Floor repair

They never showed up! And I received no call!

We deeply appreciate Mrs. [Member Name Removed] contacting us. We had to go to Mrs. [Member Name Removed]'s home and get a sample of her laminate to match the color, in order to get the transition to replace. We are scheduled to install it tomorrow Wed.4/3/2019.

Vinyl flooring

I can’t say enough about this company. They were on time and very personable. Fantastic job. They know what they are doing. Have been installing for 20+ years. Didn’t take long at all, about 5 hours. We had called 3 other company’s for an estimate and Joe was the best and very comparable. Had quote within a day and we went to his business and he helped us with picking the floor we explained we wanted. We’ll be using them again when we replace our other rooms in our condo. Thank you Joe

We wanted new carpeting in our living room/dining room, sunroom and master bedroom/closet.

Joe came to our house on a Monday and did the measuring. He got back to us the same day with a quote. The following Monday, three men came to do the work and were finished in about six hours. They moved all the furniture, removed the old carpeting and padding and installed the new carpeting and padding. They were very courteous and careful with everything and we are so happy with our new carpeting. I loved the way everything went so smoothly. I would recommend Carpet King to anyone.

Carpet purchase & install.

Very well, but the store was tardy to deliver the pad. Installers were timely, but had to wait for the pad. Very good price on the carpet which was low end (for a rental unit).

As I told them I need the vynil flooring replaced in a bathroom in our beach house.

I called them twice, first talking to Joe the owner, second time talking to Joey. Both times I explained I had a small vynil project to confirm their interest. Both times they said the owner would call back, once in a half hour, once after finishing with a customer. Neither time did I get a call back.

When Mr. [Member Name Removed] called I was driving and took the call on my cell phone. I did not call [Member Name Removed] back, as he stated. We were still busy with repairs after Hurricane Mathew. We were wrong for not returning his call. This is why we appreciate Angie's List for keeping us on our Toes! I deeply apologize to Mr. [Member Name Removed].
