    Pontillo Home Services
I spoke to Marc and he asked me to leave him a message on voicemail describing the work I needed done and said he would call back later that day. He never called back. I called Marc the next day and he promised to come by my home to look and the work I need done and he did come by on time the following morning. After reviewing the job, he quoted me a price (which was fair), provided me an invoice and I gave him a check for 50% of the cost of the job. He said he was busy all week but would come by to do the job Tues or Weds the following week. I called, I texted and recieved no responce. I finally called me and siad he was too busy to do my job and would return my check. Now two weeks have gone by and I need to find someone esle to do my job. Unprofessional!

    On-Site Builders Inc
On-site Builders- were very professional, talented, fair priced and over all one of the best builders I have ever worked with on my project. Gary, James and the crew were so polite, nice to work with and did what I wanted in a short time. They came to work every morning at 7AM ( not 9 or 10) and ready to work. No cell phone activity while working by the workman.

    Teeters Windows & Remodeling
I replaced 10 vinyl claded wood casement windows with vinyl casement windows maufactured by Simonton. Brian Teeters, owner of Teeters Construction spent several hours over several visits in helping me decide on which manufacturer to use. I had spent several years researching windows and had many installers at my home. Most were at my house giving their pitch. Brian Teeters could explain most manufacturers window construction and detail pros and cons of each. So, he was a valuable resource in me being able to make a decision. His installation person has been in the business 30 years and when he arrived to install, he found that my wood windows did not have removable stops in the frame. The stops on the wood frame was mortared into one peice, so he had to cut the windows out to the two by four framing and reframed my vinyl replacement window to fit. Both the installer and Brian Teeters missed this fact when they measured my windows for ordering. They told me they had never seen a one piece wood window before. There wasn't any increase price to me even though it cost more to install my windows.
The installation was done professionally with efficiency and the quality ofwork was top notch. My new windows look great. However, the vinyl casement window supplied by Simonton did not open and close properly. They have a new hardware design which the installerwas not familiar with. Simonton came out to my home within days with a technician who adjusted every windowuntil they all worked properly.Only time will tell if my new windows will work properly and without any further adjustments. I hope I have no further problems but if I do, I have no concerns thatmy contractor, Teeters Construction, will stepup to the plate with Simonton andget any problems resolved.
The only negative thing I will say is that Brian is sometimes hard to contact. Phone calls do not get returned in a timely matter. There needs to be better communication within his office or the owner needs to delegate some authority to his staff so his clients phone calls are returned by someone.
