    Ashbusters Chimney Service
Clean: could use some improvment. 2nd opinion Inspector asked if they cleaned the flue. I guess it wasn't up to his standards. Inspection/Clean: Way to pricey. $200.00 Estimate of Repairs: Over 7k. 2nd opinion got it done for way much less. Customer Service: Very Polite and Professional. Overall: I think they are very detailed and Professional, but pricing needs to come down.

Everything went great.  Lawrence set up the initial service call, showed up on time, took care of the work, and ordered the additional parts that we needed to fix the chimney properly.  Then once the parts came in he scheduled the service and took care of it.

I waited 4 weeks due to other jobs he had lined up. Ramsey scheduled my job on Jan 4th, but called to say that he would be delayed a week due to weather. The 11th came and went. I called twice and left messages as well as sent an email, but never got a response! I found it extremely unprofessional and disappointing with how things transpired.

Lawrence and his nephew were very nice and professional.  Knew exactly what they needed and had everything on the truck.  They worked quickly and cleanly.  They moved everything away from the fireplace and laid down tarps to catch any dust / ash.
My fireplace was built in 1978 and Lawrence noted that there were minor cracks in the bricks in the fireplace and that the chimney skirt was cracking pretty badly but said that it should be fine for this winter but it will need to be fixed in the spring. I will certainly call him back for those two repairs.

Very polite and reliable person. Did incredible work on the house and fence. He went above and beyond; suggesting improvements that would make the fence last longer and look better. I will definitely ask him to do work in the future.

I had used Skorshee Construction before and called Paul for an estimate on Thursday July  26th. He arrived at the scheduled time, looked at the project and gave me the estimate for material and labor. I accepted it and he said that he could start on Monday July 30th. He suggested that we use special tile that was perfectly square allowing them the make a very thin grout line which would make the final job look the best. I agreed and my wife and I then had the job to choose the tile pattern we wanted from the samples he had with him. We would let him know on Monday when they started and would choose the grout color then.
They arrived on Monday and Paul went to get materials needed to get the project started including the grout we had chosen.  The two men with him (Rusty and Dennis who would lay most of the tiles) moved things to one side of the room to the other so they could start laying tile on the empty side. I have pool table with a slate bed so this was no small job.
This continued Tuesday through Thursday until the Den was completely tiled. On Friday, Rusty, under Paul's instructions did the remodeling of the Utility room after taking the Washer and Dryer out. Paul provided a painter to do the finishing work (mudding, sanding, priming and painting.)
Although it was inconvenient for the family for a few days we were prepared to put up with it and it was will worth it. Paul, Rust and Dennis did a great job and we are totally pleased with the final results.

Overall the experience I had  working with Trey was excellent.  He called me back almost immediately the first time I contacted him, and he was instantly ready to get started on the job.  Trey stayed in contact with me (or my father who helping out at the house) every single workday to let us know how things were progressing. Trey uses very professional, trustworthy subcontractors.  I left them in my house for several weeks without worrying about a thing.   In fact, one time they were worried about leaving the house key under the mat (where I had been leaving it for them) because someone was outside watching, so they secured it in a different place.  Additionally, Trey happened to be at my house on the last day of work as I pulled up. I went inside to find that the air conditioning was not working.  Even though he was completely done with the job, Trey stayed and tried to help me figure out what the problem was.  He then called his HVAC contact for assistance.  I ended up using them  (from Trey's recommendation), and they came out first thing the next morning.  They were incredibly fair and didn't "take me for a ride" even though they clearly could have.  What I thought was going to end up being an entire new HVAC system only cost me $300.  The work itself was incredibly professional and well-done.  Trey is definitely a perfectionist.  My father (who dealt with Trey more than I did as I was at work most of the time), couldn't say enough good things about him.  He was extremely impressed.  We are having Trey draw up an estimate for further work on a detached garage at the same house.

They did a wonderful job and we are more than satisfied with the work performed.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone requiring tile masonry.  They are clean, polite and respectful young men and we enjoyed having them help us through a tough project.  They were very dedicated and worked very hard with only a short lunch break. They only flaw in the project was that it took a two days longer than was originally planned.  This is very understandable to me as you can't make an accurate time-estimate until you get the old flooring up and see what has to be done to prepare it.  Also, the broken flange of the toilet caused a delay waiting for a plumber. I can honestly say that I got my Money's worth.
