His local crew worked quickly, efficiently and were a great group of experienced loaders. I’ve made long distance moves before and I was very, very happy with the quickness and care by the loaders and unloaders, The crew at the destination was just as experienced and careful with my belongings. Remember, you are basically giving all of your belongings to someone you don’t know and hoping he’ll treat them as his own. You won’t go wrong with Shane and his crew. FMr Reid painted a pretty picture of the service I would get, but it was anything but that. Told him upfront that I didn’t have enough line open on my credit cards right now to cover the move but that I would be paying cash. He said that was fine but insisted on getting some type credit card number and asked me how much line I had? He said that was no problem and he would do it for the smaller line if we would commit to using him. Then when accounting called for my CC Number I reminded them of what Mr Reid said and she acted as if that was unacceptable. Their people were already an hour late when she called. Tried to call Mr. Reid but he wouldn’t answer. He finally texted me with a sob story about how some friend of his was going out of business and he was helping him do he was short of people. He finally said his people were on the way but he had already gotten off on the wrong foot with me so I told him to turn them around and fired them. Got The Movers Co. to come on a days notice and they were very professional and did everything they could to make our move go smoothly.If Easy Movers is “Angies List” best then my opinion of the validity of an Angies List recommendation just went to ZERO!!! If you want a smooth move, then avoid this company like the plague!!!!!!!!

FTerrible, when I went to storage it looked like things were just thrown in there, When we got to the new house many things were broken and damaged, things that can' be replaced. Damage done to antiques, new furniture and appliacencs. I have called the owner left text message about insurance and nothing back. Made a couple of things for the owner and I haven't been paid for them. Gave me a price of $510 and we paid $1100. We are very upset over the way our things were treated and that they have not responded back to me on putting in a claim with thier insurance company. I will not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

AWe moved about an hour away. We had moved a lot of the small stuff so we used Moving Ahead Services for the heavy stuff like an Elliptical machine, glass table, and washer and dryer. They were on time and came with a positive, pleasant attitude. We had some special requests and they accommodated all of them. Moving is not easy, and they made it as smooth as possible. They were conscientious and didn't leave until everything was to our liking. We were happy we used them and would strongly recommend for any move.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
