ABeing an older person with health problems I am not able to get out to do my own grocery shopping.i saw an add for Snappy Shopper on Facebook so I contacted them. It was so easy to use their service. They were able to my grocery order to me in a timely and orderly way. There service is great, very efficient and groceries were delivered to my door by a person that showed they had my safety in mind by them wearing a face mask doing everything they could so I felt at ease. I definitely will use their services again. This is one thing that I don’t have to worry about in these days of COVID.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

We are one of the few shops in the area to offer feline grooming. We do accept credit cards, checks or cash payments. We are typically booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Services are by appointment only.

AThis review reverses my negative review left November 28, 2018 when Dr Hawkins had just taken over the practice from Dr Wilkes. Apparently his practice was suffering from transition problems as our most recent experience has been very good, his staff is responsive and very caring. Most recently our 16 year old cat, Midnight, has gone blind and her left back leg popped out of its socket during a kennel stay. Dr Hawkins was very kind in assuring us that Midnight had the fortitude to combat both these problems, and he has been right. We have been promptly served on the frequent follow-up visits on these problems. But the real value to Dr. Hawkins practice is his willingness to board our cat for a week while we are on vacation. We no longer trusted any kennel, and were at an impasse on what to do. Without being asked, Dr. Hawkins offered to board Midnight where normally they don't. We are relieved and thankful for his professionalism and caring attitude. Another plus is his renovating the front landscape facing Boy Scout Road, much improving the look of that property.

AThat was an excellent referral. I've been using them pretty much ever since Angie's List referred us. It was 3 or 4 years. The veterinarian is excellent. He diagnosed a problem that was difficult. Everytime I call them and order things, they have them when I get there. They've done a good job.

CThe biggest problem was that the price went up several times-sometimes in quick succession and the employees were never able to explain why the price changed. The other problem was having to sit and wait while they finished; sometimes 20 minutes. It is a very busy place, so it's obviously popular.

AEvans Animal Hospital has been my vet for many years. This instance was to remove a tumor on my dog's foot. His toe had to be removed to remove all of the tumor. He is 13 years old, so I chose to have the senior blood work panel done prior to surgery. The pathology results came back that it was a malignant melanoma.
The staff is always friendly and patient while I am asking questions. I recommend Evans Animal Hospital.

APOWDERHOUSE PET RESORTIt was obvious that our dog was cared for and interacted with based on the personalized very thoughtful report card we received. Also typically groomers have a difficult time trimming her nails as she’s scared. They did a wonderful job with her “pawdicure” and most importantly our dog did great! Staff was awesome!- Danielle C.

FA PLUS PET GROOMING BY LOUISEI had been taking my Shih Tzu there for over 5 years and just recently when I took one of them, I noticed that his haircut was uneven and out of the "Norm". So I text one of the owners and requested that only that this owner do all of our dogs and she said her daughter had been doing him since a puppy and he will be 2 yrs this month. I told her that her daughter was sweet and we didn't want to hurt her feelings, but we were under the impression that one of the owners had always done all of our dogs. I then asked if her daughter went to dog grooming school and this offended the owner, because she wrote back telling me no, she did not, and either did she (owner) and that she was not going to be personally attacked because of the lack of care of my dogs coats and that she had taken my dogs off her appointment book for their appts in the future and that I could find another groomer. FYI: A professional dog groomer should be able to accept criticism and not take it so personally but rather gain from it. Not act so unprofessional and rude, just because the owner of the dogs, requested a particular person to groom our dogs. NEWS FLASH: The last time I checked we are paying you for a service, its NOT free. Not to mention we pay you what you tell us each time we pick our dogs up from you. We also have them on 8 week schedule to get groomed, so perhaps if it appears, they may need to come in sooner, then YOU should have suggested that. We also take very good care of our dogs. We know for a FACT that the last dog you groomed did NOT have any mats, as you stated he did and it took your daughter an hour to get the mats out. For he was brushed out in great detail the night before his appt. You always take photos of him, why didn't you take any photos of the mats on that visit? If anything I learned a GREAT deal from this experience and that is there is NO law that require dog groomers to be licensed and to have gone to grooming school. ANYONE can just set up shop and start bathing and cutting a dogs hair. Yet you charge the same rates as someone who has gone to dog grooming school. WOW, that is amazing. I think I should go set up shop and start grooming dogs too. What upsets me the most about this whole ordeal, is my now 16 1/2 yr will have to get use to another groomer, so thanks A Plus Dog Grooming for your compassion, but don't worry I will take care of that. I will NEVER recommend anyone to you again, as I did, in the past. SO CONSUMERS, BEWARE, NONE OF THE GROOMERS AT A PLUS DOG GROOMING, HAS HAD ANY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OR SCHOOLING, YET CHARGE THE PRICES AS IF THEY DID. SHAME ON YOU!!! P.S. You tell people that grooming Shih Tzu is what your best at, well then learn how to properly do a TOP KNOT, because its obvious you do NOT know how to do one. I also see some other complaints about your dog grooming skills left by others, so its good to know that I wasn't the only one that noticed the poor job. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, thanks for ruining the dog bed that I brought there for you to sell by letting all the other dogs, lay on it, and when you washed the cushion, it was completely ruined because it had to be dry cleaned not cleaned in the washing machine. ADOGMA GROOMING & PET GIFTSSteffy has been grooming my 14 year old cocker spaniel, Ginger, for probably close to 8-10 years and I have always been totally satisfied with her work. Ginger always looks fabulous either in a comfort cut or a cocker cut. Ginger recently had some balance issues that kept her from getting to her regular appointment. Steffy was very helpful in accommodating her special issues. The staff has always been very nice to me and treat Ginger well. This is a very hard working owner!- Irene H.

ALapdog GroomingThis is a mobile groomer. The van is super clean and the prices are great. The owner- operator, Angie, is a very caring lady. She grooms very well and my spoiled mutts love her. She takes her time and does a wonderful job. It is great not having to leave home. Prices are very compatible with other groomers. She shows up on time.
