it would be difficult to diagnose, and their reputation as knowledgeable. There was intermittent vibration from the drive train, but I could not tell from where, and there were several suspects. I had 8:00 am appointment and by 5:30 that day, they had correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to fix it. They had it finished by 6:00 the next day. They did charge twice for parts what they are elsewhere, but the labor was not unreasonable, and it was fixed.   For that part, they get an A-.

The young technician also noticed a leak around the power steering reservoir cap. I asked him to see what he could do. He called with, no cap available - had to replace entire reservoir. He said he couldn't get an aftermarket cap. Said he had to then replace the fluid, and therefore flush the system too. I would have replaced this fluid soon (99k miles on it) so I had him do it. In the end, this slightly leaky cap cost me $300. About $100 each on labor for the replacement and the flush.

They also noticed a slightly rough cold idle. Ran diagnostics ($100) but found nothing. Suspected worn plugs. I asked very clearly, "Will the new plugs solve the rough idle problem?"  "Yes."  Six spark plugs at $22 each, and labor at $173 to replace (discounted, allegedly.) The idle was unchanged after the $400 spark plug change and diagnostic. He repeatedly implied we were using low grade fuel.

Gasket in oil filter holder was "pinched" so slight leak. News to me. Replaced gasket and filter, but I said no to oil Wasn't due yet and I guessed another $300.

I thought they did the hard part well, but then I felt gouged. I should have said No to all the rest, but some might have been needed soon and I wanted the drive train fixed right with no qualifications.

Randy is very professional and will give you the straight story on your car's needs. He does not try to oversell with unnecessary things but runs his business with integrity and gives you exactly what you need for your car. He has done work on all my car, my wife's car, and my daughter's car and all work was done with the highest quality.

    LEADER FORD
Did exactly what they were asked to do. A little slow but, that was explained before the work was even started. Price was acceptable for what I expected and contracted to do. Leader Ford will continue to have my business.

    Keller Import Service Inc
Keller's is great! They tell you up front what the service is going to cost. They'll also counsel you on what repairs seem to be upcoming and what to expect from your car down the line. Over the years I've used them to do required service on my cars - once they're out of warranty. Since they only work on Mercedes and Volvos - they know what they're doing. Also, the shop is run like it is a family - they all go out to lunch - they have, I believe, 2 weeks every summer where the shop is closed (over the 4th of July). They also close between Christmas and New Year's. The result is that people seem to be happy there and they always fix your car right the first time.

I took my car in three times to fix the problem.  After the first time (about $1000) there was a problem that resulted from something that the shop had not done.  They fixed that problem and hoped that, then, everything was going to be fine.  After about 2 months, the car developed the same problem that caused me to take her to the shop the first time - chugging when I started her up and whenever I had to stop for traffic lights or stop signs.  The third time I had the car in the shop we spent an additional $2000 to fix the expensive problem - so now I was $3000 in the hole.  Everything seemed fine after that shop visit until about 6 weeks later when she started chugging AGAIN. That was the last straw and my husband and I decided to trade the car in for a newer model.

    RALPH HAYES TOYOTA
This was free due to having purchased the Toyota Care when we bought the vehicle.  I called to make my appointment; scheduled it but when I got to the dealership they did not have me on their list.  The technician quickly took care of it and got me in.  It did not take as long as he had said and they were very courteous.  They did try to tell me or suggested that Toyota likes to suggest that you have the car aligned for approx. $200; I did decline at that time.  I will be using them in the future, unless they mess up on my scheduling again.

The price was very reasonable. They are very helpful. They check the tires and brakes pretty much for free. If everything is fine, he shows me and he does not want to rip me off like other people. It is mainly tires and towing, he does not do engine work. He does a great job. If any need tire or towing, I will go to him. He has got a good selection of tires.

    Belle Tire
They're very helpful and they know what they are doing. What I like is that I have smaller vehicles and they'll find things they recommend not doing and they won't charge me, they just tell me that it's just not good to do. They're very upfront and honest with me.
