    Horrible experience. Troy is extremely unprofessional in appearance and then did not complete the job. As of 8/16, he had not followed up with me or the warranty company to order parts. Last communication was that it was the control board via text on 8/9 @ 3:35pm edt.

    The freezer stopped working so we called Modern Supply where it had been purchased a few years ago.  They sent a repairman out that day. He ordered the part and returned the next day to install it. The freezer was working satisfactorily.  I can recommend Modern Supply appliance repair service.

    I bought the appliance from White's, so I thought they were the people to call for service. The service man did not even show up on the day he was scheduled to come to my house. Neither did he call to let me know he was going to be late. He let me wait for him all afternoon without even so much as a call! When he finally did show up the next day he had a lousy attitude. And, even though I had described the problem to Mr. White, the guy did not have the necessary part with him. It was as if he was not at all prepared to do the job. To top it off, when he returned the third day to complete the repair, he demanded to be paid for a second srvice call. Needless to say, I WILL NOT CALL WHITE'S APPLIANCES FOR SERVICE AGAIN. NOR WILL I SPEND EVEN ONE MORE DOLLAR BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. PLEASE, WHEN YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE, PASS BY THIS STORE. THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT RELIABLY PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE, NOR SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    He does a bang up job, and he is inexpensive. He did a great job. He carries a lot of parts in his truck. He has the equipment that he needs. He was able to get the job done. He is very friendly.

    I called to schedule a service and was told that someone would call me the next day to schedule for later in the week. A few days later, since I hadn't heard back, I called again and was given an explanation that they had been very busy. Then they gave me the same instructions, to await a call the next day to schedule. I never heard from them again. Apparently they have all the work that they can currently handle.

    Beyond believable! Derek goes the extra mile for service and he puts a smile on my face while he is doing it. Once the appliances were installed, Derek made a couple of service calls to "fine tune" the installation. He wanted to make sure that we understood how to operate the new appliances and that they were operating at their peak performance.

    The repair guy was super nice and professional. I office staff was not the best. They were slow and disorganized. They were slow to even get me an appointment for repair. He finally came here and needed to order the part. He came back with the box that was labeled as correct but the part inside was not the correct part. I thought they would be willing to order the part shipped overnight since it was getting to be a long time. But the office was not capable of doing that or something. The repair guy came back and got the job done when he got the right part. His service was excellent and he was on time for his appointments. The oven is working again now. At this point I am not sure if I would call them again.
