I ordered online, they delivered on time. I opened the box and everything was there except for the motion sensor (which I thought was included, but was not!). I started to deploy the system and found it to be ever so clearly simple. I did not believe this was sent tome in the mail! I asked where my motion sensor was and they explained it was not included in the system I had purchased. However, they decided to send me one and I could not be happier with it. When it arrived I immediately installed it, turned it on, programmed the base to meet my needs and I am totally happy!- Charles M.

ACharleston Security SystemsGreat experience! I have never had a camera system at my home prior but I had Charleston Security Systems install a FLIR camera system all around the exterior of our home. The video can be accessed on my iPhone and iPad, as well every TV in our house. The security system installed also came with a mobile app that controlled all of our door locks and entry lights. The service tech spent extra time helping me set up my personal settings because I wasn't 100% tech savvy. I couldn't be happier with my security and camera system and I believe they are already doing an installation at my neighbors house also.- Matthew F.

FThey set appointment a week in advance and never showed up. Did not call to confirm appointment or do any follow up. Not quite sure what happened. Took off from work to meet them and when they were no show called local number but message on machine was not working properly. Angies list has no phone number to call that I could find to sort it out with them. (Angies List). Will try other ways to get quote without using Angies list.
