Gutter Repair reviews in North Augusta

    Enloe Residential
It was over a thousand dollars but I don't remember how much over.  It was a lot.  They installed a new gutter just on one side of the house.  I had gutters on the rest of the house; there was one side that didn't.  I think it was fine; they just put a gutter on.  I have no complaints.  I think they've put all my gutters in so I probably would use them again because I'm familiar with them.

    Gutter Source
Gutter Source did an amazing job. My home has beige trim and he matched the color of the gutters perfectly to the trim, you can not even notice the gutters. He was diligent in keeping me informed of the job. I was made aware of the exact price and timeline in advance. The company kept their word and arrived on time, everytime. It was a nice treat to feel respected with time and information. Throughout the job, Nathan explained the what, when, where and why's. I have highly recommended this company to a variety of people.
This company obviously takes pride in their work, they have followed since installation to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I could not be more impressed.

    Gutter Source
Nathan with Gutter Source did an amazing job. He was very thorough, providing a detailed diagram of the gutters and worked with us to accomplish exactly what we wanted. The gutters match perfectly and work great! He was very professional keeping me posted on the progress, consistent in contact, and very punctual. He told me the exact amount in advance and wouldn't accept any payment until the job was complete. In all the work I've had done over the years to our houses, he by far was the most impressive person. He has since followed up to make sure everything is working right. Highly recommend this company!

    Enloe Residential
Great product but the company is a struggle to work with.
On November 16, 2015 I called Enloe Residential and scheduled an appointment for an estimate.  The estimator arrived promptly the next day and gave me an estimate.  I agreed to the work and paid a down payment.  The estimator indicated I would be contacted to schedule the installation soon.  My check cleared my bank two days later.  Unfortunately this would be the last transaction with Enloe that occurred quickly.
After a month of not hearing from Enloe, I called the phone number on my contract to inquire as to when the installation would get scheduled.  My call was transferred but it went to voicemail.  I left a voicemail, giving my name and phone number, address and why I was calling.  A day later my call had not been returned so I called again and left another message.  That message was not returned either.  I called a third time and left a third message which went unreturned.
I gave up and called a different number listed on their advertisements and explained that I had left three messages but no one had returned my calls.  I was transferred to the General Manager but had to leave a voicemail. That message was not returned.  I called again the next day and left another voicemail that was not returned. Finally after nearly a week of calling, I was contacted to schedule the installation.  No one mentioned my voicemails that went unreturned or explain why it took so long to call me back.
The first date for installation had to be postponed due to weather.  Later that day the installer for the soffit repair called to schedule their work.  Unfortunately they did not show up that day (due to a family emergency) and since they didn?t have my phone number written down, they couldn?t call me.  The next day they showed up quite unexpectedly and did their work and told me the gutter installer would be at my home later that day, but no timeframe.  Late that day the gutter installer arrived.  He apologized for not calling because he did not have my phone number.
My check for the down payment cleared my bank in lightning speed, yet it took five weeks to get the work scheduled.  Installers that don?t have the customer?s phone number is obviously a poor business practice.  Further, when I call their company they answer as ?Southern Window and Siding Company.?  At this point I?m still not completely sure who I did business with.
Although this company has a great product, they are very frustrating to work with. On the bright side, the installers (who appear to be sub contractors) are very pleasant, professional and courteous. It was NOT their fault that Enloe Residential didn't give them my phone number.

UPDATE 1/13/2016:  After sending Enloe a copy of my review, I received a call from the company's owner.  He apologized very sincerely and explained some steps his company is taking to fix the issues I had.  I firmly believe he will, so I'm amending my review to reflect that I recommend them. If you decide to use Enloe I truly hope you don't have my experience!

    All Pro Gutters, LLC
All Pro replaced our front and side gutters including installing the debris shields.   They also replaced 2 front porch supports and painted them to match the gutters.  After a later installation of flashing, the gutters now provide the needed drainage routing.  They did a good job and worked to get what we needed within our budget.  I would use them again and recommend them.

