    Worst experience with a repair company EVER. Refrigerator died 5/14/18. Called Appliance Medic, they came out that day. Gavin, the repair tech said we needed to have a control board replaced, and I had to pay for the part and installation now. I paid the $340 for the part and repair, Gavin said they would order the part, usually takes 2 days to ship, but they should be able to priority ship the part, should be done by Friday. I called Kevin on Wednesday, no returned call. Called Kevin again Thursday, he finally called back with an attitude, seemingly mad at me for calling. He claimed the part was being shipped that day, and it should be in by Tuesday (It���s clear that they did not prioritize ordering my part right away). Part came in Tuesday, I called Kevin multiple times throughout the day for an estimated time. He did not return any of the calls. Gavin called at 5pm Tuesday and said he could not put it in, that he was 45 minutes away. After many calls, with no call-backs, it became clear to me that they had my money, and THEY WERE PRIORITIZING ANY NEW BUSINESS CALL THAT CAME IN AHEAD OF MY REPAIR. At that point I was done with their lying and horrendous service. I left another message that I was cancelling them and contesting my payment with my credit card. Long story short, I ordered the part from at 2pm Wednesday, had it delivered overnight, received it by 3:30pm Thursday and had it installed by 4pm ��� the day before Memorial Day weekend ��� 11 days after I contacted this horrible company. 2 days later, Gavin sends me a message that they would come out the day after Memorial Day ��� 15 days after original contact ��� what a horribly run company with NO interest in service. They lied to me, they treated me poorly, and they dropped me to the bottom of their priority list as soon as they had my money. My opinion, liars and frauds. Best advice I can give is STAY AWAY, call anyone else.

    Jeff was fantastic. I called his number at 9:39 pm and he called me back first thing the next morning. He came when he said he would. Parts had to be ordered and he came back as soon as they were in. He left things as he found them and dryer works like new. I highly recommend Perform Appliance.

    I was pleased with the service I received from the company. Although I knew what the issue was, I was unable to repair so I reached out to Angela's. I was able to get an appointment on the day I requested and the technician was on time. Gary (I think) was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely contact again in future if any appliance needs service.

    Had to commit to price prior to them coming. Missed 2 scheduled times for arrival. They need to be more experience in the time repairs will take so appointments are met on time or calls made if tech will be late. Owner and 2 assistants finally came to fix appliance. Took over 1 hour to replace ice maker. Had to look on internet for instructions how to do this!!! On the plus side they did check all other components of the refrigerator to assure they were working and the new ice maker is working. Price quoted from "Blue Book" of appliance repair. Higher then others who have performed the same job for me in the past and took much longer. When they were leaving had to be reminded to turn on water supply and adjust ice maker arm so unit would work. Wonder about level of training the owner had since going into business 6 months ago.

    Appliance Medic scheduled service for the following day. Later, they had a cancellation and came the same day I called. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He had the necessary part on his truck and replaced it. Dryer functional the same day it broke!

    Two friendly, professional repairmen came on a Saturday! and provided their time and knowledge. I highly recommend Paradise Appliance repair. Service call was reasonable and knowing they are available for an emergency gives credit to the company. Outstanding, efficient service.

    Buyer beware! We had three appliances we wanted repair on. This provider gave us a 4 hour window for arrival 11am to 3pm. Repairman arrived at 3pm. He fixed the oven fan but was unable to repair the other two. When he billed us we were told we would have to pay for three service charges one for each appliance. Each appliance you call for is billed as service charge for each plus parts and labor!

    Once the repairman arrived from another district 90 miles from here every thing went fine - the technician was professional and pleasant. The problem started with the so called service center. Called on Monday 12/29/2014 after realizing the refrigerator was not functioning. At 12:30 our computers are down will you call back in two hours. About 3:00 called and got an initial response that they could send some one out on something like the 15th or 20th of January. Got this down to the 14th but told them I needed someone by 12/31 latest - it's a refrigerator!! Decided to call again on the 30th had to explain situation again - it is not an ice box where you get a block of ice this is this is 2014 - didn't get very far - she got a manager on the phone - he said the contract had no promise of any better service than they were offering after some give and take and a call back from him he said he could get someone to our house on the 31st. It seems unreasonable to have to beg coerce etc to get someone to honor a contract in a reasonable fashion. A Refrigerator is not a washing machine, dish washer, range etc. In this day and age it is a necessity and the response from Sears is was unreasonable. They have a service to provide under a contract that was paid in full. If they don't have the technicians locally to handle the work load hire more people - Once the service contracts expire I doubt we will renew with Sears.

    This being a vacation home I called and made an appt. to meet the repairman the next day.  I was told to call when I arrived, which I did.  I was then told it would be approx. 2 hours since the repairman was at the other end of the beach.   I wasn't happy, but didn't complain.   The repairmen called approx.3 hours after I had arrived and told me they were on the way, they arrived shortly afterwards.   I later learned they had called my home phone rather than my cell phone and had been waiting for me to return the call, which of course I didn't get until I returned home.  I think this was a miscommunication between them and the scheduler.  But this miscommunication and resulting delay as a response, is my only complaint with this company.  They were very professional.  My complaint had been that the refrigerator wasn't getting as cold as it should, it had taken almost a month for bottled water to become cold enough.   They pulled the appliance out and cleaned the condenser coils, after they told me it would probably make a mess which they would clean up, and did.  They had checked the temperature of the refrigerator, etc. and saw no other reason for the problem.  The coils were very dirty thus leading them to diagnose that as the problem.  It only took them about 30-45 minutes to find the problem and solve it.  They informed me that the service charge was good for 30 days and to call them if I had any more problems with it, and I would not be charged another service call. 
    I had occasion today to call them again today, a week later, as the door controlling the ice flow to the outside door of the refrigerator was stiff and blocking the ice.  I called and asked if there would be an additional charge for this problem, and was told there would, but he then explained what we needed to do to solve the problem.  As the refrigerator isn't used constantly as it would be in a full time residence, it needed to be "worked" with and manipulated every so often in order to get it loosened up.  As it sits and is not used it tends to become stiff, as with anything.  The guy I talked to said I didn't need to have to pay a service charge for them to come out, it was something we could handle ourselves.  I appreciate his honesty and will definitely call them again if the need arises.  I would refer this company to anyone who asks.  Very professional, honest people.
