    I talked with Joe about the pricing, but did not have him come out as i had already made arrangments with another company to come out and give me an estimate. The company that came out wanted to charge me twice what Joe was charging. They stated the reason was because they paid extra for a 48 turnaround where other companies would take three weeks. i called Joe back and he assured me that he could get the same test results in a 48 hour turn around so i went with him and indeed got my results within 48 hours as promised. Thanks Joe so much for giving me the same quality service for half the price!!!

    They really went the extra mile. Happy to recommend them to patients and to colleagues. Before applying double membrane barrier they discovered ground water level was the problem. Brought in 2 consultants and solved the problem with outdoor buried pump to move water to existing system to drain into marshland. Then applied membrane. Also reduced humidity in garage.

They were professional and honest, which resulted in no cost to us and no service from them at this time. We appreciated the honesty and the assistance with figuring out what needed to be done.     The problem started when a water filter housing failed and we water was pouring into the laundry room. My wife asked who should we call? My response was to call Disaster Plus (DP) at 843.7.247.247. Chris answered the call, evaluated the situation, and a DP team consisting of Chris and his son Kaleb arrived at our home shortly after. Chris started by taking pictures outside the house followed by pictures of the damage inside. I could tell by his take-charge attitude and his demeanor that Chris is a professional and experienced restoration Project Manager. We discussed the process DP would follow. Chris and Kaleb went to work like a well-oiled team. The water was extracted from the carpet, moisture readings were taken, appliances were moved, the damage to the (hard wood floor, carpet, pad and linoleum) were assessed. A dehumidifier and 6 or 7 fans were brought in to start the drying process. With all the above done Chris explained that we needed to let the fans and the dehumidifier run, as installed, until DP returned on Monday. First thing Monday morning a DP team (consisting of Jake and another Chris) arrived to check on the status of the drying process by taking moisture readings. They also remove the hardwood floor, the linoleum, and the carpet padding. The removal was done quickly and they cleaned up when they were done. Unfortunately, everything was not dry enough to remove all the equipment. Jake repositioned the fans so they would have the most effective drying potential in the areas that were not completely dry. Tuesday morning the DP team arrived to take new moisture readings. In some areas, the moisture readings were still not low enough and required another day of drying. Again, the fans were repositioned appropriately. Finally, Wednesday morning all moisture readings were within acceptable limits and all the drying equipment was removed. I highly recommend Disaster Plus. When you need, restoration help just call 843-7-247-247. I don���t think you will be disappointed.

    Rainbow was very prompt and professional. They responded quickly and got things dried out. In the middle of all of this (and dealing with the insurance company) we had Hurricane Matthew. We didn't suffer any damage from that, but Rainbow was suddenly faced with a lot of customers who were likely a lot worse off than we were. Nonetheless, our contract manager stayed on top of things and worked as quickly as possible to finish our job. They are an excellent company to work with and I will use them again if I ever have a need (hope that I won't, though!).

    Paul quickly deduced the problem and showed us that the mold hadn't gotten behind the surround and only the caulking would need to be replaced. Normally, it would have been too small a job for him to take on but it was the day before Thanksgiving and he graciously offered to do the repair. We were impressed with his work ethic, professionalism and dedication to service. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again when we consider a full renovation of the master bath.

    The inspector was Don Crum.   After reviewing Don's credentials, I was very convinced he was able to do the inspection. His report was very detailed, and much of what was listed as items of concern, were issues we had missed during our walk-through.    Don Crum did a great job!  Following our receipt of the written report, we talked with him about each section of the report.  He was very patient, understanding and highly knowledgeable.  It became very apparent he had the experience to go into as much depth as we wanted.  Our experience was excellent.  After moving around while in the military, you always hope the inspection gets everything.  The fact is that some things are often operable, but near the end of their expected service life (e.g., HVAC).  After this inspection, I pretty much knew the remaining life expectancy for the roof and the A/C.  Just knowing the condition of these things helps the buyer understand how to best posture for expected repairs or simply to accept the condition based on the overall cost of the house.  Would I use Don again?  yes!
