    It went smoothly, on schedule, and very pleasant. It was no cost to us as it was a follow up service because we purchased the tires from them. We've been using them for about 4 years now. They are professional with no pressure. A lot of places like that will apply a lot of pressure.

    Agreed with online salesman on price of new truck. He told me to ask for the sales manager when I arrived. I told the salesman that I would come see the truck within the hour. He ensured me the truck was there and available to me. When I arrived at the car lot, I located the truck and went to ask for the sales manager. Another salesman approached me and I told him I had an online deal agreed on and that I was told to ask for sales manager. This salesman told me HE could help me and that the online folks just told everyone to contact the sales manager. I showed the salesman the truck I had agreed to buy and he went to get the keys to show the truck to me. After about 30 minutes waiting, he brings around a different truck. I told the salesman that he was showing me the wrong truck. The salesman then told me that the truck I wanted (and had agreed to buy) was for someone else but he could give me a deal on this other truck (BAIT & SWITCH). Wasted time dealing with this business. I located the truck I wanted in Atlanta and bought truck the next day.

    Service advisors here are outstanding. Very professional. Service is prompt. Waiting area is very nice with some extra amenities like free snacks that I haven't seen at other dealerships. The dispatch service that answers the phone for all Bob Richards dealerships can leave something to be desired as they often drop your call when trying to transfer you. My biggest issue this past visit was that the mechanic who did my in-cabin filter replacement obviously messed up when reinstalling the glove box. Something rattled all the way home. Rather than going back, my husband looked up how to replace the in cabin filter on Youtube and pulled the glove box back out and reinstalled it himself to remedy the issue. The price is better for dealership maintenance than it was when we lived in Maryland but of course dealers still charge top dollar for OEM parts and labor so it is always a bit more than when you do it yourself. I would buy from here the next time we need a Toyota based on the observations I've made of the sales floor when waiting in service.

    It was horrible. I went over and got an estimate from them as to what it would cost and I looked at the car. I went over to another dealer over in Augusta and I told them what he had offered as far as the deal. They matched the deal. I told them I would come home and think about it. I was going to take a trip to the beach so I thought well it's the same thing, I'm just going to go over to Bob Richards, because he's closer, and buy the car. I went over. I am paying cash for the car. I waited about an hour and a half for them to check my credit and go thru all this crap. They finally said ok we'll go sign the papers. I must have signed 20 papers and then I got to one and it said 2016. The car I had looked at was a 2016, not a 2017.  I didn't know this. The other dealer gave me the same price that they had told me for a 2017. I had already gone thru all that rigmarole of an hour and a half waiting. Finally, here I am, I've just signed papers for a 2016 for the same price I was going to get a 2017 over at the other dealer. After going thru an hour and a half, I said aw to heck with it and went ahead and finished signing and went to Myrtle Beach. But I'm still mad as he**. I am so mad. I think that I was taken advantage of. I'm old and I think I'm smart but I wasn't smart at all. 

    It was a horrible experience. I'm still very mad. I'll be going back over there for all the other stuff. It's probably just my stupidity for not really looking at the year. It's a brand new car and I just assumed it was a 2017.

    I've been going to Milton Ruben for - my car is eight years old, seven or eight years - and the service has been good, the price has been good, everything has been very good.  I would give them an A in every category.  I bought my car in 8-8-08 and they've been taking care of it for me.  I bought it from another dealer, so I've been going to them ever since.  I go every five to seven thousand or something.  I think it was a seven thousand mile deal.  All they did was the oil change, I think they checked the tires, but they didn't do anything else.  I thought everything about it was very good.  I usually wait to have my car done.  The service has been very good.  They send coupons periodically where you get a discount on service and everything, which I use, and I like that.  And I had compared their price with another provider, you know for servicing and everything, and theirs was cheaper.  So I went a little further out Washington Road to go to them because I thought the prices were cheaper.

    Repairs were done quickly and to my satisfaction.  They helped me to ferry my vehicle from their shop to my home and that means a lot when you are single!  I will certainly use them again for my repairs.

    Bought my Chrysler town and country here and purchased the maintenance plan that comes with it, HUGE rip off. They take 9 hours to do a oil change... Not kidding. Had a problem with the doors on my van not unlocking with the key so I took it in. They had my van from 7:30am (kept it there the night before so it would be first in line) until 5pm at night... And after calling three times about it during the day for them to tell me my van wasn't ready, finally at 5 they called me to tell me they couldn't duplicate the problem so they did nothing... After having my car all day they did nothing. Last but not least took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. They called me an hour later to tell me my tire had a nail and hole in it and it was going to need to be replaced. I was skeptical about the whole thing so I told them to leave it alone and I would take care of it elsewhere. And come to find out there was no nail in the tire or hole. They lied and tried to cheat me out of money. Needless to say I've never been back and I canceled my service plan.

    Took my 2002 Nissan Altima to Bob Richards for a coolent leak and hard starting. After two days they called and said I had a BLOWN HEAD GASKET, coolent on all four cylinders, oil inside the No. 1 Spark Plug, bad left wheel bearing. Declined the service and took the car to another shop and found out the HEAD GASKET was NOT blown, no coolent on the cylinders, the oil was from valve gasket leaking. The car only needed new spark plugs and a new valve gasket. Also had a new water pump installed and wheel bearings replaced for a grand total of 678.00 dollors.

    Rudest people I have ever encountered.  Tried to lease a car for one of our company executives and these people wouldn't even discuss it.  In fact they were insulting.

    Don't vent think about doing any business with any of the Milton Ruben companies.  They stink !

    Very pleased with the service, and the length of time to do what they did.  Told me of things they found on my Jeep which needed taken care of.  Either they would do it, or I could take it to whomever I have do work on my car for me.  Which I appreciate very much.  No high pressure for me to have the work done there.
