AI hate cleaning, and especially dog poop. But it was killing my yard. I hired DoodyCalls of Charleston and they sent a tech out immediately, cleaned my yard, and I've had them coming back every week so I don't have to deal with it. It's especially great in the summertime when Charleston is hot and humid and the smell really reeks and my child is trying to play in the yard. Super cheap, I don't have to be home, they just take care of it for me. Worth it. It's like $15/wk for my yard. I recommend them to everyone!

CI have been going to Banfield for years with 3 dogs and 4 cats. Get an appointment is getting harder and harder. I used to get great care for my pet but in the past year it seems like all they care about is making money. I will be using another vet for now on.

FMy dog stayed here twice. The first time he came home hungry and with bloody stools. This time I packed the exact amount of food. Not only was his nails not cut, but he had almost all of his food left. I called and asked for pictures, none were taken or sent. Dog owners beware. I hope Charleston County shuts them down.

FThis establishment has always had a good reputation, however sometimes complacency sets in. If you happen to have a dog that does not to like having his fur and or matts brushed out (mostly all dogs don’t like It) then this place is not for you. The main groomer will not tolerate what she deems squirmy behavior .. I have never had a complaint ever about my Pumi, he is friendly and well liked. He was kept from 9.30am until 3.30 presumably caged and them emerged having been clipped with clippers instead of the scissor cut that I requested. He looked and had been clipped like a poodle, which he is not. I determined this had happened from the groomer that did it. At a cost of $80.00 they either couldn’t care less or they didn’t want to groom my dog again. A bit of both I do believe ..

AMy dog is always happy to go to see Dr. Luke and all the staff! They always "awww!" over him, and he definitely loves the attention! Dr. Luke listens very well and treats him like she would one of her own pups. Prices are reasonable and highly recommend!

AMy dog loves going to Fetch. He gets very excited and pulls me towards the door when we arrive there. He plays hard so he sleeps very well after I pick him up. We have used Fetch for their boarding services as well. I trust them very much with my dog. When we last boarded him there, we opted for a crate instead of the suite we had him in previously. When we picked him up the next day, the staff told us that he was so upset in the crate that they thought it was a better idea for him to be placed in a suite for the night. They didn't charge us any extra for the suite price and I really appreciated them looking out for my dog like that. I also like fetch a lot because they don't crate the dogs during the day. They let them play all day, and the dogs nap when they are ready to. We love fetch!

AWe have taken our lab, Gibson, to Silversmith sporadically over the last several years. I'm not even sure how we came to find them, but are so glad we did. We live on Daniel Island and happily make the drive to John's Island to board our dog. The kennels are indoor/outdoor (connected with a doggie door) so they can go in and out as they please within their runs, and he is always exhausted when he gets home. It's nice to feel like the dogs gets a vacation when we do!

AZiggy'sLori is phenomenal!! She was so calm with my scared, skittish Gigi. Lori was very transparent with the process, as I’m a newbie to grooming. The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. AThe Pet GroomersThe owners are just absolutely amazing plus they are also the groomers. I love the fact that it is family owned and put the pets needs first. I have been using this groomer for years now and recommend them to anyone. I feel the price they quote are reasonable compared to other places. I also believe in supporting local businesses compared to the large companies. If you are looking for a groomer this is one place I highly recommend. They have my business for life.- Ericka K.
