Muffler Master's and The Service Center of Rock Hi
The work was done quickly and efficiently and at a price which was approximately one half the price of the big name shops. The shop is a first come first served shop with no appointments so he was rushed and forgot one small piece of the repair. He told me to return, no proof needed, and he completed the forgotten piece with a handshake and an apology.

    TOWN & COUNTRY TOYOTA
Insurance paid for this due to an accident.  The repair department is fantastic. The scheduling was fine.  I guess the staff was okay.  They really worked with the insurance company and actually lowered the price.

    TOWN & COUNTRY TOYOTA
I needed an XM antenna replaced and that took awhile.  It turned out to be a 3 or 4 week project.  Once they got the part, it only took 45 minutes.  It was not a very good experience. I will go to them if I have to.

    EDWARDS BODY SHOP
Excellent work! Even though the quote by the insurance called for some reconditioned and recycled parts Edwards, through research, was able to do the repair with mostly OEM parts. The person in the front office was very polite and responsive. Very satisfied with the service and the results.

    Dents and Dings LLC
Excellent experience! From the initial telephone call to the completion of the work, I was very pleased with Dents and Dings LLC. Chris and Brandon were very professional and completed this job in a timely manner. All evidence of the dent is GONE. I highly recommend this company.

    TODD SHILLINGLAW'S AUTO BODY
I had pulled out of a driveway onto Celanese and was driving on Celanese when a pickup truck came out of a side street and hit my front bumper and fender.  The driver was a young person and very upset.  She apologized and said  she started to pull out because I had my right turn signal light on, which had not yet turned off after I turned onto Celanese.  I told her she had learned a hard lesson -- NEVER assume someone will turn until they actually do.  I've seen people drive a couple of miles with a turn signal on and they never turn.  There wasn't a lot of damage so I asked how they wanted to handle it.  I said I could get some estimates if they preferred so they could decide whether they wanted to pay for it or turn it in.
I got three estimates and there was a big difference between them.  Todd's estimate was 40% less than the other two.  The family decided to pay for it.
I asked Todd for an estimate on the damage on my rear fender caused by a runaway shopping cart because I had to pay for it myself. He gave me a very reasonable estimate so I decided to have it taken care of at the same time.
I stopped by Todd's on Monday, 12/28, to see when I could get my car fixed.  He said to bring it in the next morning (12/29/15) and they would do the work.  Ms. Susan said it would probably be done by Thursday, 12/31, which it was.  When I picked the car up, I could not even tell where either damage had been.  The car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.  Hopefully, I won't need body work done again, but if I do I will take it to Todd's.  They do great work and they are wonderful to work with.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care
Service manager was courteous and professional.  Also had them replace the air filter, a running light, and fix 2 tires that had nails in them.  Service was completed on time and $50 less than quote.  Will definitely come back for future service needs.

Overall quality of paintwork was acceptable considering the painter had to go over less than a properly prepared contoured surface.  Blocking or contouring was not even, with dips and uneven panel lines present in the final job.  In addition, the decal was not evenly placed parallel within acceptable tolerance to the side bed wall of the truck.   Basically, my opinion is that the body prep was done by someone in training and was beyond his capabilities to handle compound curves.   In addition, arriving home I found the spare tire loose and rattling, and painters tape still in the wheel well.  This shop was initially selected, because I felt based upon its manicured grounds and appearance that a quality job would come out of it.  "Committed to Excellence".  If I was expecting to much then I wonder why other individuals way more knowledgeable than me seemed to pick up on the mediocre bodywork.  In closing, the owner or manager of the shop, states "we get a lot of vehicles in here a week 180 and I don't see much wrong with the job".   He offered to correct, but who knows what he will correct and how well?  It could come out worse and did not want to take the chance especially with his attitude.    Totally disgusted with this shop and certainly would not recommend them.   Next time will use a USAA recommended shop.

    Woodie's Auto Service
We own a 2004 Mazda 6 that we purchased new in 2003. It now has 103,000 on it. Other then a new fuel pump, brakes and tires we have never had problem one. Flash forward to 2015 when I notice a small spot of oil on the garage floor. Old car has oil leaks? So I do what every savvy person does - I try to self diagnostics via Google. Anyway, I get paranoid because I see nasty words like "new head gasket" pass before my eyes.
As we are transplants from California we truly had no idea of mechanics reps in the area. I definitely didn't want to take it to the Mazda dealer as I knew that would cost my son's college fund.
So I jumped on trusty Angie's List and came across Woody's. I call them and they acted as if crazy 40 year old women call crying hysterically all of the time! They said they were sure it was fine to drive (I was coming from Rock Hill.) But the thought of breaking down on the 77 with an 8 year old quickly nixed that! So I called AAA and had it towed on over to Woody's.
Now comes the fun part. They receive the car and I call to give Woody's heads up that crazy chicks car is the Mazda on the flatbed. They tell me they will call once they have a diagnosis. So now I wait on pins and needles waiting for the update of doom. I figure I am in for a LONG wait. I mean, I did just have my car towed with little heads up and just ASSUMED that they would fit me in!
Less then an hour later I get the call. IT IS NOT THE HEAD GASKET!!!! Break out the wine and the happy dance!!!!! A valve gasket cover, oil pan gasket, new battery and a few other odds and ends. He said they checked it from stem to stern and it is in great shape!!!! Not only that - but they had it finished by THE END OF THE DAY!!!!!
To say these guys are rock stars is an understatement. They could have told me the cars prostate was bad and I wouldn't have questioned them because I have no clue about cars. And they knew it. Instead, they treated me like I assume they would like their spouses treated by a professional.
On another note, my husband is furious because this was his car and he has been wanting a new one for the past year or two. Now we know we should get another 50 - 60,000 miles out of it!!!! Whoo hoo! So I traded my van for a CPO Lexus and he can drive his Mazda - fair, right?

    Tire Kingdom
After discovering my tire had gone flat overnight, my sons asked a neighbor for advice as to who could help. My neighbor actually recommended Tire Kingdom and was kind enough to take them and the tire to Tire Kingdom near Dave Lyle Blvd. They assessed the reason free of charge. My grown sons then replaced the tire with the spare themselves. Since moving to Rock Hill, this was my first experience with a tire dealership. Even though it was a minor issue, I'm thankful for their help and glad there was no charge.
