Very nice, small outfit, very pleasant to deal with and he was very reasonable for such a small job.

    Myrtle Beach Gutter Techs
Arrived on time for appt., friendly. Said he would get back to me with estimate, and that’s where the ball was dropped. Never came up with an estimate. I had to call several times before I got a call back. Received nothing but empty promises of getting any kind of follow up. Never did I get the estimate or any kind of reasoning why they were ignoring me. I am very disappointed in a Gutter Techs and their follow thru. Even if they were too busy and couldn’t fit me in, they should have been up front and honest about that instead of me having to continually follow-up for no follow-thru.

Went good until they had to come back and fix a few problems.installed in June after 3wks delay. Was called back twice to fix problems of leaking still not fixed as of today and the leaks are causing my wood soffits to rot. This is a very poor company

    Torri Gutters and Siding
Torri Gutters is under new ownership and is unreliable and unprofessional unlike what they were in the past. We were given an estimate and agreed to have the work completed at an arranged time. When they showed up, the installer determined he had not come with the correct material or tools. While there, we inquired about having another gutter installed but he could not give us an answer as to cost. He promised they would be back the next day however they never returned nor called. After multiple attempts to communicate, We finally here from Ryan, the new owner. He actually came by our home, apologized for what happened, agreed to do the work for an additional price with the extra gutter added, and assured us they would be there the next day to complete the job. Furthermore, he somewhat put the blame on the installer, the past owners son, and said, “that’s the way he is”. Needless to say, they did not show the next day. No communications either. We called multiple times and no answer or returned phone calls. On Monday morning, my wife called their office and they told use we were still on the schedule for that afternoon. They never showed up. We called them back and they blamed it on equipment failure again. They said we were on the schedule now for Wednesday only to find out that they had decided not to do the job because apparently their “feelings were hurt” because we had complained about the lack of communication and their continued excuses. Torri Gutters should not be issued a business license if they are going to conduct their business this way. NO ONE should have to go through what we’ve been through with this company. It’s very frustrating and unacceptable!

    Allrestore Contracting
Our development in Murrells Inlet was hard hit last Spring with a hail storm. Every neighbor within 1/4 mile has had to replace their roof. I found Allrestore on Angie's list and gave them a call. Jim Hotch called back the same day. The house is our vacation home so everything had to communicated and set up by email and phone calls. Jim visited the house the next day and sent me the estimate. He pointed out several things that were damaged that I didn't even notice. Jim explained the entire procedure to me as it pertained to contacting my Homeowners Insurance Company and he advised me to give the insurance adjuster his cell number so that he could meet with him/her when they were going to inspect the roof. Jim coordinated a day and time for the inspection a few days later. It took awhile to get my first check from the insurance company but Jim was patient and checked with me several times to offer assistance if needed. The roof was installed a few days after hurricane Florence and I couldn't be happier. My neighbor was home during the installation and called me to let me know how hard the guys were working and what a good job they were doing. I arrived a few days after they finished and you would never know they were there except for the new shingles. The property was clean and the roof looked great. The price was fair and I can't say enough good things about Jim Hotch. I will recommend Allrestore Contracting to anyone looking for a roof in the Murrels Inlet area.

Their name only tells a part of how great they were to work with. Affordable, absolutely! Throughout the entire process they were incredibly professional, communicated very well, and delivered a very quality result. We were able to easily coordinate the entire job from hundreds of miles away. They even sent pictures to show us the progress. They showed up when they promised, finished when they promised, and went above and beyond with the details of their work. I plan on hiring them again soon to handle some additional projects.

    Allrestore Contracting
We worked with Allrestore and Jim to replace our roofing and gutters last year on our beach house. I thought I had written a review on Angie's List when work was completed, but apparently did not ..so I am writing one now. We were very impressed with Jim when we initially met with him. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took his time describing the work that would be done. It was apparent from talking to him that good service was of utmost importance to him. The job went very well and was on schedule. Jim was excellent at follow up. We have been very happy with the work. We had no issues with our roof or gutters when Hurricane Matthew came through last year. So that brings me to today. We came down to our beach house for the holiday. We noticed some discolored stains on our ceiling and thought it might be related to the roof since that had been a recent change. We called Jim yesterday and he came out this morning to take a look. He went into the attic and determined it was a leak in our AC unit and overflow box was filled with water. He took pictures for us, described what he was seeing, and concluded it was not a roofing issue. He would not take payment for his trip or time, even though it had nothing to do with the roofing. We have since had the AC issues fixed. Jim is trustworthy and dependable, and his company does great work. Today just re-confirmed that. I would recommend him to neighbors, family, or anyone else that needs roofing or gutter work.
