    Monty was great! I left a voicemail and he called me back within 5 mins. Came out and checked out my fridge the same day. Figured out it was a computer part he had to order. Had it up and running within 2 days. This is the second time Monty has saved our appliances! Thanks Monty!

    Affordable Appliance Repairs
    Called to set up repair on 12/17 and set up service call for 12/20. Repair for squeal in dryer done by Monty on 12/20 and squeal came back by that evening. 12/21 called and left message to address repair not completed. No call back. 12/22 called left message. Call returned at noon and came back to listen to dryer. Apologized for being out of town. Said dryer needed drum arm support. Would install for no extra charge but needed to order part from supplier. 12/27 called twice and got a strange message saying number was not available please try again later. 12/28 called and left another message asking when dryer would be repaired. Monty called back late afternoon and apologized because the supplier was closed then asked if tomorrow would work to complete the repair. 12/29 called late afternoon to ask if still coming to do repair. Finally, Monty showed up 1/1 to repair dryer. I understand we were working around the holidays but there was no communication other than it was ok to use the dryer even though it was making a horrible squealing/screeching noise that could be heard down the street - no thanks! I don't expect perfection but I also don't expect to be ghosted and have to make multiple calls from both myself and my husband just to complete a repair that we paid for.

    Had a replacement of element 3 years ago but obviously was not a solid connection because element shorted and burned out. Aviv's made the job look easy but oven door had to be removed, gas disconnected and stove pulled from wall to access wiring. All the things not done by other repair company. Little high on repair, I had my own element which was a little over $100. Would definitely use again to get the repair right the first time.

    Scheduled an appointment for 8/17/17. Said the service would be done between 9AM and 2PM. Had to call their office and then they told me the service guy was sick. Rescheduled for Friday 8/18/17 between 9AM and 2PM. Called their office again and Teresa said the service guy was still sick but the owner Scott would be providing service on Saturday between 9AM and 2PM and I was on for that day. Scott called just before 2PM and told me there wasn't anything he could do now. He could charge me a service call for $65 but did not want to take my money. That was nice of him. A continuity check on the thermostat would prove nothing. Asked me if I was a handy man. I said sure. He said replace the Defrost Control Board and if that doesn't do it he would fix the refrigerator at no charge. I replaced the Defrost Control Board at a cost of $150 but that was not the fix. So I called Teresa on Friday, 8/25/17 and asked for an appointment. Teresa gave me a spot for Monday, 8/28/17 between 9AM and 2PM. No one showed up. When I called Teresa back she said the service guy wasn't doing service calls in Mt. Pleasant today. Called back and asked Teresa for Scott's cell phone number. She said she could not give it to me but that she would leave a message for me to tell Scott I wanted my $`150 back on the part he said to replace. Haven't heard from anyone yet and don't expect to. Obviously I never will. I wanted the refrigerator fixed so that I could give it to Habitat for Humanity since I am getting a new one. And top it all off Whirlpool gave me this company to do the repair.

    Showed up on time to fix clicking and flashing LED interface on refrigerator. After 4 hours, the refrigerator was no longer working and needed to be replaced. Also scratched hardwood floors dragging refrigerator.

    Andrew came out when it suited us and did his best to repair our 11 year old washer. He checked with his colleagues and they all agreed it would be too expensive to repair. He recommended what style of washer to get and what not to get. We were very pleased with his professionalism and service. We would definitely call 911 Service today again.

    The repairman said that they didn't handle vent work but he checked out the dryer to be sure nothing else was going on (it wasn't). I wish they could have told me when I called that I needed to call someone who would handle a clogged vent.
