    Germain Dermatology
She has an awesome product and they would do what's needed to be done. I find the staff very helpful and the office is very comfortable. The products she offers are very high quality. I haven't had any issues.I also used one of her assistant.

    Mount Pleasant Dermatology
They are good at what they do. All my friends go to them. I've never had a problem getting in. If you go in the morning their punctuality is good, but if you go in the afternoon you probably will have to wait just because they do procedures during the day.

    Mount Pleasant Dermatology
We have used the practice for ten years and we are pleased with both of the doctors we see - they are pleasant, professional, and thorough. Any skin problems detected are dealt with in a timely fashion and with follow-up care. The waiting times, unfortunately, are often long.

    Warren, Dr. Michael F.
He does an excellent job. We live in Mount Pleasant and drive to his office on John's Island. Since we are in and out of the sun, we want to be sure that we don't develop skin cancer. He has done several minor excisions and has contacted us various times, himself, in regards to the results of the tests. He spends a lot of time with each of us. My only complaint is that sometimes you have to wait because he is behind. We would not use anyone else....we have used others in the past.....no comparison.

    Sheperd, Dr. Mclean
We can recommend her. We're comfortable with them. We like her as a doctor. The staff is very friendly. I think that's pretty good. It's anything above and beyond. I just feel like she does what she needs to do.

    Germain Dermatology
I have been to Germain many times. I used to see Dr Germain but after multiple experiences with long waits and her rushing through my appointment, I decided it might be easier to see Holly. I had a couple of good experiences with Holly but I think today was my final straw. I waited 40 mins at which point I told them that I could wait no longer and left. The girl at the front did not offer an apology and actually didn't seem surprised that I was leaving when I gave her my name.
I can understand a little bit of a wait because you can't control what happens but once the wait is over 15-20 mins, the receptionist should be giving the patient updates. I didn't have time to wait over 40 mins in the waiting room with another wait likely once I made it to the room.

    Rausch, Dr. Christine
Dr. Rausch has performed Mohs surgery on my face three times for Basal Cell skin cancer.
Dr. Rausch is a very skilled practitioner. The suture line from my first surgery (nose) is barely visible after an extensive reconstruction.
I recently had two additional Mohs surgeries on my forehead and the areas are healing well.
Dr. Rausch has an excellent bedside manner and actively solicits feedback from her patients in an effort to improve her services.

    Coastal Dermatology LLC
I was stunned when after 3 or 4 minutes the doctor left the room and I asked the assistant if he was done and she said yes! He did not do any checking for moles etc. and the assistant said they only did that if you had an issue. I have always gone to a dermatologist for a yearly skin exam and never have I experienced anything like this. I felt he was much more interesting in selling me something than in my health. I would never recommend this business to anyone and have in fact alerted my insurance carrier as to how I was treated.

    Anne Leclercq MD
Dr. Leclercq immediately identified the markings on my toenail as non-threatening, which was a huge relief as I have a family history of melanoma. She performed a very thorough skin examination, pointing out areas that should be watched. Her manner is friendly, professional, and caring. I highly recommend her as a dermatologist.

    Coastal Dermatology LLC
They prescribed a handful of topicals, which were ok but either irritated my skin or just didn't really work. They then tried an oral (Solodyn) which cleared things up tremendously without side effects. They say they would rather me not be on it long-term, but it's the only thing I've found that works - so I've been going on and off it for years now. Coastal Dermatology has been pretty good facilitating prescription refills and such. Their office is very nice, but sometimes I have to wait 15-30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen.