All South Siding Windows & Roofing Co
Everything was good. I would rate them high. He's a very honest man. He is comes out and gives you the best price. He was actually the cheapest in the town that I was getting quote-wise. He does excellent work. I had to call him to remind him he hadn't picked up his check. He's not hounding. He is insured, licensed and has permits and things like that that's required by the city where you live. He's a New Yorker and so if they're insulted by New Yorkers, they won't like it.

    Williams Roofing & Gutter
Called in mid-April for estimate, Mr. Cook arrived on 4/18/14 and we decided in the next three weeks to go with Williams' after comparisons were made.  Mr. Cook came back out to house and finalized exactly what we wanted, assisting in the decision of shingle choice and color.  If there was any hiccough in the whole hiring, etc, it was that we were left a message by the roofers on the day before, that they would be arriving the next morning.  We never heard the message, and this turned out to be our own answering machine dilemma, but it would have been easier going if, after Mr. Cook had finalized with us, the office would have called to warn us of a start-up date, so that removal of deck furniture, etc could have already been completed.  It all worked out as roofers called from our locked gate @ 6AM on 05/20/14 (shock!) that they had arrived and then helped get everything straight for working. Luckily we were there.  A suggestion would be that the actual subs are given a home number AND any cell numbers as well to avoid this. This is what we did to avoid repeating with other subs.
The roofing team of Larry's was almost mechanical, a well-oiled machine, and it was easy to see as the day progressed how they were able to complete our large house so quickly and efficiently.  it was obvious that they had worked well together for a while as they seemed to know step by step who would be doing what and when.  I never saw anyone slacking or empty-handed.  If they went down the yard with shingles, they came back with trash for the trailer.  They maintained my yard and decks very well, without any damage, using huge tarps when necessary.  One worker walked around in between tasks picking up errant tacks, that missed the tarps, which I appreciated. I continue to pick up some of these as I would have guessed with this large of a project, many that have since fallen from shrubbery. That is/was not a problem and expected.  I did have concerns about cigarette butts and flaming cigarettes thrown from the top of the roof.  I didn't begrudge a guy working on my roof a cig, but out here with only volunteer fire protection, it could become a little more serious.  Unknown to them, I did pour water in one of my bushes that I noticed continued to "smoke" after a butt flew down.  It was okay and I handled it, just a point to think about sometimes. The roofers worked non-stop; I never even saw them stop for lunch.  They would snack with one hand, or grab a drink and continue with the job.  They were all very courteous and easy to talk with.
The couple that worked on our chimney stone did an outstanding job.  The stone matched well and the concrete has even dried so that it is difficult to tell which is old and new stone.  True stone artists.  They were very pleasant as well.  No difficulties at all.
The gutters at the front entrance look outstanding, matching the metal valley pieces well, making it all look thought out and professional.  The plastic drain pipe and drain tray provided looked somewhat out of place with the stone on the front of the house. This was subsequently easily replaced by pieces of leftover stone from the chimney, making it again appear as one seamless idea.  We also found a flat drain extension to run behind the shrubs, extending from the downspout that helps with blending in.  Mr. Cook even took pictures of this to work into future projects.
All in all, this was much less of an ordeal than we had imagined.  I would not hesitate to recommend these particular teams from Williams' to my friends.

The contractor actually arrived about 45 minutes ahead of the agreed time, but this presented no problem for me. The removal of the 19 old windows and rough installation of the new windows went quickly (several hours) and smoothly. It was obvious the installers were very experienced at their trade. They were generally respectful of the interior of my home and reasonably neat, but didn't bother to cover or remove their shoes when walking on my carpet. The installation of the aluminum cap on the exterior wood molding and sills also went smoothly and the final exterior appearance of the windows and capping is very good. The installers removed all old windows and other large debris from my property; however, the installation produced many small wood scraps and slivers of aluminum that managed to escape their clean up. In summary, the final installation meets all my expectations for appearance. The new windows operate smoothly and are already making a noticeable difference in my interior environment (exterior noise suppression). It is too soon to determine if the new windows are producing the expected energy savings.

Came and measured, materials were dropped off and then the crew of 2 put it all up in a day. When some of the materials were wrong the crew went out to get the right parts and came back and finished it all off. Rate was a per quoted and was the best quote for gutters in the CSRA.
