THEY SHAVED MY POMERANIAN DOWN TO HER SKIN, CAUSING HAIR GROWTH STUNTING. THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THIS WAS MY MISTAKE FOR ASKING FOR A CUT MY DOGGIE HAS RECEIVED FOR 5 YEARS FROM NICOLE AT K9 CABANA, WHO WAS BOOKED FULL AT THE TIME, WHERE I STUPIDLY DECIDED TO GIVE THESE IDIOTS A TRY. WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THEIR MISDEEDS, THEY BLAME SHIFTED (ANY SKILLED GROOMER KNOWS NOT TO SHAVE A POM DOWN TO HER FREAKING SKIN!!!), HUNG UP AND WAS TOLD (WHICH I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM) THAT THE OWNER SAID TO KICK ME OUT! My flea free dog left this 'spa' with fleas!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS LOW CLASS TRASH PILE FOR GROOMING OR ANYTHING ELSE. GO TO K9 CABANA!

Cloonie is my sweet dog. We have had issues with his skin for some time now. Initially we started with four weekly treatments. It was a fungus and it needs to be maintained. The Thera-Clean bath has been a blessing for us. The skin needs to heal and the monthly maintenance will catch any new developments of yeast. Before we started the treatments he had a loss of energy, and appetite. I was so pleased with the results. He is doing much better. Eating and playful. His skin is clearing nicely and we will continue monthly treatments with a change of diet. Thank you Sharon!

Excellent - my dogs were groomed on time and all needs met. For boarding, all 4 of my dogs needs were met and they love going there. When your pet runs out of the car to get in to see her, you know that they are in good hands. The microbubble bath is the greatest. Super clean and addresses a variety of skin conditions in a healthy, non-chemical way. Love the boarding services. I can go away without guilt or concern - knowing my fur family is truly taken care of and all their needs met. She goes above and beyond.

My new puppy had an appointment but wasn't able to stay because she just turned 4 months and required one more shot. Completely understandable. However, they were very busy when I walked in and it was obviously a big irritation to the staff. The girl that helped me was so rude. I misunderstood that she asked me for my dogs first name instead of her last name because I am hearing impaired. This made her agitated and she actually argued with me. No one in the whole grooming area EVER looked at or acknowledge my pup. It was so embarrassing to even be there.

    Sit and Stay Awhile
My dog who is usually skittish about meeting new people or being out of my sight warmed up immediately to the very friendly kennel techs who checked us in. Not only did the kennel techs accommodate my dog Gypsy at the last minute but they were kind enough to call my vet for me and have the necessary vaccinations faxed directly to them so I didn't have anything else to stress about before we left her with them. I have never left my dog for more than a day so I appreciated being able to call and check in on her without feeling like a pain. Because she had never been without me when meeting so many new dogs I was apprehensive but the owner paired her up with a few other boarding dogs and she had a blast with her new pack. \ At drop off we requested a bath and nail trim and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to pick her up to find her looking and smelling better than when we had dropped her off.

Very poorly. Our dog was terrified when we picked him up. The grooming was not even or completed. Our dog has gone to groomers for 5 years with no problem. He was fearful of even a touch from us for days afterward. Sharyn told me he was the worst dog she had ever groomed. It took 6 months for our dog to be comfortable again. This was 2 years ago and no other groomer has ever had a problem with him.

I really like them. You can make online appointments so you don't have to hassle with phoning them. You pick the day and time and they book it. They were very nice and we got pamphlets back with notes about the dogs. They took the time to get to know the animals.

I do agree with previous comment by a reviewer. Shop is not fancy or frilly but as long as my dog is happy and well cared for then I am happy. This was my 9 year old cocker spaniel's first visit to Divas. Her previous groomer is not available due to illness. My dog is very nervous but all went well and the groomer did an excellent job. She even gave our dag a complimentary facial and the only problem that I have with that is my spoiled rotten dog will expect it every time!

So far I've been quite happy with this vet. They were recommended to me after moving to MB, SC and I can understand why. The staff is VERY nice, they're patient with my very nervous [rescue] dog, and they are quick to respond to messages (both phone and email). The kennel area is very clean and they have several fenced areas in the back where the dogs can run/play/get outside...not to mention the staff enjoys getting the animals out and playing with them/giving them some extra attention. There are only a handful of kennels which I like because it means my dog isn't competing with tons of other dogs for attention. So far the only downside is that they're not open on Sundays (which is often my pick-up date when I'm boarding my dog) - however I was very impressed in that they were happy to provide additional boarding recommendations of companies who are reputable and open on Sundays in case I ever need it. On my 1st trip there they were also happy to show me around so I could see the exam rooms, kennel area, outdoor play areas, etc - they weren't trying to hide anything. I will definitely continue using this vet.

It always goes well. They do a great job for a fair price. Working on my dogs is a major undertaking. Most groomers won't take them because of their size. Obviously, Diva Dogs takes them or my review would be very different. Also, since I'm get older and "less healthy", Vinnie comes to my house and picks the dogs up for me. I truly appreciate that.
