Jose and his team did a fantastic job - they were time efficient and cost effective. We have him on call for painting our garage floor in the near future and have no doubt that he will do further great work for us. We are extremely glad we found him!

    Bradley Construction LLC
Since my brother, who lives in Anderson, SC, was a member of Angies List, I got on the site and saw Bradley Construction listed first. I called the number, and Terry Bradley answered right away. I told him I needed a miracle for my brother and explained the situation. Terry quickly assembled a team over the weekend, and renovation began the following Tuesday. I worked with Terry's protege, Candice, who was extremely helpful as I was picking out materials for the project completely online, as I live in Pennsylvania. I relied on her eyes to make sure what I was picking out all meshed well for the project. She made some very excellent suggestions. The project was completed in four weeks, just in time for my brother's release from hospital rehab. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project, and it meets all of my brother's needs. Terry and Candice were so supportive of me throughout the entire renovation. I trusted their workers to be in my brother's house completely, as my brother lives alone and I live in PA. Terry Bradley and his team gave me the miracle I was looking for, and I would highly recommend Bradley Construction for any job needed!

We have used Bradley Construction, LLC, Vaughn Mitchell as project manager before, and perhaps the best review is we used them again. Vaughn was able to utilize several crews on the project, each with their own expertise. Jamie and his partner did an excellent job on painting our walls over the wall-paper that was there and the installation of the floor. We have a "popcorn" ceiling and Keith did an excellent job of blending in an area that needed repair which was then painted by Javier.. We had a granite counter-top installed. Javier did an exceptional job on the tiled back-splash. He even suggested a pattern change which really presented the tile we had purchased. As with any project done on a 25+ year old home, there were a few "hic-cups" but Vaughn consistantly checked on the project and made sure the work was performed to our satisfaction. I point this out as anyone who starts a project on an older home should be aware that due to many things like "the settling of the home" things may not go as planned. You never know what lies under the old stuff. As before, Vaughn delivered as promised and when the need arises we will utilize Bradley again..

    Burgess Handyman Services
This is the latest in a series of projects we've entrusted to Burgess Handyman Services.  And again, they didn't disappoint.  This bathroom/dressing area was in bad need of updating from it's 1970's blue toilet, sink, tub and worn out floor tile.  The walls had been painted over when a wallpaper removal was attempted, so they were also a mess.  Wes's team demo'd the area in one day, and removed all debris.  They cleaned up every day to make the impact on the rest of the upstairs as minimal as possible.  They smoothed out the walls as much as possible, saving me the cost of new drywall.  They installed all new fixtures, 2 vanities with granite countertops and faucets, 1light, custom baseboards, floor tile, shower wall tile (all the way to the ceiling) and my special request, changing the framed door with a barn door which slid open and closes on the dressing room side. The faucets (both!) I picked out turned out to be defective, and Wes made multiple trips back and forth to Lowes and Home Depot for me to get them replaced and installed.  His team is always punctual, reliable, professional and their work is excellent.  I had them lay the floor tile in a subway pattern and the wall tile in an offset pattern, no problem.  At the end of the tub is a tiled shelf area and that too, didn't slow them down a bit.  I think they actually enjoyed the challenges I gave them.  I was constantly asked if it was being installed to my liking and listened to my ideas and opinions.  Again, Burgess Handyman Services is a company you can trust to do most any type of job around your home.

    Affordable Custom Closet
One of the company owners came out, measured & gave suggestions. He understood exactly what I wanted & the price was about 1/2 of the amount another company quoted. The installers were prompt & spent almost all on the installation. We had a small problem with some chips on the top of the drawer unit & some scuffed paint, but this was quickly corrected. All in all, we are very satisfied & love our closet/dressing room!

    Rodriguez Painting
They arrived promptly for the estimate and actual service.  They worked continuously for 2 days and finished as they stated.  They were very professional and cleaned up after each day and did exactly what was expected.  We plan to use them again for the exterior painting.

We have used Wes and his team on several previous smaller projects so did not hesitate to have him do this major kitchen renovation.  We met with him after the cabinets were ordered so that he could see what would be involved in installing the cabinets. I received a quote for the job within a week. It was in line with our expectations, so we agreed to have him do this work.
The cabinets and countertops were ordered from Lowes; we needed Wes to coordinate the demolition and installations.  He met me the day the cabinets were delivered and we inspected them together.  He and his team began the demo the next day.  The overall space of the area being renovated was large, 13 ft by 39 ft.  They had the demo completed (including removal of old appliances and two layers of flooring) in 3 days.  Every day the work area was swept clean debris was hauled away and all tools put away and out of our way.  The next few days was dedicated to installing the cabinets.  His team arrived on time and worked hard every day.  Wes coordinated with a subcontractor for the flooring installation, choosing someone who had previous experience with install of bamboo flooring.  This team was also very prompt, hardworking and professional.
Once the quartz countertops were installed, it only took 3 more days to finish.  This work involved completely wiring and hooking up all appliances (DW, disposal), faucets and adding a new outlet to the island, installing upper cabinets, repairing a long wall where cabinets were removed but none went back, framing a window, upgrading electrical and plumbing (this house is 40 years old) where necessary, installing all the knobs and drawer pulls.  I made a punch list of things to be completed and each item was checked off the list as completed.
Again, Wes and Burgess Handyman Services did not disappoint us.  He listened to our needs and did everything as we wanted, and only questioned us if it was possibly unsafe or would cause us problems down the road.

Vaughn Mitchell was the supervisor and he and Brett did a great job with the work requested.  Vaughn communicated well throughout the project which lasted approx. 2 weeks.  They did all the work requested and checked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the results.  They stated that they would be happy to return and fix anything that was not completely satisfactory once the work was completed.

    A Job Well Done Handyman
He advised and I agreed that he would do both projects but wanted to start with the smaller job first.  They did a really good job on replacing the garage door trim and window sill (but I was unable to open the window after the repair), however, he stated he was no longer going to be available to do my larger job.  He stated he was going to be out of town for a relatives illness.  I requested if he could do the rest of the work when he returned and he declined.  I was disappointed that he couldn't or wouldn't finish my repairs that he initially agreed to.  They also purchased an entire roll of trim when he could have just sold me part of what he already had.  They also purchased the wrong color and so now I'm stuck with a $73.14 roll of trim that I'll never use and that's the wrong color. He did a beautiful job on the garage door trim and I was disappointed once I had seen his work and how good it was that he wasn't going to compete my projects.

Kim Bradley was our project manager. we contacted Kim about redoing our bathroom. Kim came over and we told him we wanted all the Sheetrock replaced, the closet to be takin out and new floors put down. Within a couple of days Kim called us with his estimate.we agreed to the numbers he gave us. We bought a corner whirlpool tub,a new vanity, commode, lights and fixtures. The next week they started on the bathroom. We went to a supplier to order out faucets and they thought we just wanted an estimate....so they didn't get ordered. When the construction was close to needing them...we had none....so Kim took action and got out faucets for us. Yeah Kim! It was amazing to see the bathroom coming together. The only other hiccup we had was the door....the supplier sent the wrong door...not once but twice. Kim finally got it straightened out..we are really pleased with the new bathroom Bradley built for us....it is our beautiful spa get away. We love our heated floors. We are planning more remodeling in the future and we will definitely use Bradley Construction again. Thanks to Kim and his awesome team!
