    I purchased a beautiful 1990 restored LandRover from these guys for $48000. On the day of pick up I was kept waiting as the new gas tank was leaking badly. They made the repair. - When I took it home it would not gear into reverse. They picked it up and had it repaired. - I also noted that numerous lights were not working. They worked on that but never were able to repair. A local mechanic did the work for me on my dime. - The first time it rained, I turned the wipers on and both fell off. Drove it back and they did a jimmy rig repair. - A couple days after that the steering bar fell out from under the car and steering was lost. Fortunately I was just turning a corner and going slowly. The mechanic who made the repair (I no longer trusted the workmanship or project management at Coastal Cars) was shocked and agreed that, at hwy speeds this would have been catastrophic. - At that point I felt that the vehicle was potentially unsafe and the risk too high. I contacted the owner at Coastal Cars of Charleston with whom I'd been dealing with all along and asked if he would buy the vehicle back. Not only would this negate my risk but it would also give him the opportunity to ensure a properly put together classic is safely enjoyed by it's owner. He refused and that was our last conversation. - According to mechanics and dealers I've spoken with ... before a dealer sells a used or restored vehicle, they are required by law to perform a "PDI" - pre delivery inspection. How could this have been done with all the safety issues that had not been seen? Never again.

    A+ I am a long-term, loyal customer since the carwash opened. I always have excellent service and enjoy relaxing in their cheerful, bright and clean facility. This is my first review despite my using their services for years. I find it perplexing that their rating is merely a B; hence, I am motivated to write this review.

    Everything involved in getting my home's front windows tinted was great. My initial call to inquire was answered immediately, an appointment was made to come out and estimate the cost, several choices in tinting were provided. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. The process did not take long and the results are wonderful. The price was great, too. I would definitely recommend Charleston Window Films.

    I���ve had a good experience with them. It was an insurance claim. The ease of service, they came out and were punctual, they were on time and they did it at my office, which is what stood out to me. Their quality was great. They were very professional.

    It came with my car. The connect service, I have an 24 hour hotline. They do road side service. Its expensive, but its an expensive car. Its going to be dealership prices. I think the prices are average. It was a bit of a problem. They sent the Audi connect guy out to fix it, and he could not fix it. They sent a tow truck out to fix it. I think the Audi connect guy wasn't what he needed to be. He didn't have the skills he needed. The Audi connect guy. I think they jot that out, and don't have nothing to do with that really. I think they just send someone out to help people with the cars. He was wonderful. I could watch on the GPS car of where he was. With the traffic around here, he did a great job. I think that they have good response time. The girl I work with is the same girl, we have a good relationship. She does a great job. That they are very eager to help if you have any problems.

    Absolute frauds. This place kept my car for over a week for a water pump repair. I wound up renting a car after several days of the car sitting in the same spot. Five days later I went in and Marcus assured me the car would be completed the following day. That was four days ago. They have stopped answering my calls. I went by again this morning and the car still has not been touched. I am getting my car towed elsewhere and turns out Hall's was trying to charge me twice the price for the water pump. Contacting Better Business Bureau about this place - absolute nightmare.

    The company was very professional I would definitely recommend them. I needed an appt. quickly as my windows are bare right now and I have window treatments coming any day. I wanted them cleaned before the treatments were installed as we wrapped up our construction project. They were able to schedule me within a day. I did think the price was a little high but the results justified it.

    My BMW transmission (pistons and all) were out of service, as most do at about 80k miles. After having my car towed in and the issue determined, Karl himself called me to explain the details of the issue, the cost and the best action. Sadly I soon traded my car but Karl made sure it was running well for the next 15-20k miles (which would've been when I'd have another problem - I'd seen it with my past BMW & my friends' BMW). The honesty and professionalism of the entire team is what makes a customer happy. I even saw Karl at a retail store months later and he remembered me(rather my car ����), great guy!!!
