    Purchased a automobile from this dealer... they will do anything to get you to purchase and not give you a good deal. Do not expect to get finished quickly since it took me almost 4 hours to purchase mostly due to incompetent employees who take their time and waste yours. After the purchase they will not return calls or try to solve problems with your vehicle or purchase. Once they have you finish the paperwork and get your money... there is no customer service. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and wished I purchased elsewhere.

    I called on my way home from work because I never know when I'll get done. They couldn't do it I was told because it was just after 3:45 and they stop taking work orders at 3:30. Poor business practice. I went across the street and they were very friendly as well as happy to put my tire on for me.

    PUT IN A NEW ENGINE, ENDED UP ACTUALLY BEING A CATALYTIC CONVERTER PROBLEM . Paid over $5400.00. I was quoted price of "about $3200.00". Then Chet Dewitt called and said " I forgot to add labor..$1200.00" Then it would have been $4400.00. Car HAS BEEN towed and towed, after Lakewood Auto "Fixed car." THEN THEY WRECKED MY CAR. TRIED TO GLUE AND SPRAY PAINT DAMAGE. Did NOT Tell ME They had WRECKED MY CAR. REFUSED TO GIVE PERSON NAME THAT WRECKED MY CAR, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME SHOP INSURANCE INFORMATION. Failed to report to police, insurance, ME. "Like I would not notice" I had busted and glued parts, different colors on my car, a lot of missing bolts and , my seat belts are busted, the car is CROOKED have a bent messed up frame, battery is leaking acid,and on and on... NEW Engine has oil and fuel leaks, has busted engine motor mounts, is misfiring, transmission is now leaking, interior and exterior have been pretty much destroyed, car now flooding, steering messed up, paint/trim gouged/scratched, MY NEW A/C SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING they were driving MY car, and much more. Have personally already had to pay additional over $700.00 for wrecked damaged parts, They DID NOT REPLACE (battery, relay wiring, radiator, light's wiring,) after they wrecked. Took to places THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO TAKE IT TO. Told me they had to replace "Whole exhaust system" justifying another over $1000.00 additional invoice, THEY DID NOT replace. Lakewood had also put a bad fuel injector in engine.Found my car on roadside, at what was a "d" rated bbb "body shop which has had several different names and NOT WHERE MY CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE after 6 months of lies about when my car would be ready. Took an Attorney and an additional 5 months to get my car back from Lakewood Auto. Was lied to about parts that "needed to be replaced." EX: "Chet needed to replace alternator.." This had RECENTLY been replaced BUT, I buy the new ACDelco not rebuilt alternator..Oh, he "will just put the old one on" because "he just thought he would replace it while they were working on the car." Paid for part numbers "DO NOT FIT YOUR BUICK SKYLARK" Not correct part for your vehicle....replaced/charged for part changed that had recently been replaced by a reputable mechanic, (that part had lifetime warranty) did not notify me on numerous parts he supposedly replaced. This guy Chet showed up at my home, SCARY, "to drive car" told him it was not drive-able as usual, he breaks the alternator belt he had just put on...Had said "He was going to have car towed," before showing up at my home. Lakewood had car May-June 2015, July-Sept 2015, DEC. 2015 to Oct. 2016! After Court filing, go to get my car, "He is working on it" They were NOT supposed to "be working on my car! Then they DRIVE OFF WITH MY CAR! WHAT!? THIS BUSINESS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. "ASE CERTIFIED MECHANICS." I suggest you contact ASE. Photos car wrecked :this also included quarter panel, frame and driver side. Silicone "glued" headlights they busted. RED spray painted glued damage, busted light cover. My "totally replace exhaust system." Basically inside, outside, frame, & mechanical Lakewood Totaled my Buick Skylark. Nothing fits ex:hood, doors, panels...Would cost me over $16,000.00 to put this car back like it was, oh but I can't because they messed up the frame of the car, all because I hit a pothole and the converter busted loose (loose did not break apart as they said.). PS I have never in all my years had a mechanic have to PAINT MY CAR PARTS to know what they were and where they went? This one did. Lakewood voided the JASPER Warranty on my "New engine" by car overheating, driving car without changing oil, fuel parts laying on engine, busted motor mounts, cracked gouged hoses, WRECKED MY CAR WITH "NEW ENGINE"....My advice : photograph every inch of your car at Lakewood before you leave it. He told me "Well you will just have to prove it." I have over 3000 pictures that show damage and "when," a lot while Chet and or "his buddy" had my car. MY Insurance photographed right after Lakewood wrecked it, though they were just there to photograph exhaust. Those show damage including driveshaft damage. They can vouch for non-wrecked car before Lakewood wrecked. They had been to my house.

