    the first tenants stayed for 6 months. they were good guys, firemen, I believe. second tenants, family of 4. Father, wife, son (14), and daughter (16). NO DOGS were allowed. I received a complaint from the HOA via mail stating that I must clean up after my dog poops in the common area. HUH? Dog? Jacob from Entourage Ventures stated that it wasn't his dog. OK, whose dog then......"it is the sons." Jacob tells me. Wow, talk about lying around the truth. AC unit gets all clogged up with dog hair, and leaks into unit downstairs. We travel from FLA to SC to assess damage. Insurance pays for repairs. When we pulled up to unit, we see tenant leaving in her car with large dog. Fast forward to move out week. Tenant moves out, and leaves condo is disgusting condition. I hire stanley steamer to come and clean the multiple dried dog poop stains on the carpet. The tenants even moved one of our beds to the middle of the floor to cover a dried poop. I refused to give back the deposit because it was all used up from cleaning, and replacing items that were missing when the tenants moved out. Jacob and his "assistant" claimed they did a walk thru and the condo was in pristine condition. OMG. I have a bag full of dog hair and poop left from the tenants. Jacob and his assistant called me unethical for keeping the deposit. Tenant threatened to sue me, but never did. I had way too much evidence. Even my neighbors hated these tenants and saw how much disregard they had for condo. In my opinion, Jacob never did the monthly check ins with the tenants, he only collected his fee. Jacob seems to be a money hungry dishonest person in my humble opinion.

    From start to finish, Spacemart in Souderton was awesome. How is a storage facility awesome you ask? When I first called, I spoke to an associate who was very pleasant, patient and informative. He really knew what he was talking about and was more than accommodating. I was moving from out of state and he made it simple. Every time I needed anything, the staff was more than happy to help. They even have a moving van that you can rent (for next to nothing). As a matter of fact, the day I moved in, the moving company was getting close to done at 6pm, closing time. I spoke to the associate because I thought I might have needed one more cubicle. He stayed 30 minutes late to make sure I had what I needed. I can't say enough about how well I was treated.

    My husband and I thought Joy did an excellent job; she is very experienced and knowledgeable with repairing televisions being in the business a very long time too and was very helpful with answering questions I had. Very professionald and efficient. I understood thoroughly why it was somewhat on the expensive side to repair yet a lot of people just get newer televisions yet I felt it was very worth it to repair the one I had. Newer is not always better! Highly recommend this group.

    After purchasing the phone under the false promise of 4G service, I discovered that the phone did not receive 4G in my area at all. After confronting T-Mobile with the issue, they tried to offer what they call a "service quest" in order to check the towers for 4G service in my area, only to discover that 4G is limited in my area. Unsatisfied, I attempted to return the phone, which they refused to take, claiming that I was past a 14-day grace period, a grace period they neglected to inform me about. In order to close the account they told me I would have to pay a balance of $440. Frustrated and fed up with their business practice, I agreed to pay the remaining balance to T-Mobile, only to have them refuse the payment. Now I have demanded they unlock the phone, so I can attempt to recoup at least some of the money wasted on this horrid service; which they have yet, to unlock the phone. I am beyond disappointed and would not recommend this provider to anyone. Stay away!

    They are cheaper and can change your plan anytime and anything you want. You can freeze your minutes or you can choose what you want in their website for that is all that you pay for. If you reach your limit, you can go on and upgrade for the next amount. If you go on-line, it instantly change and will not take a while. $55 is consumable for texting, internet use, cellular and home phone. They have excellent service.

    I called Mike to ask about converting my natural gas Weber grill to propane. He did some research and found that Weber does not make conversion kits, but still agreed to come and look at the grill the same day. It so happened that he had the right parts in his truck so he offered to do the work right then, including cleaning the grill. He stayed two hours, until 7pm.     It turned out to be benign. We waited our turn in the emergency room because it is first come, first service depending on the severity of the problem. They took him and did some tests. They found the kidney stone and gave him some medications to take care of the pain, which was the most important part because he was in excruciating pain. They found a mass when they did the x-ray so they admitted him for a couple of days to run further tests. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. He never really passed the stone but it got in his bladder and he doesn't have pain now. We will definitely use them again.
