The experience with Mark and his associate was amazing. Introduced himself right away. Both gentleman were very polite. Mark explained due to the extreme pets stains that some may not come out. My carpet which is very light cream almost looked like a brown and is now back to it’s original color with all of the stains almost completely removed! Amazing job these guys did. Great, the estimate was honored, the work was carefully performed and the results were excellent. We have a large dog and it had been two years since the carpets were cleaned. Mark and Bill were very through. Job was done in under two hours.
