    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service
We had an emergency situation & our regular plumber was swamped. He recommended Roto-Rooter. David R. promptly arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable and solved our issue. I would highly recommend David and Roto-Rooter of Anderson, SC. They have gained a new customer.

    Jones Plumbing
I originally contacted Mr.Jones on the recommendation of a friend. I left a voicemail and he called me back within the same day. I made an appointment for later in the week. During the phone call he explained his pricing structure without my asking him and gave me an idea of how much the job would cost. At the appointed time, I got a phone call from him saying that he was 45 minutes behind and asking if it was okay for him to come that late. I said yes, and he actually arrived a little sooner than that. I really appreciated the phone call. He did the work quickly and thoroughly, checking to make sure that all was as it should be. After he completed the disposal installation, I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was not shutting off properly, and he volunteered to take a look at it right then and there. He ended up rebuilding it. He also inspected the pipes under the sink and said that some work might be necessary on them soon. I really value someone who can explain their work. This plumber can do that. I learned a lot in the hour and a half he was working in my house. He also allowed me to watch him as he worked and I appreciated that. He is very personable and articulate and I'd call him again.

This guy was fantastic.  On time, professional, and even fixed a drain line I was having problems with.   Benji and two other guys pumped out my septic tank based on another plumber who said that my drain was clogging up because of it being full.  Turns out it was not the problem.  I figured I was going to have to get another plumber out here to try and find out what the problem was.   Benji said he would try to flush the line out from my detached garage (where my toilet was stopping up).  He cleared the line in 10 minutes or less.

Roto Rooter had charged me $220 to try to clear this line but then said it was the septic tank being full that caused this problem.  Then they left.  So I was out $220 and my drain was still clogged up.

Benji didn't even charge me for fixing my problem.  He charged the $360 like he said.  I felt bad about it, but he would not take any extra money.

Give these guys a try,  they are honest and very knowledgeable!!

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville
Noticed water seeping from the ground. We have used Mr. Rooter (Anderson) in the past and was very satisfied. They came out 3 hours after the initial call. Alfonso quickly discovered the leak, and called for a tractor to located the broken pipe. The whole job lasted 5 hours. I would recommend Mr. Rooter in a minute.

Called with septic backup on a Saturday and he came 2 hours later. Knew exactly where to dig, revealed concrete lid, diagnosed backup problem, pumped out septic, replaced sod neatly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    A & B Remodeling llc

Excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Prompt and came when they said they would. Gave me  a best case estimate and a  worst case estimate. Actually charged the best price. I was well pleased  and would  use again as my first choice. They knew what they were doing, explained  it all to me.

    With a written quote.

    Beckwith Plumbing
This is the latest thing they did. We have had them before to fix leaky pipes. They do good work. That's the bottom line. They come out when we need them. They are very professional and do excellent work. They are worth it. We don't have to worry about calling them back to redo something that they have done. They are proud of their work. I wouldn't feel as comfortable getting it done for a cheaper price from somebody else.

Ed, his father, completed the work. He replaced it with brass fittings and copper pipes and it will last forever. It went very well. It took them a long time, but it was just a mess. It is a tight spot underneath the kitched sink. While he was at it he also installed a brand new faucet for me and made sure the garbage disposal and drain didn't leak. I couldn't be more happy.
