    I had a complex issue with my BMW 335i convertible. It had a bad injector and the BMW dealer suggested replacing all the injectors (current models are incompatible with the older versions in my car) at a cost of over $2,800. I mentioned this to a friend and he suggested that I talk to the guy who services his Porsches, Karl Troy at European Road and Racing. I made an appointment and sat down with Karl, he listened carefully and said that he would do some research on the issue. After consulting with his BMW contacts, he proposed replacing the injectors in a single bank of the engine at a cost of $1,300. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and it was fixed by the next morning My car is running great, just like new, I am completely satisfied! The shop at European Road and Racing is clean and modern and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Karl is the best communicator that I have ever met in this industry, obviously an expert in his field and a truly nice guy. I would never take my two BMWs anywhere else.

    Horrible customer service. Was given a pick up date and time. Got there and stood around for 3 hours. Camper was not ready. Scheduled a second pick up date and time a week later and camper still wasn���t ready to go. approached manager to complain, his response was, ���did you purchase something because I don���t recognize you?��� Also told by the salesman ���these types of services are just not a priority, I���m sorry.���

    The damage was not there when I dropped my car at a very dusty junkyard in Phoenix, AZ, and I left it there with reservations about doing so. I took possession of my car again in Charleston, SC about 5 days later with damage. I made a claim through Executive Auto Shippers insurer and was denied because of "typical road hazards" in a cross country journey! A scraped rocker panel is not road hazard, but clearly inflicted by someone handling the car. I would recommend to anyone using this company to document, document, document before you leave your car with them. Dated photos of before and after should provide proof, unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to do so.

    Their service department seems to be relatively efficient and let me know what was going on. Car work in never fun. It seems very good. They have an online scheduling service. I scheduled it that way and it seemed to be quite efficient for what they did.

    Auto Glass Now North Charleston
    Recently took my vehicle to Auto Glass Now in North Charleston to have my windshield replaced because it had a crack in it. They replaced my windshield and when I received my vehicle back, the windshield had not been sealed correctly and the road noise was awful, and my root had dents in it from where they pried my windshield off . I took it back and they apologized for the problems and offered to replace the windshield using a different employee. When I got my car back for the second time, the windshield was fine and I asked them about the dents in my roof and they said they had photographed the dents and the manager was sending them to the district manager to see what they can do about the dents. The manager told me she would call me back by the end of the week. She never called me. I went back the next week and she said that she was still talking to the district manager to see how they were going to solve the issue and that she would call me by the end of that week. I never heard from her again. It has been over a month now. I called yesterday morning to ask about the dents since I never heard from the manager again and another lady answered the phone and said the manager was busy, but that she would call me back that day between 10am-1pm. She never called me. I am so tried of this company trying to take advantage of me and I just want my car repaired and for the company to be accountable for their mistakes.

    As always Michelle and everyone at Suby Doctors were great. I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could check why I was getting a low pressure alarm on one of my tires. I also wanted to see if they sold windshield wipers because my rear blade was broken. I ended up buying blades for both the front and the rear. A very nice gentleman replaced the old wipers for me, checked my tires and found a nail in the one that was setting off the pressure alarm. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Suby Doctors for all your Subaru maintenance and repairs. I have been going to them for years.

    Never had this done to be in my life , parked to visit friend for 2 hours , come back to my car to a no parking will tow sticker on my car , saying they put the sticker at 7 a, when in reality it's only been 2 hours , now I have to spend money to take the big sticker off my car , worst company ever , better ways to put a warning without touching the car , will write bad reviews in all sites I can until someone can explain this situation . If my car was really their since 7 am then I understand it's been 2 hours , thank you for messing up my window with your warning to tow sticker in a homeowners association this is ******** !!! Bad business .

    They are reasonably priced and their service quality is good, not perfect but it is pretty good. I just like the people there, they seem very eager to please. I think that sometimes they fall behind and they don't get the work done and you have to bring it back twice. That is a little annoying. We usually bring it in on a Saturday and they only work half day on a Saturday. If they don't get it finished by the time they leave, I often times have to leave it or bring it back which is a little annoying.

    I am under contract with them. They were running a special and sent a coupon in the mail. They asked if I had received it and I hadn't so they gave me the special price anyway. I thought that was good customer service.
