AJason Taylor ConstructionHonestly, Jason was excellent. We live out of country and Jason had done many small projects for us prior to the demolition and building of our new deck. He did such an excellent job. We were not able to be present during planning and construction ~ but, Jason kept us updated with images and videos and suggested things we had not thought of during the planning phase. He took his time and is very good with detail and aesthetics. He knows how to get things done. We would hire him to do any project for us. Jason's pricing is very fair and competitive.- D G.

APrecision Garage Door ServicePrecision Door ROCKS!! I had them install (replace) our garage door opener that was here since the house was built (20 years). They did a tremendous job, always professional, worked the first time every time!! They are really great. So good that when the other door opener wore out (again, 20 years old), I had them replace that one too. I can't talk about service after the sale because they did such a great job, I don't need service!! We also had both doors replaced (original, rusted) without a problem! Truly professional folks. AMr Handyman of Charleston and SummervilleFor the leaky window, a bead of clear caulk was installed where the handyman thought it should go. This leak was the first in 10 years on a 10 year old house. The leak occurred on the day when tornadoes hit the state, no tornado here but very windy. Leak probably caused by the wind, but hard to tell. I guess we’ll see if that was it. The sticky door was fixed in moments, no waiting to tell for that, it works great now with no sticking. Also of note, I called on a Tuesday and they were here the next day.- paul v.

AEager Beaver Handyman ServiceThese guys are great! We just bought a new house and discovered that the washer/dryer wouldn't fit through the laundry room's doorway. The laundry room's doorway was 28" and my washer/dryer were 29". Since Eager Beaver had such great reviews I sent them a message hoping that they could come out and open up the doorway right away... they did! They showed up right on time and were very nice. I had found a couple of 16" doors in the attic to replace the existing door so the guys needed to resize the doorway to accommodate the new doors. They removed the small door, trim and molding and then cut away a few inches. They then added the lumber and adjusted the trim etc. so the doorway is now bigger and the new doors look like they belong there. They always cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. AVaughnBuilt is our go to for all home renovation work and we couldn't be happier with the projects they have done for us. We recently completed a master bath gut remodel and did a full guest bath with them prior to that as well as some changes to some walls in our living room. All three projects went perfectly. The Vaughn's communicate consistently and effectively, bids are easy to understand and transparent on costs, any changes are documented well and all of our projects were completed on target on timing and price. AWe could not have been happier with the entire process! Eric's quote was in between two others we had for the room last year, but his knowledge really impressed us right off the bat. His window quote was less than that of a national brand. Where Eric's knowledge impressed us, the workmanship and professionalism of John and his crew was even better.
