    Anthony of Dents Charlotte is truly a dent removal wizard. I called and left a message and he returned my call within one hour. I sent him a picture of the dent in my car and we made a plan to get it repaired. This is actually the second time I have used him to repair a car dent and I have been very pleased both times.

    Mitchell's Auto Repair and Lube
    On Friday, I had an automobile problem that soon became an emergency because severe bad weather was coming and I needed a number of essentials. The mechanic who worked on my automobile in the past was unable to help me so Carquest referred me to Mitchells. Because Carquest would only refer me to someone reliable and "tested", I called them and arranged for my car to be picked up and repaired. The Mitchells arrived when they said they would and called to return my car when they said they would. They do all types of repair work: brakes, tune-ups, oil changes...AND the price was very reasonable. I will be using them again and I encourage you to use them.
    Update: I had to take my car to them for a new development, reminded them that I am going to trade after my surgery and do not want to spend any money on this vehicle unless it is absolutely necessary, etc, I found that the problem that I took my car to them for was not repaired despite the fact that they stated that so and so was the problem and then called me mid day to state that another repair was necessary. Every time I tried to obtain an answer as to the repair, I was essentially confronted with the statements: it is your fault, etc., etc. Then, one of the brothers became physically and verbally threatening and planned to refuse to allow me to leave until I reminded him I am medically compromised and, then, and only then did his younger brother speak up telling him to let me go. BUT, the language, threats, and slamming of my car were more than enough. I contacted the parts store and the Police when I arrived home. Despite the fact that they made every effort to reassure me that I would be made safe from these two, I am still very, very frightened.

    They were very courteous as usual. They had suggestions on what I could do to prevent this from occurring again since this is the second year I've had this happen.
    They are very accommodating and treat one as a valued customer. Their work has been excellent.
    When I've had to buy tires they find the best price for good tires. I checked this out and they had done exactly that.

    I happened to be in Myrtle Beach and needed new tires for my Harley.  I went to this dealership as it was nearest to where I was staying.  They installed the tires and improperly balanced my wheels and told me the brakes had less than 10% wear left.  In fact, they wrote their comment regarding the brakes on the receipt.  I live in Texas.  When I returned I put the bike on the hoist to clean it and noticed that they had left the prior wheel weights in place and added additional weight at 180 degrees from the originals.  I removed the cover on the breaks and the breaks were at less than 10% wear with 90% remaining.  I called their service center and they told me that leaving the old weights on the tires was normal procedure.  I asked them if they could send me documentation to support their claim and they refused.  I called my local Harley Davidson dealership that has done service for me in the past and done it well and asked them if this was normal procedure and they said absolutely not.  I then called Harley Davidson head office and filed a complaint since the re-balancing will cost me an additional $200 or more due to the bad service in Myrtle Beach.  The service in Myrtle Beach was below standard and I am writing this so that others do not have the same experience.

    They actually did what they promised and did numerous services for free. I had one item wear out prematurely and they replaced it for free. I have since driven over 36,000 miles and had to pay for the last service. The price was very good and the service was as excellant as always.

    I had prescheduled my tire installation with Lauren (manager.)  I arrived on at the agreed upon time and they got right to my car.
    The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I was quite pleased with their service overall.
    I had been quite happy with the new tires, but realized about a week later that I was hearing a noise when I turned the steering wheel to the maximum left direction.  I went by the store and didn't even have to go into the store.  One of the gentleman workers came to me and asked what the problem was.  He stopped doing whatever he was doing and put my car on the lift.  It was determined that one of the screws holding the engine shield underneath the engine had failed and the shield was hanging down.  This caused it to rub up against the tire when I made the left hand turns.
    They got right to resolving the issue and I fixed the shield.  I was out of there within fifteen minutes and was not charged anything for the service.
    I was very pleased with the service and their immediate attention to my problem.
    I had been a loyal customer of McCarthy Tire (formerly Gerard Tire) for close to thirty years.  I did not feel a sense of appreciation or need for my business there.  Plus, they were considerably higher in their quote for the tires which I was purchasing. 
    I am now a loyal fan and customer of Griffin Tire Pros.

    I bought Window film on line to have installed in our new home. Thank goodness the blind installer knew of this film and said it was not really easy to install, so I began my search for an installer only to find out that window film installers also sell the film and do not like to install film not purchased from them. While explaining my problem to our home project manager, Spencer, he knew of Adam and thought he might do the job. Spencer called him and within hours, Adam was on the phone making an appointment to install my window film. His installer did a remarkable job, they cleaned up and were on thier way in less than 30 minutes. It is amazing how fast it was installed but helps when you know what you are doing. I would call them in a second if I needed any kind of graphic work done.