    SplashTek did an outstanding job!  They were quick to respond for an appointment and punctual to deliver a "show room" finish to my auto.  The techs were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  The best don't have to drive anywhere.  It all takes place in your own driveway!!!  I would not hesitate to recommend SplashTek.  In fact, I will call them to detail my other car when it is needed.

    John showed up exactly when he said he would, which was late in the work day because of my work schedule. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a difficult customer due to my location and crazy hours and it didn't phase John in the least. Great work, great attitude and a very fair price. Excellent communication too.

    On 11/17/14 I took my 2002 3500 Dodge to the dealership for a transmission overdrive problem that from all web info I've seen is actually an electrical and common problem. (search phrase "Dodge 47-RE overdrive hunting") The service dept stated that my apps sensor was bad and also wanted to install redundant ground wires that should help with my problem. I stated to the service advisor I would like to pursue the option of getting the part from NAPA since the part at the dealership seemed rather high. He went to check with the parts dept and returned and told me "the part was not available from NAPA". but that they would work on their price somewhat. So taking it that I had no other option for the part, I told them to continue. After leaving following the repairs the truck had the same problem the first time I had it fast enough to go into overdrive so I went straight back to make them aware of it.
           After looking on my own at home and not locating it, I returned to the service dept later and asked if the mechanic could show me where the redundant wiring had been added. At first he was going to show me on a computer screen. The truck was outside the door so I asked to be shown on the truck. When we looked there, he pointed at a wiring harness that was and still is plain as day still wrapped from the factory.
          I returned to the service dept 12/11/14 to let them add the redundant wiring and waited for roughly 6 hours. Still same problem even though "could not duplicate problem" is on my invoice. Since the problem still existed, I asked for a description of where these wires were going so anyone else looking into the problem would know right off what had been done. I was supplied with an ATS aftermarket repair diagram.
          Back to the part. In actuality the part is available from most any parts house. And as you can imagine, much cheaper. When I confronted the parts dept about this I was given the, they meant that NAPA didn't have it in store. For hundreds of dollars difference, I would have been glad to wait till the next morning! After talking with the parts manager I was given the impression that they would refund the difference but he would have to pull some paper work to show the GM why they were writing a check.
          A couple days later, I asked if someone there would ride in the truck with me to verify it was still doing the same thing. The GM at the dealership rode with me and it did have the same issue during that ride. Our conversation on the ride consisted of what are "common" problems with various vehicles and he told me of a problem he has of a coil going out on a Ford Thunderbird, factory and aftermarket parts both.The subject of my truck was left that day that I would let them know if the truck was fixed and would get straight on the price difference. On 12/31/14 I emailed the GM with  feedback of the repair attempt and wanted to get the refund from there.
           I took the truck to a shop that had worked on the motor about a year earlier and a ground wire "noise filter" was added. And after reading many possible fixes on the internet, I "shielded" the alternator ground wire with aluminum foil and unplugged /replugged 2 wiring connectors on the transmission basically just checking connection there. One of those things has for now but hopefully for good fixed the problem. The best I can understand the alternator shielding helps with an AC electrical field leaving the alternator because of a bad diode.
          My bill total was$773.33 and a truck with the same problem! I am still trying to get my refund from the dealership but the offer I received from the GM was for $100 in an email I received on 12/31/14. After not accepting, I received another email on 1/2/15 explaining NAPA parts were lesser quality also not available the day of service.  I had been lied to about part availability and also work performed (no redundant grounds). And by now, I've waited since 1/2/15 after a phone conversation the GM was to question employees involved to see if he thought anyone there had misled me, and 1/8/15 in an email he stated he would get right back with me. Even though I stated to the service advisor in the waiting room 11/17/4, I wanted to get the part from NAPA if there was a lot of difference, now the GM is deciding where I should have gotten the part. THAT IS MY DECISION NOT YOURS! If aftermarket parts are good enough for your vehicle per your choice, they're good enough for my vehicle per my choice!

    After purchasing an 18 year old car that was in good shap, I took it to Parish so that they could give it the "once over" and find anything that was broken or was about to break. They got the car into their shop exactly as scheduled and did a very thorough evaluation, providing me with updates as they went. When all was said and done, they advised me to replace the main belt and also noted that the HVAC blower motor and regulator were burned out (a very common failure on this model). Since I had already knew that the blower motor replacement was an $800 fix at the dealer I was very happily surprised when Parish only charged $425 for & labor for the belt and blower motor along with all of the time it took to inspect all of the systems on the car.
    I could not be happier and I will ALWAYS bring my cars to Parish for any service or repairs that are needed. The folks at Parish have proven to me that honesty and integrity are core beliefs in their business.
