    I have been really happy with them. They are prompt, efficient ,and thorough. They are all the same. Honda is particular about their buildings and  waiting areas, and places. They are fine. They are wonderful.They have a quiet room if you need to work. They have regular seating area, and a children room. The quiet room also has wifi, so you can work if you need too.

    With 13 miles out of the showroom, it was a mess. They would do absolutely nothing for us. We had to get an attorney and that was awful. They fixed everything but it feels like we're driving a used new car. They don't stand behind their promise. There was a lady there who was so excited when we bought the car but as we went back time and time again sitting in the waiting room while we were fixing all these major problems, she never once made eye contact with us. She had the nerve to send us an email in April congratulating us on our two year anniversary with the car and if we would like an updated one, she would love to do that. I replied with a not so nice email. They avoided us at all costs. I kept calling the manager and he would never return my calls until we had to go to his office and wait. They were professional but it was not good enough for me.

    II had been having my car serviced there since they opened.  I would only go back if I have to.  Richard Feldzstain took advantage of a friend of mine and Bryan Coolyar didn't help the situation.  I'm sorry I recommended her to them.  As far as service, it went okay but I doubt I'd ever buy a car from them.  Atmosphere is uncomfortable and prices are extremely high.  Ody person I met that I found to be nice was John Fernandez.  Ashley Blount annoyed me incessantly.  She called me for six months straight.  I found that a bit desperate to make a sale.

    The salesperson we dealt with, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They're very good and the service excellent. They call you when your service is due or you get an email. Then, after you're done, you get to do an evaluation. When I bought the car, they asked a lot of questions and after you get a service they send you an email asking you to give an evaluation on the service and if there's anything wrong or you're not happy they have you come back in if necessary and correct it. I haven't had any bad experiences with them.

    I had to bring it in several times during the year because the lights didn't work correctly. I had a hard time getting them to service it again once the warranty was up because I was a couple of weeks outside of it, even though I was experiencing the same problem as before. She did finally agreed to do it though. In refurbishing this cart they tried to cut corners. The cart should have come with 10 inch wheels front and back. The front wheels were actually 8 inches which were cheaper but wear out much more quickly. The cart was shot after five years of service and the bushings went bad on it after 2 years. The expenses to repair it would be prohibitive so I'm getting a new cart.

    A main factor I was interested in when shopping for a new cart was speed. They promised me on two occasions that with a $500 upgrade, the cart would reach speeds of 27 MPH. I was given an estimate that actually had a $1000 difference in my favor, which I pointed to them as courtesy. They said the cart would be delivered in 2-3 weeks, however it didn't show up until about 4 weeks later. When I received my cart it did not reach the speeds promised and did not include the seat covers that I ordered. I've contacted them on numerous occasions and have not received any calls back. I would expect better service, especially after I pointed out they were off on their estimate in my favor.
