    Initial procedure not completely satisfactory. Discussing possible re-do, but I have been asked to pay several hundred dollars more for "supplies". I think the re-do should be covered w/in the original cost. Dr White and staff very friendly and professional. Will revise my ratings after I hear back from office re add'l cost (if any) and if I have the re-do procedure done.

    He did not look at ultrasound or xray of liver. Was not sure how to get them from the hospital and suggested having them done all over again and come back in 6 months. Did not care and unwilling to answer any questions. Made appointment with another Doctor who was able to have the xray and ultrasound faxed to him in 2 minutes. Gupa was complete waste of time and money!

    Dr. McIntyre, Dr. Watson and Dr. Everman are all very professional and experienced heart surgeons.

    The quad bypass went well, without complications.

    The hospital staff (nurses and technicians) were all excellent and all had a positive, friendly attitude.

    He is excellent but there is no secret. He is the most highly regarded surgeon in the state I think. He is just very good. He is very thorough. He tells you what he is going to do and why he is going to do it. His work is usually it winds up doing what is expected its going to do. So if you can use those terms in regards to surgery but usually it is involved in removing something or fixing something. He is with the group which I guess is so he is very highly regarded as well. Nice office. I have not had a problem with availability. Dr. Capuano has a pretty large practice and I do not know how many patients he is taking now or new patients he is taking. We have been with him for quite sometime so there is never an issue with us.

    Scheduling was a breeze and Rita in the front office was cordial, professional and helpful. Our appt. with Dr. Corinne Wisdo was on-time and she was attentive, professional with a great bedside manner. She was able to address all the issues my Mom was having and made her feel at ease. Office was clean and sanitary. We will be returning in several months for follow-up and would recommend this Dunes Podiatry practice in Murrells Inlet to anyone looking for a great, caring podiatrist in the Murrells Inlet area.

    Dr. Ross evaluated my Mom by taking a complete medical history and providing a thorough physical exam. A breathing treatment was provided in the office with some relief and she scheduled a CT scan immediately to rule out any larger issues. She referred my Mom to a nearby pulmonologist for the lung issues but he was unable to fit her in for over a month. To that end, she decided to treat the acute issues and electronically sent prescriptions for a steroids and antibiotics to the nearby pharmacy. By the end of the business day, she called the house to report on the negative results of the CT scan and asked us to report to her in a few days to see how my Mom was doing and wanted to recheck her in the office in one week. Mom improved tremendously within 2 days and was breathing very well by the next week. Her office gave us the appointment for the pulmonologist when we visited and she suggested we follow-up just to ensure there were no chronic or underlying issues that needed to be addressed. Very pleased with Mom's treatment and we happily continue to use her services.

    The office manager was very negative and took days to call me back after I sent her photos of my brows. Finally she told me Dr. White and his partner Dr. Duffy said no.
    While visiting NYC I went to a cosmetic tattoo artist there. She was horrfied. Back in SC I went to another in Mt. Pleasant and got the same reaction.
    I then sent a certified letter to each of the Drs. without ever getting a response. After waiting awhile I called and asked for an appointment to show them my damages in person. I was only able to see the office manager and the cosmetoligist. I brought a friend with me support. Again the office manager was totally arogant and rude. Both she and the cosmetoligist told me it could be fixed (which acknowledges something was wrong). I asked for an appointment with the Drs. and was told she'd yet again get back to me. She didn't. When I called there I found out she had moved. The new office manager made an appointment for me.
    On the day of my appointment with the Drs. my friend asked if I wanted her to come with me. I said no because I couldn't imagine what was to happen. I believed that we would be able to talk about it (they could see my brows) and we would come to an agreement. At this point I must add that I am 70 yrs. old...not a young woman looking to be more attractive. I have very thin brows and very poor eyesight from age. Eyebrow makeup is very difficult to apply under those circumstances.
    They were punctual for the appointment. As soon as I entered the room you could feel the, OK what's your story, let's get this over with. I said that they knew my thoughts based on my letter so why don't we start with why they don't want to give me my money back. Again I heard and quot;Because they can be fixedand quot;. I then asked (as I did in my letters to them), and quot;If the first treament went wrong the first time and then what was suppossed to fix it went wrong. Why would I let her touch me againand quot;? They claimed not to see anything so terribly wrong (still have my photos as proof). I asked how they would feel if it was their wife or mom were in this perdicament, to which they replied that they would send them back to be fixed. At this point they were clearly getting annoyed. I told them that I couldn't understand their position. At that point they told me it was time for me to leave and they would escort me out. I couldn't believe that these young Drs. could be so arrogant and insensitive. I said it wouldn't be neccesary but I was followed to the front door anyway. I was mortified to the point of disbelief. I didn't do or say anything to warrent that treatment.

    The doctors there are Dr. Mikol and Dr. Bohan; they have a new partner and every one of them is good. My whole family uses them now. The clinic is very clean, the people are very friendly, and the doctors know their field. Sometimes the bedside manner is not perfect but the doctors are the best in the area. Dr. Mikol put my broken knee cap together instead of replacing my knee and I have no trouble with it. If one doctor is not available, the other one is; it does not matter which one I get because they are all good. The office environment is very pleasant. The billing and administration need some help. I would go there before I go anyplace else.

    The place is for anybody who walks in; children or adults. They take actual patients. They are thorough and they get to the bottom of what is going on. Dr. Congdon just took in two new partners; I have not met the third partner but met the second one today. There is always somebody available. They just moved in to a new office. Their staff friendliness depends on who I get; sometimes they have a few moody ones in there. Dr. Congdon is wonderful. They called me on the phone to come in; how many doctors do that? They do not.
