    Every repairman I had from Sig Cox represents the company well, and Mr. Strawbridge is definitely no exception. I'll be hard-pressed to find any repairman who exceeds the responsiveness, customer service, technical competence, professionalism, and honesty of the work I had done by Mr. Strawbridge from Sig Cox. Along with being easygoing and approachable - he knows his stuff! He was able to spot the issue my 11-year old unit was having and was able to fix it in a timely manner. It's refreshing to have honest, reliable repairs done by knowledgeable people who prioritize good customer service over the almighty dollar. Sig Cox is incredibly lucky to have him!

    It was horrible ! first appt I had for estimate they canceled.. second appt the man came and was as rude as **** because I didn���t answer my phone fast enough... he failed to leave message and said he would need to reschedule and I was explaining to him he was at wrong house and he got mad and hung up on me ����������that���s right hung up on a customer wanting to give the company business.... but that���s not all I called manager and he apologize for his behavior and said he would come out and give estimate next day .... and mk his rude employee up to me ,,, but he was a no show also and I called him to find out where he was his name was Tim and he said could he call me right back ? I said yes .. he never called ... I called again he totally avoided me and my business.... so Sig cox get ur head out of the air cause your flat on ur ***..., worse service ever ... rudest people you will ever find !!!!! Don���t even bother with this company it waste of time ! no Hospitality! No time for customers and rude as **** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As many good reviews as they had ... def take this one and know it���s true stay away !!!!

    Was able to get a quick appointment. Communications were great. Technicians Brandon and Dillon were extremely courteous and friendly. They were even able to help me figure out if I still had a warranty, which I did, and it helped significantly. Troubleshooting the strange problem was difficult and involved the outside unit, inside unit, and thermostat. However, after ruling out defective wiring, Brandon was able to zero in on a faulty circuit board in the air handler. To my great pleasure and surprise, they had one in stock, which Brandon and Dillon quickly ran to get, return, and install. Problem solved! As with my last experience with Sig Cox, and their personnel, I am extremely pleased. For me now, there's no need to call anyone else. John Zentz North Augusta, SC

    Great! We gotta next day appointment, thankfully. We explained the issue we had so the technicians knew what they needed to look for. Our system just really needed to be cleaned. It was cleaned and the technician made sure the air flow in the house was where it needed to be. They will be returning to our home to provide checkups every 6 months, and they'll even call us to schedule an appointment so we don't forget.

    Their office responded to my online inquiry via Angie's list within minutes. The person who called was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived on time and I received the same professional and knowledgeable service as over the phone the day before. The tech explained all he was doing, why it was necessary and offered options. My former HVAC serviceman retired so I had to find someone new and Wayne's Service All is it!!

    Lousy. They left one register unconnected.Even now, two years later, I am experiencing crawl space odor from my HVAC system. The "proprietor" came to investigate, but said he had no sense of smell. I do, and the musty crawl space odor continues to be a problem. It never was before! They have my money, and I can't get it back, but I would never hire them again!

    This was back in September. I scheduled an appointment and it was about a week out, no problem. Tech came out and looked at everything, long story short, the whole system needed to be replaced. The problem is, I was supposed to get a quote for either repair(if possible) or replacement (which, it turns out, was needed). However, I NEVER heard back from them. So after waiting a week for the appointment and another week only to not be called back I'm now 2 weeks without AC and its 90 degrees out. So I had to start the whole process again with another company. Not only do I think it's completely unprofessional to not call someone back like you say, but even after someone else informs the owner of the situation still no attempted contact or apology of any kind. Just a bill, 2 months later, with an attached quote for a new hvac system. Seriously?

    I was contacted by a representative who said he would come to my house and provide an estimate. He never called or contacted me in any way (e.g., email, text, etc.), and never showed up. This being an indication of the way Sig Cox conducts business, I am grateful that they showed their acumen before I contracted with them. I have a few other reliable companies in the area that I am working with and, as it goes, it appears as though I will be contracting with a company who is not too large to give up a high dollar job.

    Fantastic! My a/c went out overnight. I was up at 4 am looking for contractors. The google add mentioned 24 hour service. I gave a call left a message. Got a call back  discussed possible issues that may have gone wrong.  They came out in the time stated within 5 minutes found the bone remains of a snake that got fried. Sometime ago this snake got fried and weakened the connection of the hot wire going to the compressor. the whole fix was done within 15 minutes. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and will definitely call on them again for future service...
