    They were unable to perform this service on the day scheduled, (they were running behind due to an unanticipated issue at an earlier service site), but they were quite flexible with the alternate day I requested. I used the Angie's list discount coupon and even with the additional $50.00 I spent on a drain pan anti-algae pad, (to keep the drain line free and clear), I felt the price was a fair and reasonable one. Dylan (the tech.) was quite friendly and informative. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced all elements of our cooling system and took the time to explain his actions and made recommendations for future actions on our part, if necessary.

    Great! A faulty reset switch in the power cable was replaced. In the process the wall plug was turned over as it had been incorrectly placed during construction, being tight up against a wall the reset button could not be reached. The serviceman from Superior suggested the modification and was not only professional in his knowledge and experience, he was friendly and efficient.

    Have had Lang's for twelve years and am so pleased with their service, technicians and customer service.   They conduct screening and flushing of my air conditioning unit, inside and out.  Always prompt to set appointments and very professional.

    He told me there was a problem in the attic and then whenever he was going to come back the next day to take care of it, then another person came back and said the work I was told was needed was not necessary. It annoys me that I can not get in the attic to see if the first person was telling me the truth or the second person. I was told that there were some ducts that needed to be sealed. I would like for someone to come out and see if there is work that needs to be done or not.

    Incredibly well. The install itself was faultlessly done: prompt and professional. The new unit caused a condensation problem in the's where his exceptional dedication kicked in. Curt was patiently tireless in trying many different potential solutions, made multiple trips to the house, even had the regional rep come to advise on the situation. Ultimately he was convinced the problem was with the replacement unit being defective, even though the manufacturer denied it, and replaced it at his own expense, . He did successfully resolve the problem, all WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE!     Steven was very easy to do business with. I'm a pretty demanding customer and do my research so I had plenty of questions. I didn't decide until the last minute to install the air purifier and it was "no problem". They were the most expensive of the quotes I received but I decided that it was better to spend a little more to get a high quality product that is installed correctly. They also offered a Carrier rebate and interest free financing for 12 months. We have used their maintenace program for our Lennox hvac for the last 9 years. My wife thinks the technician, Chandler, is the best ever. They showed up when they were scheduled and completed the work quicker than I was told. They got everything cleaned up and moved everything back to where it was before they got here. The installation was a very positive experience. Would I use them again and recommend them...absolutely.

    Hahn's Air Specialists
    This is the third time i've used Hahn's Air Specialists for Heating-A/C service repair.  We also have used them for two annual inspections.  While not the cheapest act in town (I believe you get what you pay for anyways) you get great, responsive, professional service from this organization.
    My father retired from the HVAC trade after a 40+ year career (first residential, then commercial), so I know what good service is in this industry.  Generally, the same service person is sent out (Alan), even on the emergency repairs (I don't know how they manage that)... and when another individual does arrive, they are always as professional and detailed as he.  When you speak to the members of their service team, you get the sense that they recognize they employed a quality company, which I believe makes them take proper pride in their work.
    Occasionally, when discussing things with many of the office personnel, it appears you may be speaking to someone so young that they may not have yet to own their own home; that they don't understand the significance of what you have said.  They are organized and have always gotten their end of the transaction ultimately taken care of, but sometimes when you discuss things with them, long silences or odd replies indicate they may not have really understood your meaning. This leaves you concerned that the information may not have gotten translated to the service folks... however, in most (not all) cases, things seem to get communicated properly.  I believe they are utilizing office tools and computers in an efficient fashion as they can quickly review the documentation generated by the service members.  The service team always presents a clear statement of situations and services rendered, which keeps a clear trail of history for future reference.
    We have had to speak to David Hahn on one occasion to straighten out an issue... but he was courteous and dealt with the situation fairly.
    For these reasons, we use his service every time and share his information with neighbors, etc...
