    Moving Starz cancelled at midnight the evening before my move. I had scheduled them a few weeks in advance to help move heavy items from my rental home to my new rental home on my final day in my rental. I had to jump through hoops to get another company to help me move my heavy items. Do yourself a favor and hire a more reputable company!

    Rob and Hobby came to our apartment, did a walk through and gave us an estimate for the services we requested, making sure we understood all of the options. Their bid was very competitive with others we had received and we accepted it and set the date for the move. Rob kept in contact with us through the process and called a few minutes before their arrival. 
    On the day of the move, the 4 guys arrived in their immaculate, well marked, vehicles on time, and went to work immediately. They wrapped furniture in shrink wrap, used blankets/pads on the delicate furniture and quickly moved items to the loading area. As indicated on their website, they disassembled the beds and sectional and reassembled them after delivery. They carefully boxed some larger items that we had not boxed and made them ready to move. They were very careful with the furniture and boxes and with the walls at both the apartment and our new home. We had some very large pieces that had to be moved upstairs and they accomplished that with care and precision. As I said, NO WALLS were touched! 
    As promised, they did not charge us for their travel time from their office to our apartment, or from our home back to their office or for their lunch break. That saved us a BUNCH of money, since their office is 30-45 minutes from us. The move was very easy, economical and a great experience. We DEFINITELY recommend them and wish we had used them a year ago for our move from Texas! Thanks, guys for an awesome experience and move! I apologize for this taking so long - I just wanted it to be right!

    A to Z Home Inspections
    Mike arrived on time. Went about his inspection.  The inspection took about an hour  or two, but he was under the house and in the attic.  He took great pictures that were in his inspection to show were and what he was talking about that he needed replaced or repaired. He also noted if it was a safety issue or a repair. Mike is  truly a master at what he does.  Answered all our questions. Made himself available for any Q&A after he gave us his formal report. Which he delivered the same day of the inspection.
    My realtor and Bank officer were so impressed  by the pictures and the attention to detail they have added him to their list of preferred inspectors. 
    We feel we could call him today and ask questions and he would happily respond.

    The house I rented the paint job was more than terrible.  You could see all throughout the house where the "touch-ups" had been done.  Was told previous tenant did not pay for complete repaint.  They think I'm stupid.  Anyway, then on check up they told me this was not the way it was painted when I moved in.  
    Do not respond in an appropriate amount of time to requests for repairs.  And just plain don't seem to care, as long as you pay your rent.  I was only in the house 8 days before check out, but was charged for 15 - until the new tenant arrived.
     
    Not worth the hassle.

    All My Sons Moving & Storage Charleston
    The movers did outstanding work, but schedulers only sent 2 men when job was quoted with 4. Office also failed to pick up that we needed items stored overnight and job was not a same day pack & deliver. Change of delivery address was also "missed" by office schedulers. Several phone calls corrected the situation before the truck arrived at a house we did not own yet and star off loading our items! All My Sons' movers/laborers did excellent work. But, office miscommunication added stress and time (& cost) to our move. James

    Blake Keegan is awesome! I was recommended to him from Jeff Cook Real Estate and wasn't disappointed. He was earlier, very friendly and extremely informative. He took his time turning everything on and off, and opened and closed everything. Blake has and awesome eye for detail. Here is the best part, we arrived in the home to find water coming from under the wood floor. He proceeded to pull everything out, test the moist of the wall and all over the floor and found what we thought was a leak coming from the slab. My agent contacted the selling agent who then got the seller on the phone. Blake finished the inspection beautifully and my husband and I left concerned about the water issue. The seller went to the home pulled the floor up to find the water coming from the wall behind the fridge. Well my husband felt the issue wasn't that based on the conclusion Blake had previously made with the moisture readings so he called Blake to express his concern. Blake then proceeded to go back to the home and meet the seller and check it out while the floor was already up and the leak was in it's state of repair. He then documented everything and concluded the seller had it correct. Blake then called us to inform us of the mistake and tell us it is completely documented in our inspection report for our review. Mind you all this was done on a SUNDAY!!! This is excellent customer service and I want to thank Solid Ground for piece of mind.

    They tried to cram everything into a truck that was obviously too small.  They tore 2 leather chairs. a leather couch, 1 fabric chair and a fabric couch.  Scratched and dented other tables and chairs.  Complete disregard for our possessions.  We were given the run around when trying to get them to repair all of the damage, and eventually just gave up.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Caleb was truly a professional. He came out to Moncks Corner to provide an estimate after normal working hours. He didn't even mind I had started packing myself and the house was in disarray. He provided me a fair estimate and he was HIRED!! The crew came out on a Sunday to pack up all the contents of my house and treated my things with great care. The only thing that broke was what I packed and moved myself LOL. The next day they returned to load the truck and move my things to West Ashley. I think I had more things than we originally thought! It was a long day but the crew remained professional and attentive. On the distant end they unloaded my things and carefully put the boxes in the proper rooms. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Caleb even offered to come back and pick up the moving boxes. How awesome is THAT!

    We gave them a $600 pet deposit.  However they took all that and $325 more for 8 $15 shades that had minor damage from our kittens. Also they took the same picture of one shade and duplicated it 2 more times so that one damaged shade resulted in 3 for their pictures.  Even though we have now moved out, our furniture, bedding and clothes have smoke residue on them.  Our son's allergies were so affected that he has nose bleeds and had to go on medication.  So with the attorney fees, doctor bills and cleaning bills we are out alot more money than what they took from us and yet all we can do is report them here.

    We needed to move from Moncks Corner, SC to Nashville TN. After interviewing several companies we decided to use Oleen. They spent parts of two days packing us and loading us. They finished loading on Friday and drove to Nashville. On Saturday morning they unloaded us. We were extremely pleased with the service that they provided. Unlike large moving companies, it was the same group of young men who packed us, loaded us, and moved us. There were several obstacles such as rain, a two hour traffic delay, a driveway too small for the van. They were polite, resourceful, and never used any of these problems as an excuse. Even though a huge traffic issue caused them to be late arriving in Nashville on Friday, they arrived on time on Saturday morning. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs to make a long distance move. It is great to have the same people work with you throughout the move and not leave your goods at some warehouse for someone else to pick up and deliver.
